Hilux is sold under a different name in the USA. As for Land cruiser we do have it here in 49 states but not in California (Emission Standard issue). Problem with those cars not being popular in US is California. If you can sell your product in the sixth largest economy in the world which California by itself is partner you screwed. California cast a big shadow over the economy of the USA. Car manufacturer makes specially designed cars for California market especially when it comes to emission components and power-train.

FAW Jiefang, Foton. Hongyan and JAC to mention but a few. European made Trucks are overpriced.
On the contrary, Chinese trucks despite being low priced, have an incredible build quality that gives people the most out of their money.

All these trucks are not being sold in USA market for one simple reason they are not certified and hence not road worthy. Personally if it ain't Boeing or Airbus when it comes to planes count me out.

No LLCs are a no no, the IRS can still consider it as a nonentity if it is owned by an individual. A C corp is needed, it gives the most protection especially when you have a board.
