The Samaritans abandoned God's temple and started worshiping other gods so God began directing all the good promises to only the Jews, that's why the later prophets in the Bible directed all the promises of God to only the Jews Jesus later told a Samaritan woman at Jacob's well {John 4:12} that they've lost God's favour so all the promises of God belongs only to the Jews! John 4:20-22

But instead of the Jews to welcome the Christ with open hands they maltreated him and killed all the fine prophecies God directed to their region so Jesus confirmed that the promises has been given to another nation {Matthew 21:43} and instead of glory Jerusalem has been condemned for turning against the Christ {Matthew 23:37-38} the day Jesus was wrongly accused, judged, sentenced and executed all on false charges in Jerusalem Jesus told the women crying after him that they should cry for the future of Jerusalem because the nation has lost it! Luke 23:38

So all the promises you're reading in the Bible book of Isaiah is not for that faithless nation anymore but for faithful people throughout the earth that comes under one umbrella to put faith in the God of Abraham {Isaiah 2:2} by making His words their constitution among themselves {Isaiah 2:3} because God's Holy Spirit will dwell with them they will produce the fruitage expected of the nation of Israel {Matthew 7:16-18} which is using what they found in God's word to settle all their disparities among themselves, divert their resources into the production of food and information materials, erased the making, buying, selling and usage of weapons totally among themselves!
