Normally, one would have advised you to get a lawyer and sue you ex employer at the National Industrial Court (the only court that handles labour matters) but it may cost you and you are obviously managing your resources. But I would instead suggest you go to the company and approach a superior officer who you believe could influence the company's resolve to not fulfill its obligations to the employees. Out of sight is out of mind they say and once you are seen to be on their toes, they may bow to pressure hopefully and meet your demands. Don't leave that office until you get a satisfactory response. Good luck |

So unfortunate. She probably has children and relatives who'd be devastated that they may be visiting the prison occasionally One doesn't always have to learn from one's own mistakes but from the mistakes of others. She ain't the first to be jailed for such crime. She knew fully well what would happen if she got caught but took the risk anyway now look what happened. A big shame 4 Likes |
