Good Lawd, how much I agreed with you. I left Nigeria out of frustration because I was told that even with a grade 2 in WAEC but since i didn't pass English I was asked to go back and retake. Today I worked from my own house designing/writing web based business applications for Fortune 50 companies. Have a B.Sc from the University of Michigan along with a Master's in Application Design Technology. Nigeria needs to revamp the educational system

Apart from being an illegal immigrant which of course she is, many Nigerians believes when they travelled abroad it is an automatic ticket to wealth. They fail to understanding that you have to work but now in a saner clime that appreciates hard work. Was she expecting money to fall on her while sleeping? Can you just imagine?

To anybody planning on traveling abroad the most important advice I can give is to remember that the people you first stay with will have a great influence on what your future and directions will be in that country. If you happen to stay with people that are into an education trust me you'll be too. If they are into illegal activities trust me you'll be too. The initial people you stay with are a great predictor of what you will become unless you have been well wired with a strong will and well-grounded

I'm an Epidemiologist, a Biostatistician & a Disease control expert (MPH) here in Nigeria & I've chosen not to travel out of the country for now as I've friends & brother who have traveled to UK, UK, Australia, Finland. They all look fresher & fatter than me, but I must tell that they're still not contended. I've my own houses. I built one & bought the other through Mortgage.

Most of them are actually planning to come back to the country & invest if they have the money & opportunity.

Please... Upgrade yourself in Nigeria & be useful so that when you eventually travel, you won't be a liability & at the mercy of others.

Home is wherever you feel comfortable. I had to get out of that country when I was 19. Trust me looking back it was the best decision I have ever made. I graduated with B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from Univ of Michigan and worked for General Motors for 10 years. General Motors paid for me to go back to school and get my Masters in Information Technology with an emphasis in Manufacturing Resource Planning system design and programming. I have been working for myself for over 15 years designing and writing web-based business applications for various companies. I work from my house, I can't complain. My two boys are all grown up and out of the house. Only my wife and I are in the house. Like I said earlier I have been blessed beyond my wildest dream. Not too shabby for a guy that grew up in Odesa, Ijebu Ode went to primary school in Ibadan.

Have you ever lived in Europe? If you're not cut for hardwork and the best job you get offered in Europe are jobs rejected by Europeans, wouldn't you complain? They're not discouraging anyone, they're only telling it as it is.

Europe is not easy, but people that are capable of doing hard labour can survive better than those that don't like those kind of jobs.

I don't think this Pastor is on God's contact list. This Pastor should have known that God has sent out an email informing all Pastors that he is no longer answering any prayers coming out of Nigeria.
