I think we should look at this scenario from the prism of competence, the only way people that are not close to power can benefit from power is by voting in competent people in positions of authority, just like in an organisation, having competence people at stations ensures work gets done. If Nigerians understands this and know that the president may be your next door neighbour but if he is incompetent, you will suffer from his maladministration. Market prices doesn't discriminate across regional or party lines, a better Nigeria with strong and secured economy is a big win for all of us.

We can't claim to be poor and at same time flying PJ'S with several aides. We need to trim cost of governance, manage our scarce resources prudently like Peter Obi did in Anambra State.

You import 40ft of Jameson from Scotland at factory price let's say 5k per bottle, shipping and customs bring up price to 7k, Obi sales 10k per bottle in open market, or 50k when sitting at the VIP.
