Politics / Re: What Is Atiku Abubakar's Highest Educational Qualification? by Tamunofiri(m): 8:48am On Dec 18, 2017
Very reasonable questions, Mugabe had 7 university degrees, yet Zimbabwe's economy is in the doldrums. What we should look at is antecedents. What he has done will give us a glimpse of what he will do.
Ken4Christ:
Since it appear that the battle line is likely to be between Buhari and Atiku, I think it is important for us to start asking reasonable questions.

Please, who knows what is Atiku's highest qualification? Does he even have a first degree?

I do know it's not just about your degree but to some extent, it matters. Nigeria is where it is because we have been led by those who are not well educated.

Politics / Re: What Is The Diff Btw A Minister And A Minister Of State In The Same Ministry? by Tamunofiri(m): 3:14pm On Oct 24, 2014
The former minister for state for education made me start to wonder if there was any difference. In that ministry, I think the minister of education was in charge of the administrative functions and the minister of state was doing all the media briefings. Federal character is the basis for creating the 'minister of state' position there is really no need for it, we make decisions based on sentiments rather than common sense. In my opinion there is too much money and no proper accountability so the government can replicate as many positions for compensating politicians and go unquestioned.

Business / Re: My Bad Experience with Konga.com and Its Resolution by Tamunofiri(m): 4:57pm On Jul 19, 2013
I have ordered from them a few times.Their service is relatively ok considering the kind of country we find ourselves. I really don't like the idea that you have to call them each time to confirm the order. In addition you should always check amazon for that spec of product and the reviews as well before purchase on konga because their uploaders actually do a horrible job.

The rate of insecurity in the country is alarming. The police carry out their own form of jungle justice as well. If institutions don't follow the rule of law why would individuals think about it? We live in a sick society without remedy.

Computers / Re: Which Is The Best Internet Connection In Nigeria? by Tamunofiri(m): 9:54am On Jan 20, 2012
When will government subsidise internet connection in this country? The price we pay for internet is outrageous, imagine paying about £34 for just 5Gig of data that will last 30 days. With 20 quid anywhere in the world you'll get unlimited internet but not in Nigeria. We are talking about bridging the digital divide in the world for sustainable development, they should start with that. Information is power.

How many so called rich christians partake in the philantropic gestures he does. Hey, don't bring belief or religious affiliation into service to humanity. They are two different things. Apostle Paul said even if he possessed all the good and perfect attributes of a spiritual person and has no love in his heart, all the tongues he speaks is like a clasping cymbal. Nigeria need people who have good hearts to take us to where we are supposed to be. Lets rather pray Rochas translates his good gestures into sustatinable developments for Imo state. God bless Nigeria.

This suggestion if implemented will bring about TRUE FEDERALISM[size=8pt]. Every zone will will be autonomous and hence healthy competition because of the larger groups. We have vast human resources and have not exploited 1/1,000,000 of the adult population like in China and Japan, we rather depend solely on oil. He is a wise man and must have thought properly about this hence demands some respect. Kudos to him.

When your boys sang ''yahoozee'' and ''maga don pay'' which enjoys some serious airtime on foreign stations and even Collin Powell danced to it, where were you all, or we didn't know it will give us a bad image. tongue To sue SONY is tantamount to self deceit. May be we need more than rebranding, what we need in my opinion is recycling, total overhauling. And it can only be done by our leaders. Let corrupt officials face capital punishment - death by stoning or hanging on a cross.
