Experienced something similar, in fact we re only two that was called to my panel from amphitheatre (myself and one Babcock guy, both studied Economics. GT). Had just 3 old men as panelist. The secretary, a lady later joined them towards the end of my interview.

Maybe it was because, we were rescheduled from 8am.

Theories flying round put invitees @6k - 9k range. Except if there was an official pronouncement by nnpc stating invitees @9k. However, Not all invitees attended the interview.

So if going by the 6k( and factoring non attendees)...... U can do the maths. (Close to 70%, could be 60-65%).

Except if you re a close relatives of any of the kyari's, as far as NNPC is concerned, you can't assure me anything Bro.

i laff when I read about 9k ppl went for the interview...I don't know who counted sef, during my set, wen dey called us out, the list long but we were 6 that came for the interview... Only NNPC have the correct figure til dey release am, everything you read here na wash...

D way some ppl drop info from der whatever source, dey funny sha...very direct you go think na dem dey incharge of the recruitment process.

Anything we read here na mere guess only NNPC have the right info...some ppl's sources na cleaner, security or even recharge card seller wey dey eavesdrop...

My safety question dey like asked me to mention the safety measures I c ryt from my entry into the towers. Oh boy. I started with d guards from d entrace that see u in to avoid wandering. the Identification so as to bar intruders, medics at the clearance point, hose reel (it may b somtin else though) I saw mounted in the wall at 8th floor in case of fire outbreak and lastly a demarcation on a glass wall (or door) telling people to be mindful of the glass (I think I catch a glimpse of dat on my way to d amphitheater). Local man was jst trying to make it up. Next time one should be mindful of his surroundings.

However, i want to ask: was it just an info about recipients you got or you saw people from all dates that have been paid? Currently, I haven't heard or seen anyone interviewed on the 1st that has been paid. I stand to be corrected though.

I made a brief intro of my self nd responded to a question asked by d chairperson abt d relevance of my field (I studied Public Administration) to nnpc nd how I can b able to add value to nnpc as a GT gving my discipline (cant fully remember how she stated d question). In response I was able to gear my answer towards leadership (later realized I trapped myself). She then responded by saying that as a GT I am supposed to b d lowest in d hierarchy therefore how would my knowledge of leadership as a GT would inturn positively impact the corporation (I am not qouting directly)?, nd dat was it, I had to maneuver, I think d best answer I gave has do with d fact that every worker is a leader on the task he is given, also employee initiative in decision making is an aspect of leadership (according to me) and that the knowledge would eqiup me in identifying wat my superior officer wants of me.
Another question was abt wat I learnt from my students in the university, asked another panelist (I was a graduate assistant at a fed. uni.) I answered teamwork and explained, anoda panelist asked what make a good team member? I said support, which brings abt team work nd then efficiency. Then safety question, I asked dem the reason for delay in passage of PIGB (I cnt fully explain why I asked this question).
Finaly I was asked whether am going back to Sokoto.

Hence, I dug this up for deliberation given that he, was the initiator of the 1% theory.

In the context of the 1% theory, EXEMPTED perhaps means not subject to further scrutiny (chosen ones in Futures voice). With regard to the ABT, could mean not subject to further positive considerations.

If you read the propagator's preceding posts, you could sense the trepidation given the desperate inquisition and tone. I was surprised when he came up with the 1% theory the next day but who am I to doubt his source.

Personally, the only thing I know about the TF and APL is that TF shows one atrended the interview. There may be or may not be further links but I seriously question the integrity of the 1% theory while not accepting the ABT. Given the rate and method of payment, i think TF would continue to trickle in even after APLs have been given.

Check am see now. alerts were for 1 day last week. It means majority never receive alert. If alert was for all working days, it means most would get the alert. Remember, only 2 NNPC staff sent the alerts.

1. Alert 1 carried NNPC INTERVIEW T/FARE REIMBURSEMENT FROM MIS STAFF
2. Alert 2 CARRIED A NAME FROM COMPENSATION STAFF.


As the recruitment has been concluded and APL awaited, it means the alertees have the smaller numerical advantage.

this isn't mocking the "non alertees".... how will someone wey never see money feel after reading this...in the absence of ACT...

For some reason I feel really, had a brief look at the 2012 recruitment from NHJ, one post said bout 207 engineers (GT), 380( not precise) non engineering and also 380 EH, for GTs I think we could use ratio of 1:2 since its believed there would be bout double what was employed then.
