Bro. It’s obvious something is fishing about the agent, that he is trying to cone from you. Why on earth will he advise you to hold on because your resumption is far…when it’s the earlier the better because of booking of flight ticket.

He ask you to upload some documents and you didn’t do it, and you’re expecting magic at the end. 3. Seems you didn’t go through IRCC website to know processing time and start sending web form. Lastly, The reason for this forum is to guide you on the necessary pathway to apply yourself or know why your agent should be doing at a time. But you probably didn’t the past discussion in the forum.
All the same…nothing is lost. Kindly ask your agent to provide you with login details and know where you stand. Because as it stands you don’t even know if the agent submitted your application or they must have replied you.

It’s obvious that IRCC will return your application, with this new policy…ask your school on how to go about the attestation letter or they might possibly give a cover letter.

A. From February 15th, any international student that attends a University and obtains a Master's degree even if it is less than 2 years, will now be eligible to get a 3-year PGWP.
B. International students who attend Public post-secondary colleges are still eligible for PGWP.
C. New International students who will be attending Public-Private post-secondary Colleges will not be eligible for PGWP (this will be effective from Sept 2024)
D. International students who graduate from Public post-secondary Colleges for a 1-year program are eligible for 1 year PGWP.
E. International students who graduate from Public post-secondary Colleges for a 2-year or more program are eligible for a 3-year PGWP.
What is important is to know if a school is a Public Post-Secondary school or it's a Private Post Secondary School or Public-Private post-secondary school.
Did they ask you to do medicals or you decided to do upfront medicals??

I was forced to cut some documents and upload them in other sections.
It’s obvious the fault is from you, why did you have to upload documents in section that have specific documents that should be uploaded?
What you could have done is to section your document and upload the max on the main application. Why you submit the rest via webform, as they could be easily seen as additional documents by VO.
But all hope should not be lost…put up an appeal and clearly state you uploaded some docs in other sections, and on your part, you fail to mention it to VO in your LOE.
DMCY: I saw that the biometrics number in my ircc portal is the exact same one that was written on the paper I got from Vfs after I did the biometrics that day…
Then you have no need to be worried, since you have also sent webform to IRCC.

Why the rush, when you have not yet traveled? You could have at least wait till you get to Canada, before applying for them, so many reforms going on…and am sure you used them as home tie in your own application.
