RomanceSharing Past Experiences During Courtship; Any Limit? by Tbillz(op): 7:23pm On Feb 24, 2015
Guys and ladies many a times tends to carry out more research than the FBI agents.in respect to this,it is very advicable to share most of the past experience with your partner. But how intense can the secret sharing be? Because a whole lots of secret might have adverse effect on the relationship. Deep secrets like the crazy moments back then in school or before you both meet each other. Should the revelations be on a light platform or very intense but the implication is; if the discussion is not intense but he or she get to discover, the worst case scenario might spring Up, casing more harm. Prior to this ;would your share your deep secret with your partner??
RomanceCondom Use An Essential Part Of Modern Dating by Tbillz(op): 8:35am On Feb 23, 2015
CONDOM use is an essential part of modern romance, according to the AIDS Health CONDOM use is an essential part of modern romance, according to the AIDS Health care Foundation.

During the International Condom Day held at the Prince of Wales recently, AHF reminded people that love and romance, sex appeal and attraction go hand in hand with trust and protection. AHF is on a mission to educate the youth on the significance of condom use and the 2015 International Condom Day was aimed at promoting such. With events taking place in 36 countries where AHF has operations, including Swaziland, the objective was to remind youth that condoms are cool and create effective conversations around this safe sexual practice. AHF answered some of the most commonly asked questions on condom use.

Condom makes sex 10 000 times safer

The fact is that using a condom makes sex 10 000 times safer than not using a condom. Some studies have also shown that condom-use prolongs erections, debunking the myth that condoms reduce sexual pleasure.

Women fear to ask for a condom for fear of violence

At the individual level condoms remain unsexy. Many men won’t use them because they believe they reduce sexual pleasure and many women are afraid to ask their partners to use them for fear of being called names and possibly facing violence. If used correctly and consistently condoms are highly effective. They act as a barrier to prevent one partners getting into contact with the sexual fluids of the other partner.

Condom may burst due to lack of pre-intimacy

Bursting may be due to:

n Incorrect use such as failure to squeeze the air out of the tip when putting the condom on to create space for the semen,

n Using the wrong lubrication i.e. Vaseline or other oil-based products which weakens the rubber

Re-infection weakens the immune system

n Yes, even when both the partners are infected, to avoid re-infection. Everyone’s virus is slightly different, using your own DNA to replicate. Re-infection add strain on the immune system, weakening it.

n If one partner is negative and the other positive it is important to maintain condom use to ensure that the HIV negative partner does not contract the virus. Why do some people develop irritations when they use condoms?

Some people are allergic to rubber/ latex from which condoms are made. However, in circumstances where irritation continues seek medical attention or access condoms which are made of other materials such as polyurethane (plastic).

What should you do if a condom remains in a woman’s vagina after sex?

You can avoid this situation by withdrawing immediately after ejaculating, before the penis becomes flaccid. If it does happen, don’t panic. Tell the person to squat with knees wide apart and insert two fingers and pull out the condom. Don’t worry; it will not go further than that and it will not affect your partner’s health. You or your partner can remove it easily with your fingers.

Does using two condoms at the same time provide double protection?

No. One condom if used correctly is enough to provide adequate protection.

Does using both a male and female condom at the same time provide more protection?

No. A couple can decide to use either a male or female condom but not both at the same time. The friction between the two rubber surfaces can lead to damage.

Is it okay to apply Vaseline/creams on a condom for lubrication?

No. Vaseline and other oil-based lubricants such as baby oil weaken the rubber and cause the condom to tear.

Can a condom be ineffective before its expiry date?

Yes. Depending on how it is handled/ stored, a condom can lose its effectiveness before the expiry date if stored in hot or damp place or exposed to direct sunlight. Make sure you don’t keep condoms in your wallet.

Can an expired condom offer protection if doubled?

No. Condoms should have lost their measured effectiveness three years from the stipulated date of manufacture.

Do condoms cause cancer?

No. There is no scientific evidence linking cancer to condom use.

Can one condom be use

Can one condom be used more than once?

No. A condom should be used once and disposed of.

Can a condom fit small and big penis sizes?

Yes. A condom has the capacity to expand and fit all sizes for adult sexually active persons. Men with large joysticks might find larger condoms more comfortable and ICON™ condoms were specially developed to ensure that even very well-endowed men can enjoy very sexy safer-sex in comfort.

For how long can one condom be used in a sexual intercourse?

A condom remains effective for one round of sex.

Can one get infected with STIs / HIV during the process of removing a condom after a sexual intercourse?

It is possible for infection to occur if you have wounds or sores on your fingers which might come into contact with sexual fluids or if one cleaning cloth is used for both partners.

Is true that some people get infected with STIs in spite of using condoms consistently?

Using a condom correctly and consistently protects from most sexually transmitted infections. It is possible to be infected during other sex acts such as MouthAction. You can also be infected with some STIs through contact with infected blood.

What should a person do when a partner objects to condom use?

Ideally, be assertive and say “No condom no sex!!” Try to educate your partner on the great benefits of condom use, such as prolonged erection.

Should married couples also use condoms?

Yes for several reasons. People may not be aware of each other’s HIV status, one of the partners might be cheating, condom usage is encourage in couples that are sero-discordant and condoms are also an excellent form of birth control for couples choose to space out their pregnancies.

Why do some condoms have bad smells?

The bad smell may be due to chemical compounds which were not washed out during the production process, some condoms have a rubber related smell unless they are scented.

Which is the best condom to use?

Which is the best soap to use if you need to get clean? All condoms distributed by the Department of Health and HIV organisations are effective. Make sure they have not expired by checking the date stamp before use. There are lots of brands available so try different one to work out which ones you prefer.

Do condoms make sex less pleasurable?

No. In fact many people report feeling freer and more relaxed during sex because they aren’t worrying about infection. There is also the added benefit of prolonged erection for many men. Used properly and consistently, condoms can actually increase sexual pleasure.

PoliticsFashola: Jonathan Distributed Dollars To Lagosians by Tbillz(op): 7:40am On Feb 23, 2015
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, on Sunday alleged that President Goodluck Jonathan had spent five days in the state, holding meetings with different people and doling out monies in hard currencies them.

Consequently, the governor described the president’s alleged outreach to different groups including traditional rulers, cooperative societies and market women among others as an act of desperation.

Fashola, who spoke after inspecting some ongoing projects in Ibeju-Lekki and on Lagos Island yesterday, expressed disappointment at some statements credited to the president at meetings with the interest groups at the State House, Marina.

He said: “I want to assume that he did not make a statement that he would deliver Lagos residents from bondage. The question to ask Mr. President is whether he had come to free them from bondage.

“He was here for five days meeting with different people and groups, distributing money in dollars. It is an un-presidential statement made in an act of desperation. That means he lived in bondage in five days if he had come into the state to free people.

“If he can live here for five days moving with patrol vehicles that we paid for, let him go and spend five days in Chibok and he will know what bondage is,” the governor said while reacting to statements credited to the president.

While inspecting a new cemetery in Ibeju-Lekki, the governor openly disclosed that he bought his own vault where his remains would be buried when he joined his ancestors more than four years ago.

He observed that death “is a necessary end that will come when it will come”, quoting Shakespeare, saying there is need for people to prepare for it. “We are here to inspect a cemetery. We often do not like to talk about, but there is a need for it because the population continue to expand and the Lekki sub- region is growing very fast.

“If you look at Ikoyi Cemetery, Abari Cemetery and all of that are more than 100 years old, they were built by colonialists and left behind for us. When you look at the way they have also managed them, many families cannot even visit the vaults where their loved ones are resting.

“We have this strategic partnership now with private sector. The investors are going to deliver a cemetery like no other. They will manage it and make the cost also competitive. There will be high, medium and low density vaults for people who really want to make a statement at their exit.

“It is the truism of life that everyone who comes must go so as we are building hospitals, roads, schools imbibing survival strategy we must also plan for the end. This sounds as something people do not want to discuss. I have bought my vault. It surprises people. I paid for it four years ago. As I always tell people if you come here for life you must plan to go. Those who do not want to go should not come.”

At the inspection of Lagos Court of Arbitration, the governor noted that plans had been concluded by his administration to unveil the first international arbitration court in West Africa sub- region, saying the compelling need to resolve trade disputes locally rather than travelling to London and Paris informed the setting up of the centre in the state.

According to him, “this is the place for dispute resolution. It is the Lagos Arbitration centre. We could save a lot of money and create employment through this court. We have lost a lot of funds to other countries in terms of arbitration in the past. When dispute arise in Nigeria, the preferred place is either Paris, France or London, United Kingdom.”

He, therefore, observed that the centre “is nothing special there. All we need is to create a centre that will have the necessary reputation. We have the personnel because some of the best arbitrators in the continent are Nigerians. We also have the economy for the arbitration because a lot of construction, development and Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects are ongoing. Dispute from there could be resolved here"

PoliticsThe Real Reason Why CAN President, Oritsejafor Collected N7 Billion From Preside by Tbillz(op): 7:20am On Feb 22, 2015
Rumours have started to gather vehement momentum that the Peoples Democratic Party actually gave some pastors N6bn to campaign against the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, in the 2015 presidential election.
According to a report by Punch, the allegation which was first initiated by the Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, is now affirmed by a Borno State-based Man of God, Kallamu Dikwa.
Pastor Dikwa disclosed that the money allegedly given to the pastors by the Presidency was N7bn and not N6bn as alleged by Amaechi.
Read also:EXPOSED! CAN President, Oritsejafor Finally Opens Up “The Secret” On The N7 Billion Bribe (Do You Know Why CAN …..?)
In an Interview with reporters in Kaduna on Thursday, Dikwa, said CAN got the said money (N7bn) on January 26, 2015 and disbursed N3m each to state Chairmen of the CAN across the country.
But the allegation was denied by the Presidency and CAN. While the Presidency said that Dikwa was an agent of the APC, the General Secretary of CAN, Rev. Musa Ayake, maintained that the allegation was total falsehood.
However, Dikwa, said that CAN had started threatening Christians in the state (Borno) that they must re-elect President Jonathan in the rescheduled election.
He said, “It was N7bn that was given to the CAN leadership by President Goodluck Jonathan. They (CAN) later disbursed N3m each to the state chairmen of the CAN. The money was handed over to the CAN leadership on 26th January, 2014.
“This is what I know. One of the CAN officials from Abuja told me that they have collected the money. The corruption in CAN is terrible. They are corrupting the body of Christ because of money.
“They are now threatening Christians in Borno State that they will deal with anybody who refused to vote for Jonathan. And the CAN officials are now campaigning that if Buhari emerges President he will islamise Nigeria; and that Prof. Yemi Osinbajo will resign soon after Buhari wins to give way for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to emerge Vice President.“

Love making should be part of marital life, but some have recommended love making should be @ least trice a week but some argued that it a daily routine activities couples must indulge in. But accumulation of fatigue from daily activities tends to make either the husband or the wife deprive the one another sex on daily basis. From your own perspective how many time is love making recommended within the interval of a week BETWEEN COUPLES? Mature answers will be appreciated

PoliticsNigeria Boko Haram 'leader' Claims Baga Attack In New Video by Tbillz(op): 11:59pm On Jan 20, 2015
ABUJA (Reuters) - A man purporting to be Islamist Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau on Tuesday claimed an attack on the northeastern town of Baga in which scores of civilians were killed when the insurgents seized a multinational military base.

The insurgents, who invaded Baga at the start of the year, razed many buildings and homes in the week that followed, shooting civilians as they tried to flee, witnesses said.

Some local officials put the death toll as high as 2,000, although the military said it was 150.

The video was in the trademark Boko Haram style, with the bearded man claiming to be Shekau in combat fatigues talking in the northern Nigerian Hausa language surrounded by masked gunmen. The military says it killed the real Shekau.

"We are the ones that carried out the attack and it is just the tip of the iceberg," the man says. "There are more coming."

Commenting on weapons seized from Baga, he says they are "enough to annihilate Nigeria."

Soldiers fled the area after the nearby army base, which is the headquarters of a multinational force comprising troops from Chad, Niger and Cameroon, by Lake Chad was overrun. Chad and Cameroon are being drawn into the fight against Boko Haram, but mistrust has hampered cooperation.

The main claiming to be Shekau taunted the leaders of Cameroon, Niger and Chad: Paul Biya, Mahamadou Issoufou and Idris Deby.

He also made it clear he doesn't care for either Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, a southern Christian, or his main opposition contender in Feb. 14 presidential elections Muhammadu Buhari, a northern Muslim.

"Jonathan you are in trouble," he says. "And Buhari, do you think he is a true Muslim? He's an infidel."

BusinessDangote, Africa's First $20bn Man -forbes by Tbillz(op): 9:19am On Jan 19, 2015
The President/Chief Executive of the pan-African conglomerate, the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has become the first African entrepreneur to lay claim to a $20bn fortune, thus becoming one of the 25 richest men in the world.

This is on account of the stock value of his largest holding, Dangote Cement, leaping about three-fourths since March when Forbes released its annual ranking of the world's richest people.

Dangote's 93 per cent stake in the cement company is now worth $19.5bn, according to the magazine.

Dangote Cement becomes the first Nigerian company to achieve a market capitalisation of over $20bn.

Added to this are his controlling stakes in other publicly-listed companies like Dangote Sugar and National Salt Company of Nigeria, and his significant shareholdings in other blue-chip companies like Zenith Bank Plc, UBA Group and Dangote Flour; his extensive real estate portfolio, jets, yachts and current cash position, which includes more than $300m in recently-awarded Dangote Cement.

Forbes reported that the Nigerian billionaire was now richer than Russia's richest man, Alisher Usmanov; India's Lakshmi Mittal; and running neck and neck with India's Mukesh Ambani.

According to the magazine, he is catching up to such Americans as Google's billionaire founders, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

It will be recalled that Dangote Cement had recorded an unprecedented surge in its share price largely due to market response to the company's impressive results in the first quarter of this year.

The cement manufacturer's un-audited results for the three months ending March 31, 2013, had showed that the company's pre-tax profit rose to $339m, representing an 80.6 per cent increase from last year, and a strong indicator of the company's future earning potential.

The results also indicated a 79.5 per cent rise in its earnings per share over the corresponding period last year.

The Head of Investor Relations in the United Kingdom, Dangote Cement, Mr. Carl Franklin, explained in an email response to Forbes that the company's share boost in the first quarter of 2013 was because it had a huge increase in demand across Nigeria, considerable improved gas supply and ramped up capacity.

Franklin said, "So, Q1 was the first sign of just how profitable we can be in Nigeria. The amazing thing is that 66 per cent of our gas-fired production in Q1 was done at 84 per cent gas. Imagine what would happen to margins if we did the same amount at 95 per cent. This has given investors a good sense of what we can really do when everything goes in the right direction.

"It's certainly a landmark for a Nigerian company and we're proud to be the first to achieve it. Obviously, we are focusing on building long-term and sustainable value for shareholders through our investments in Nigeria and Africa. Nigeria is a very entrepreneurial country and I can assure you that other companies will follow us in achieving this."

Forbes in its report reasoned that other companies might eventually achieve this, but it was going to take a bit of time.

Dangote Cement currently accounts for more than a quarter of the total market capitalisation of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The second largest company on the NSE is currently Nigerian Breweries Plc, West Africa's largest manufacturer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which has a market capitalisation of $8.5bn.

Dangote made a debut on the Forbes billionaires list in 2008 with a fortune pegged at $3.3bn. His fortune dropped to $2.5bn in 2009 and plunged further to $2.1bn in 2010.

His fortune surged 557 per cent in 2011 to $13.8bn after he took Dangote Cement public. Dangote dropped to $11.2bn in last year's rankings, but rebounded at $16.1bn this year. Since March, his fortune has jumped another 30 per cent.

Dangote started building his fortune over three decades ago after taking a loan from Sanusi Dantata and started trading in commodities like flour, sugar and cement.
