The judiciary has acted upon these powers bestowed upon it by virtue of The Act, and made pronouncements granting a motion-exparte. It’s left with the executive to implement this order, in line with the rulings of the court. Why are they brazenly challenging the so-called Apex Court?

If it has been servicing you for months or years without any issues and you didn't tell how good they're, Don't you think it unfair and counterproductive coming here to tarnish their image just for a transactional delay which is not up to 72hrs? . Lagos state government needs to be more clear about this. They should at least make a publication showing the exact types of bikes banned and the ones allowed rather than making vague and sweeping statements.

I own and ride a private scooter. If police holds me on the road, how will I start to explain to them how it is not part of the banned vehicles when there is no clear definition of what Okada really is.
