your sister should have the phone receipts and pack. If your story is true and not a stolen phone. Take the receipt/pack containing the imel no to engineer place, they will help you to bypass the frp or completely flash the firmware with system. The phone will become useable back.

-Connect WiFi & get back to 1st welcome screen.

-tap on > apex launcher > settings > enable option "Allow from this sources" > tap on back arrow.
-tap on > install > open > continue.

-From there go to > MENU > Settings > Biometrics & Security > Fingerprints > Continue > PIN > Continue.
-Set your desire pin code there.
-After successfully setting up the pin code, just restart your device.

While completing the initial setup, you will be asked PIN Code, just enter the pin code that you have already setup, and from the gmail sign in screen, just tap on "SKIP" button to access your device normally.

-First of all you have to Connect Wifi.
-After that, go back to very first "START" screen and then Insert SIM CARD.
-Now Remove SIM CARD.
-Immediately after you remove sim card, just Press power key to lock your device.
-Now again Press Power key to unlock device, and you will see "Not signed in" popup message on your screen.
-So you have to Swipe that popup to left and then tap on "bell icon".
-Tap on > Notification Settings > Youtube > More Settings in App > About > Google Privacy Policy > Cancel.

Advise is: Make sure you remove your google account to avoid frp lock, otherwise, new buyer of the phone may hard reset device, and then he wont be able to access device

1. From very first "welcome screen" tap on "Lets Go", then "Skip", then "Setup As New" after that "Connect Wi-Fi", and go back to "WELCOME SCREEN AGAIN".

2. Now tap on "Visiion Settings", "Talkback", then Turn on "Talkback".

11. Connect Nokia Smartphone to computer, and then tap on "Receiver Test" from nokia device.
