PoliticsRe: Apga Returns APC Broom To Lagos - Picture by talktimi(m): 12:12pm On Nov 18, 2013
smartchoice: Hmmmn Its called the Ekiti Bibiire Coalition (EBC) led by Hon Opeyemi Bamidele.....and he's been giving the Guv sleepless nights which has led to deadly manhunts against his supporters with not less than 6 of them gunned down by the gov's men....for holding EBC meetings.

Yet curiously the man Bamidele and his movement keeps waxing stronger every day...popularized by the govt's persecutions....the Ekiti political permutation is very intriguing at the moment.
so what youre trying to say is that even with the power of state machinery and Tinubu behind his back, Fayemi might just not come back for a 2nd tenure ? Thats really interesting because it shows our democracy is really evolving where people within the APC are fighting for internal democracy and where the inec can frustrate political parties in Anambra state from returning fictitious results according to what i heard on AIT this morning.
PoliticsRe: Apga Returns APC Broom To Lagos - Picture by talktimi(m): 10:54pm On Nov 17, 2013
smartchoice: APC? Nope I 4see a new alliance from a splinter of both the PDP n APC coming together under a new platform taking over Ekiti State!

PoliticsRe: Apga Returns APC Broom To Lagos - Picture by talktimi(m): 10:01pm On Nov 17, 2013
smartchoice: Its an indicator of the overall readiness of the incompetent INEC to conduct Ekiti elections coming up next few months! And clearly INEC is not ready in any way!
i believe Ekiti will be much different from this, there will be rigging no doubt to keep APC in power but it will be cleaner.
PoliticsRe: Apga Returns APC Broom To Lagos - Picture by talktimi(m): 9:14pm On Nov 17, 2013
smartchoice: why not?
it doesnt make any sense at all since 98% of those complaining wont have any reason to relocate to Anambra in this scenario.

AtlanticBreeze: No it should get you breaking, you think I'm as foolish and warped like most of you clueless igbos here. Real igbos are Republicans fyi not herd mentality thinking almajiris
if igbo's are not herd thinking almajiris, why do you still force them like a herd of nama to vote for the APC instead of any party of their choice that democracy guarantees ? It proves that you're the warped, fo0lish and clueless dimwit here. This is a democracy na HABA

PoliticsRe: Apga Returns APC Broom To Lagos - Picture by talktimi(m): 7:35pm On Nov 17, 2013
I still cant fathom why someone from Ekiti is very much interested in who becomes governor of Anambra state & gets angry when his prefered candidate loses out.

PoliticsRe: APGA Thugs Snatch Ballot Boxes In Idemili North, Beat Up Corpers Amidst Security by talktimi(m): 3:22pm On Nov 17, 2013
How can people be so inhuman ? Asking for pictures when thugs with armed security are beating people up, oya go snap picture by yasef na. By the way this reminds me very much of the phantom lg elections that took place in Edo state
PoliticsRe: $5bn Missing From Excess Crude Account — Amaechi by talktimi(m): 2:28pm On Nov 17, 2013
5 billion dollars is not 5 thousand naira and so i dont believe it can just disappear or be "missing" as Amaechi puts it from the ECA. My belief is that due to shortfalls in crude oil earnings, the fg has had to dip into savings to keep the country running smoothly but of course thats my view. If Amaechi or anyone can prove that the money was stolen then by all means all crooks responsible should be brought to book. Situations like this is why ive always been advocating a diversification from crude oil alone to other solid minerals which we are richly blessed with and a 70% reduction in the emoluments of all our elective officers from the executive down to the least councillor.
PoliticsRe: Gov. Obi Calls Ngige On Phone As Ubah Took Away His Motorcycles by talktimi(m): 1:34pm On Nov 17, 2013
I dont understand why people who dont live in Anambra and are not even from the state are bothered about who becomes governor. Make una quietly mind your business na HABA

gurnam: Illiterates voting eddiotts into power and later turn around to complain about bad roads...insecurity...lack of employment and overall good governance.

You wish and want good governance but do everything that negates good governments for purely base and primordial sentiments as if such sentiments will elevate your life.

Keep dreaming of a better life while holding on to everything that will deny you of such.
Shut up.

there's nothing wrong in admitting you made a mistake, the good thing here is that you've corrected yourself
PoliticsRe: El–rufai Restricted In His Awka Hotel Room Ahead Of Anambra Election by talktimi(m): 1:08pm On Nov 16, 2013

pls kindly analyze this part of your statement carefully with key words being "room for suppression"
PoliticsRe: El–rufai Restricted In His Awka Hotel Room Ahead Of Anambra Election by talktimi(m): 12:59pm On Nov 16, 2013
jimmysho: talkative, I can't join issues with you because your type are well known in the market square. you only placed emphasis on his acclaimed illegal moves.

the fact is apga and by extension PDP is terribly scared by unforeseen result of today's election
mumu boy, who even told you im interested in joining issues with you ? Once again pls work on your comprehension skills before blabbing in public.

PoliticsRe: El–rufai Restricted In His Awka Hotel Room Ahead Of Anambra Election by talktimi(m): 12:04pm On Nov 16, 2013
jimmysho: Can you lesson to yourself? he is registered observer and you. expect him to be observing right from his hotel room? why will a whole elrafai lie about voting? you are expecting him to go to polling booth? he is only going to the inec office to stop any manipulations.
please LESSON to yourself too and observe where i wrote he has no business coming outside except he's a registered observer. Comprehension is not supposed to be your problem at this your age. Ok
PoliticsRe: El–rufai Restricted In His Awka Hotel Room Ahead Of Anambra Election by talktimi(m): 11:16am On Nov 16, 2013
There's a curfew in Anambra state because of the election. El Rufai is not registered to vote in that state. Except he is a registered election observer, he has no business coming outside since he wont even be able to identify himself with a voters card in case he decides to lie that he's going out to vote. His presence at any polling unit is most likely to cause a breach of the peace since opposition party observers may view him as indirectly influencing voters to vote for his party's candidate.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Railway Commission Commissions Additional 20 Light Oil Tank Wagons by talktimi(m): 8:14am On Nov 16, 2013
Gradually we're getting there. This is great news and i suggest our petroleum marketers/companies should buy into this idea and get their own rail tankers (if legally possible)
PoliticsRe: Jonathan’s Minister Took $250m Bribe, Gov Lamido Alleges by talktimi(m): 7:59am On Nov 16, 2013
kingoflag: Name names or you're a freaking liar. $250million bribe?! How much were the bribers trying to invest or looking forward to profiting; $10Zillion?

Abeg, start naming names or you better apologize for spreading falsities.
thank you very much o jare, these are my thoughts exactly abi the guy think say 250 million dolls na beans ? Haba
PoliticsRe: N40 Billion Bribe: Jonathan Denies Sule Lamido’s Claim Of Minister’s Involvement by talktimi(m): 7:56am On Nov 16, 2013
Oga Lamido, pls clarify if its 250 million or 25 million dollars. I think you made a mistake somewhere as that amount is too ridiculous to pay for a bribe for whatever reason except a death sentence.
PoliticsRe: 'Elrufai Predicts APC Loss in 2015 If No Alliance With nPDP by talktimi(m): 6:33am On Nov 16, 2013
Despite it being an alliance of various political parties, the APC is still regarded as a regional party and worse still, with religious fundamentalism as its main back bone (true/false) and that will be its achilles heel come any general election. So if the mallam really made reference to the APC needing members of the PDP (new or not) in order to make appreciale impact in 2015, he would actually be making a very valid point although one wonders how far they would survive with such marriage seeing as they're already a party of strange bed fellows.
PoliticsRe: Sule Lamido’s Sons Arrested Over Alleged N10b Fraud by talktimi(m): 5:48pm On Nov 15, 2013
bjdon: God bless you! You've said exactly what I've been saying since. How can APC claim to be 'The new broom' and still be wooing these PDP rogues? In as much as I admire some of the PDP governors like my own Osho baba and Fashola, I really think the leadership is discrediting the party big time by wooing the G7 governors who are most def not saints
God bless you too bro, its just unfortunate that even the "progressive" supporters seem to suffer from a severe case of herd mentality whereby anything their party leaders do or say is right, they neither see, hear nor say no evil (truth) about their leaders even when it stares them in the face eg the corruption charges against the Lagos speaker has drawn a deafening silence from the top heirachy of the party down to the least supporter yet they claim to abhor corruption. How do i take such people seriously ? When i come across a credibly opposition party, then i'll proclaim uhuru for our nation.
PoliticsRe: Man ,28 Bags 21 Years Imprisonment For Snatching Motorcycle by talktimi(m): 4:01pm On Nov 15, 2013
Its either the Nigerian justice system or those who interprete it are mad. Why not give this man some few hundred hours of community service to be supervised by the police instead of congesting our already over congested prisons with a minor offender.
PoliticsRe: Government Convoy Causes Accident In Lagos, 2 killed, Many Injured by talktimi(m): 3:45pm On Nov 15, 2013
whitecat007: This could have even been an eastern governor's convoy. It has happened before when Obi or another eastern governor's convoy ran a woman and her young children off road in Lagos

Fashola and Amosun should ban all outside convoy in and around Lagos so when convoy related accidents happen they can take responsibility for it.

It is not fair for any governor to cause trouble in Lagos for Fashola and Amosun
the fact youre a bigot doesnt mean you should also be stvpid.
PoliticsRe: Sule Lamido’s Sons Arrested Over Alleged N10b Fraud by talktimi(m): 3:35pm On Nov 15, 2013
We all know the PDP is an association of rogues but what baffles me and other logical thinkers is when the supposed saviour of the masses who intend to give a viable option to the Nigerian people ie the APC come round to start wooing these same rogues. What then is the difference between the PDP & APC ? We need another option pls. 10 billion no be beans o before some people start crying about witch hunting.
PoliticsRe: In Target Of G7 Governors, SSS Begins Crack Down On Banks by talktimi(m): 9:04pm On Nov 14, 2013
This story is neither here nor there as if the editor jst wanted to fill up a blank space on his paper. But if its true, our G7 have nothing to fear if they have clean hands.
PoliticsRe: Opon Imo (aregbesola) VS Laptop (peter Obi) by talktimi(m): 8:50pm On Nov 14, 2013
tomakint: Agbaofifo is already a nuisance what we need to figure out now is if his restlessness will not lead to madness because he is definitely HIGH. grin grin
dont mind the mumu boy, he doesnt know that he's actually the epitome of a village loser but if he hustles hard enough outside nairaland the way he does inside for his APC ogas, he will have a rosy future. Right now the signs are bleak for the compound oponu
