What do you have in your investment portfolio eg bonds, money market, Eurobonds, real estate, equity, small business etc.

For now I am very bullish about the stock market.

So I will advise selling half at N10 million. The remaining bond will generate an annual coupon of N1 million for the next 16 years

Zenith bank, UBA, APR, United Capital will give you a dividend yield of 15% and above.

Dangote cement, Lafarge, Dangote sugar, Julius Berger will give you a dividend yield of about 12%.

If you are considering investments that are linked to forex, you can consider Seplat and Airtel.

Seplat paid dividend 2 months ago at $1 to N350.

Airtel paid yesterday at $1 to N430
I want to specially thank you for making this post on the 25th July 2020. I followed this advice and I added APR, United Capital, lafarge and dangsugar to my existing portfolio. Thank you once again.

The days of high returns on Treasury Bills are dead and buried.

People here should look out for the new Finance Bill about to be presented to the national Assembly by the FG.

The amount spent by the FG in debt repayments is too high and they cannot afford to allow interests on govt borrowing to be high again.

Time to play the NSE , NYSE, Cryptos or just be ready to accept low rates on your TBills.
Thanks for creating this thread many years ago. Some of us already moved to NSE and US stocks thread now.

Buy PEIX ($5.50)
The selling pressure seems over and it has recently formed a Hammer Chart Pattern.
Fundamentally, earnings estimates have been rising lately and now has a Zacks #1 (Strong buy) rating which signals a breakout is imminent.

I bought my first batch at $7.85 and now thanks to the recent volatility of the market, am offloading some other shares to average down.

DD advised.

Here are stocks I consider almost very nearly sure bets in the mid to long term.

Consideration has been given for both covid and post covid eras, so all that is required is to look for comfortable entry prices and make patience your pillow.

SQ $128.84
PTON $64.74
FSLY $84.87
SPOT $291.52
OSTK $53.49
MSFT $212.07
APPLE $393.55
NVDA $420.65
NIO $12.82
PYPL $179.23
NIU $19.47
TDOC $227.46

At first glance, you will be tempted to think they are too expensive.
But these stocks still have more gas to run and will make you sure money.

I will bookmark this for review by December 2020.
Thank you

Do people still subscribe to treasury bills @ this rate?

This rate will make people to take a look @ manufacturing and stimulate the economy.
People still do. It was actually over subscribed too.
