REALITY101: The royals should have gotten a private doctor and med staff to care for Kate at the palace - give her IV fluids, monitor vital signs, bloodwork and give her an emesis basin. This would have prevented the paparrazi and media from further obsessing with Kate. Checking her into the hospital resulted in this being a sick spectacle and one of her nurses dead. This is sad.
