I am sure you’ve heard the old saying time and time again. To be early, to be first, to cover up alotta things before the crack of dawn. Today I woke up at exactly 4am, I have always been a morning person right from the time I was serving someone, I used to wake up early, do a whole lotta things and still be at the shop by 6AM to do some cleaning before others arrive. Now, even thou the routine has changed, I still see myself not sleeping beyond 4:30am(I go to be naturally between 9-10pm). I’ve always wondered what it is that causes some people to naturally wake up late but now I have seen that waking up very early is useful to some people as a hedgehog in a condom factory. But then, considering our society's “obsession” with waking up early and how people who are early risers tend to “judge” and see all the late risers as lazy people I can't help wondering if productive people tend to be early risers, or if early risers tend to be more productive. I think the society attach too much importance to waking up early.  Does our wake up time have anything to do with our productivity  What's Your Take On This? |
