There were many things she needed then, so many things she needed to learn, and so many things she needed to stop/start doing.

I invited her over one day and pointed those things out for her and promised to help her sort some and stand by her while she sorts some.

I told her that those things are more important to her that what she wanted to hear from me cause they will mightily influence whatever future I had for us.

She was still on them when we broke up.

My wife on the other hand happens to be temperamental and impatient with children. She's critical about everything the kids do. "What is wrong with you children?" she would usually scream. "You don't hear word"... The list of her rants is endless.

I don't like children living in an overtly restrictive and abusive environment, so I would often rise to correct my wife. Now, that becomes the beginning of another round of quarrel.

I know if she continues this way, the children may grow up to resent her. I don't want a dysfunctional family.

My question is this. How do I talk to my wife for her to have a change of heart?

Mature advice please.

I no know much about wife matter because I ain't married but an old man once told me that it is very wrong to rebuke or correct your wife in the presence of your kids.

One thing I was told about short people with low IQ is that they always find it difficult to comprehend what tall people are saying because what the Tall guys say flies over their heads and their brain is too dull and eyes too weak to read the movement of tall people's lips.

I used to think it was an offline thing.

Liar! Those that travelled in December couldn't come back in January because the price of fuel didn't only go up, the commodity was not available. The DPR under Jonathan which was supposed to ensure that filling stations sell their old stock at the old price till they get a new stock, did nothing.

You're only saying what you heard but here was among those that travelled during that xmass period.

T-fare was high just like you said, it increased by 30-45% at least depending on the location but it didn't last long.

The reason some spent extra days in the village was because they had spent all their money on beer and pepper soup.

The only money in their pocket was the exact amount they spent while traveling home.

But the media, mostly under the sponsorship of APC capitalized on that to ridicule GEJ led administration.

Like I have told you already.

GEJ didn't do what Nigerians wanted so they voted him out and voted Buhari in to do what they wanted but couldn't get from GEJ right?

It is wrong and silly then to compare his Administration with Buhari's own because buhari wouldn't be in ASO rock today if Nigerians were ok with GEJ's performance.

The price was high but fuel was available.

But now, the price twice high and fuel is scarce.

BTW don't you think it is silly to continue digging up errors in the past administration just to cover up the silliness and cluelesness of the present administration?

Do you think the present administration would be voted in if the performance of the past administration was ok?

It wasn't as the heart wished so Nigerians voted them out.

That was their punishment.

It is a dead, closed and buried case.
