‘Someone that is helping the needy and not paying his tithe will soon become one of the needy.’ Those were the words of Bishop David Oyedepo, the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide otherwise known as Winners’ Chapel in a Youtube sermon video.

The living faith Bishop was teaching on the touchy subject of tithing and prosperity. According to Luke 11 verse 42, and Malachi 3. Verses 8 to 10, Oyedepo’s emphasis is on the fact that if you are helping the poor, make sure you are not robbing or defaulting in your commitment to God in the area of tithe.

Tithing and charity are two different things. One does not stop the other.



God wants us to take care of the poor, but he wants us to pay our tithes because tithe is his mechanism of blessing us and causing increase in our lives.


This can also be connected to Jesus’ statement on the same matter- give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God. If you can pay taxes to government, why should you struggle to pay tithe to God?

Based on the principle of spiritual prosperity, Bishop Oyedepo wants us to know that giving to the needy must not replace giving to God. Therefore, if all you do is charity, it is not enough. According to Oyedepo, one will worst off after sometime if one does not pay one’s tithe but only give to the poor.

Bishop Oyedepo is well qualified to speak about tithing and giving. Known as Apostle of Faith, Bishop Oyedepo is a man of tremendous wealth and ‘dangerous giver. Tithing and sowing of seed are big spiritual practices among members of the Winners Chapel worldwide.


These results of these practices are evident in his ministry and other establishments like the two Christian universities in Nigeria alongside his successful Christian publishing among others.

As I stubborn reach na so so quiet men dey date me. So I've had great experience from past relationships and currently another quiet one dey my side. What I noticed with them


They are highly intelligent, don't talk much, don't mingle much, social function almost zero.

They are calculated and secretive. Don't gossip at all. Going into their house and coming out seems like sneeking around, so people don't know if they are in or out.

Don't like loud music.Those who go to club rarely dance, them go dey laugh who dey dance . When they decide to party, the subsequent days makes them really dull and want to 'rest'. Even during outings after few laughs and a drink with plenty water, next na to pick their car keys or flag down a taxi , time to go

Don't wear loud bright dresses. Dull dresses are their Craze.

Observe rather than talk. When they talk everyone is silent.

No toasting, they were too shy to say their mind. They will look and make few remarks, then look again. Relationship usually start from me taking the lead by keeping them talking with questions. "Do you like me?" that's enough to make them blush with relief and acceptance.

Spend thrifts. Show offs is foolishness to them.Not really into social media, few pics, most times like to be anonymous. Also, they can be nasty in secret.

Gadget lovers. Will spend money on the latest Playstation.Dont mind playing against computer for hours.
Simplicity. Eating out is not their need, so if they must, mostly snacks rather than cooked food. Neat freeks!
Forgives easily but with serious warning.
Don't like the silent treatment during quarrel. They will appear calm at first but, Na lie . Just pretend you no longer find them attractive or appealing and all hell breaks loose.
Not too romantic but very supportive and reasonable. Calm in the face of overwhelming trouble. Why others are panicky, they keep clear head, and think of solving issues diplomatically.
The ones who cheats do it well. You may never notice because they will never pick the other woman's frantic calls, if them too disturb they block them temporarily till further _drilling notice.Them no just like wahala from nags.
Have soft spot for women and can easily be manipulated to give out cash to them even without sleeping with them. Even an ex will continue to reap them off Even if they are no longer interested.
Don't get angry easily, but when they get you'd be sorry. Really really sorry and disappointed in yourself. They will lay all your 4ck ups and corner your defense on every angle

But them still dey talk o, but na inside house. Abuse them and meet a brick wall, no reaction. As my mouth sharp reach, I don't use bad words o, there are people that their level of maturity controls what you say.

Nigeria under Buhari is totally destroyed. Buhari claims to be a saint but the kind of corruption being witnessed in every government sector under Buhari regime is staggering.

Here's my story. I heard about the FRSC ongoing recruitment, so in order to apply i opened the official government FRSC recruitment portal https://www.recruitment.frsc.gov.ng.

After filling all my details, i clicked the submit button. But to my greatest surprise, i got an error message on the page saying this:

"Sorry, the E-Mail you are trying to register with is already in use by another user, please if it was you, try logging in with your user account and try this application again."

I was shocked, because i never in my life applied for FRSC before and it was my direct personal email i used, nobody has access to use that email and i was not hacked before, so how can another user already be using my email on FRSC?

Ok, i said you know what, let me try again eith my second email address. Guess what happened? After clicking submit, i got another error message saying this:

"Sorry, you have a pending application on this portal, kindly check your E-Mail for instructions"

I was shocked again, because i have never applied to FRSC before, so how could i have a pending application? And i have never received any email from FRSC portal before, since i have never applied. I have tried again with a 3rd email and it's still saying the same thing.

Then it dawned on me that is this not recruitment fraud going on? Who has been using people's emails to set up fake applications? Because i have never applied before and all 3 emails i tried with have been taken. Later they will say recruitment application is over and portal closed but it's fake. This is my experience with FRSC recruitment portal.

Abba Kyari does not have any case with the US government, even if he has to answer any case it should be with the Nigerian government.

That he Abba Kyari benefited from the loot through the bribe he received from Hushppupi does not mean he joined Hushppupi to loot.

Will the US government also order the arrest of all hushpuppi friends he spent the money on, going out for party, gave free money, and companies he made purchases from because they all benefited from the loot like Abba Kyari?

A little history…I’m 28, divorced with two young kids, they live at home. He is 37, divorced with one teenage. Here is my dilemma…. I can’t figure out if I’m attracted to him or the fact that he’s a good guy.

You wait and pray for there to be a good guy left on this earth and finally one comes along and you find him boring or at least not challenging.

What is that? Am I crazy?

He is completely into me. Calls, writes me letters, texts, takes me out, does family outings, asks about my day, washes my car, is clean, is fit, responsible, understanding, compliments me, etc, etc. We’ve been dating two months. We don’t get too much opportunity to spend alone time so we’ve only slept with each other twice. It was okay, not mind-blowing or anything. I’ve had much better, but I’ve had much worse with the wrong guys too. He’s relatively attractive but not my usual type or taste.

Am I being picky because I think my boyfriend is boring? Any other woman would think he is a great catch. I think so as well but just…I don’t know why I can’t get into him.

He’s completely fallen for me, thinks I’m strong, independent, beautiful, good mom, etc. wants to make me happy and for me to be his “girlfriend” and I can just tell the L word is coming along any day now. I can just tell and trust me, I’m not wrong on this.

Another bit of history…

So he usually gets involved with psychos that latch on to him. That is – the complete opposite of me. I like my space and I don’t care if I never see you again. Guys come and go but my family, especially my kids, are forever. It’s one of the mottos I live by. I don’t need anyone to take care of me. A guy in my life is “nice to have” but by no means a need. I think I’m a challenge for him, which is fine. But on my side of things it’s too easy.

From experience, happily ever after doesn’t exist. Sure everyone puts their best foot forward when they’re dating but who’s to say he’ll stay like that? Am I just confused and not giving him a real chance? Or is just the reverse that I’m just not into him? Then the dilemma becomes do I let this great guy go and regret it afterward?

Can you give some advice on this? I have no idea what to do.
