I have never been invited for interview before since I finish nysc in October. The problem is most of the companies always request for like 2years experience, not more than 27years old and will even add ICAN and 2:1 to it. Now tell me how it is possible?

Try believe in something, "if you're looking for something very important, you look for it any how, any where and anytime" you have nothing to loose, just package your CV and don't limit your applications, so long you can say facts and rubbish with confidence, The 2:1, not more than 27 years blah blah of a thing is like a publicity stunt to minimize unwanted applications.
