Ishilove: You and Poco laughed. Why?
Tallesty, things are only going to get worse Because you’re not even 30 yet, and you’ve already seen so much. True. Just a few days ago, I was in a Sienna, and one of the passengers was going on and on about how T-pain means well for Nigeria, how the pain is necessary because of the reforms; you know, the usual nonsense they recycle from their WhatsApp groups. So, I asked him, "Sir, what exactly is Tinubu's plan? What is Nigeria’s dream? What are we all working towards that, when we finally get there, we can say, 'Wow, the suffering was worth it'?" I reminded him how they hyped Dangote's refinery, yet fuel prices still got worse. I asked him, "So, tell me, what exactly are we supposed to look forward to?" He mute E pain me say na elderly person, I for deck am. |

I wish there were a mark on our foreheads showing who we voted for. That way, when someone asks for help, you’d know if they are a victim or an accomplice because the way things are going, if nothing changes, soon the wealthy will only be those who can afford food. Investments and projects will be put on hold indefinitely. |

That message from Adeboye is embarrassing. If Jesus and His apostles were all evangelists, doesn’t that mean anyone preaching the gospel should also be an evangelist? Once you start collecting tithes while preaching the gospel of someone who never did, it’s no longer His gospel but a mixture of your own ideas and His message.
The Bible clearly warns that anyone—even an angel—who preaches a different gospel should be cursed. So, how do you justify preaching about Christ while contradicting His principles? |

pocohantas: The problem is when married men like you speak, they call them simps. I wouldn't know why the idea of treating their wives with fairness and respect rubs them off in a wrong way. How did he convince himself a good woman wouldn't mind submitting her phone while you hide yours and cheat. Like you have rightly said, it has to be a woman with low IQ One whose self-esteem has been badly damaged. That is not a good woman. She is a woman who needs therapy. A woman whose hands are tied - most likely by lack or fear.
There are levels of love and intentionality you wouldn't experience if you don't treat your partner fairly. If husbands understood the impact their actions have on their children, they’d act differently. A daughter often learns what love looks like from how her father treats her mother. If he shows love and respect, she grows up expecting the same in her relationships. If he mistreats his wife, she may tolerate similar behavior from others, thinking it’s normal. A father’s treatment of his wife doesn’t just affect his marriage; it shapes his daughter’s sense of worth and what she’ll accept from a partner. Men need to realize that loving their wives is also teaching their daughters to value themselves. So, I don't understand why someone would mistreat his wife and, in doing so, damage his daughter's future relationships just to prove what? |
