The guy in this photo is a serial and unrepentant scammer by the name of Ugwu Emmanuel Ugochukwu. He's wanted by security agencies for several allegations of fraud. His racket is to put up attractive adverts on ecommerce sites like Jiji, olx and efritin. He then takes advantage of unsuspecting customers and sweet-talks them into parting with a meagre sum to enable him facilitate smooth delivery. Once your funds find its way into his bank account, he will conveniently fall sick or come by any silly misfortune that his tiny mind can come up with. Then begins a harvest of lies upon lies hoping that you will eventually get tired and back off.
Although what he takes off individual victims is negligible, but collectively it amounts to a sizeable sum, and hundreds of victims have fallen prey to his dubious antics.

To say that this guy is a threat to the growth and advancement of ecommerce in Nigeria is an understatement. This criminal must be urgently brought to book and made to suffer for his crimes.

So if you ever patronize eCommerce stores, please watch out for this criminal, and if you come across his name or account number: Ugwu Emmanuel Ugochukwu, First Bank account No:3077509234. Give him a wide berth and save your money, he's up to no good.
