IslamRe: Some Facts About The Hijāb By Faarooq Aleem Al-egbaawiy by Techreliance(m): 10:39am On May 28, 2021
Rashduct4luv:
Some Facts about the Hijāb:

1) The Hijāb is Allaah's commandment upon every Muslim female (especially the matured ones).

2) The Hijāb is compulsory to be worn by every Muslim female at all times in the public place (outside their homes).

3) The Hijāb is not compulsory to be worn in the private place like the homes of the Muslim females except when a stranger (that can't see them without the Hijāb) is within their homes.

4) Nothing should be worn on the Hijāb. Rather the Hijāb should be worn on all clothing except on severe needs.

5) The Hijāb being an outer clothing for the Muslim females must not be removed and replaced with something else in the public place except on urgent necessities like labour room, theatres and its similitude.

6) The Hijāb is an identification of the Muslim females and not a mosque attire/uniform or Islamic gathering attire.

7) The Hijāb is a religious dress code which shouldn't be worn to places or events that are frowned at by the dictates of Islām.

8 ) The Hijāb is not enslavement of the Muslim females by their husbands but a religious commandment and sacred obedience to Allāh, the Most High.

9) The Hijāb is not meant to be given to Non-Muslim females to be worn except on very necessary situations like when Islām is being embraced or when there is a likelihood for an acceptance of Islām.

10) The Hijāb is not a sign of derogation for Muslim females but a clear symbol of submission and acceptance of Allāh's dictates.

11) The Hijāb is not a ceremonial wear or professional attire that can be abandoned for other attires or wears in the public place.

12) All dress codes, job attires etc must be worn under the Hijāb except on stringent conditions like wearing lab. coats or its similitude on it for necessities.

So you're more Muslim than Muslims that
celebrate the birthday of Muhammad( Maulid Nabiyy) on the twelfth day of the month of Rabiulawal, the third month of the Muslim calendar, even though no one knows the exact day Muhammad was born?

Allah is a pagan moon god yet to worship and bow down to him, The Star and the crescent moon on your mosques is of pagan origin yet you never condemn it, kissing Blackstone is of pagan origin, yet you never condemn it. Going for hajj and doing tawaf is of pagan origin yet you do it today. Praying 5 daily prayers is from Zoroastrians yet you do it today, fasting in the month of Ramadan is of pagan origin yet you do it today. Why can't you focus on the paganism that you call religion?
You are more of ignoramus to me and why on earth should I be wrestling with a pig like you.
Moreover  I don't want know if u're doing this ur gimcrackery out of hatred towards Islam or ignorantly but I pray may Allah never guild u until u're dead, u this bloody kaafir.
IslamMuslims & Christmas/new Year by Techreliance(op): 10:10am On Dec 24, 2020
All praise is due to Allah, and may His peace and benediction be upon His Messenger.

To start with, it is pertinent to ask: What concerns a Muslim with Christmas or where lies their nexus?

If celebration of mawlid-nabiyy is considered bid'ah - a reprehensible innovation which is not permissible in Islam, how much more the celebration of other innovated festivities found in other religions.

Historically, Christmas wasn't known to the early Christians (please do your research), it's rather a fabricated practice in the Christendom. Based on this fact, some Christian sects openly condemn Christmas & New Year celebrations in strong terms believing that the duo originated from pagan background. The celebration of Christmas is a grave evil on two major accounts:

1. Those who celebrate Christmas say "Jesus is Lord (God)", and some others believe "Jesus is Son of God". In essence, this means they are celebrating the birthday of God or God's Son.

As for the Muslims; believing that God was born or gave birth to a son is blasphemy. As Qur'an 112:1,3 clearly states:

قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ … لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ
"Say (O Muhammad): "He is Allah, (the) One…He begets not, nor was He begotten…"

2. Secondly, Christmas celebration is intrinsically based upon falsehood. There isn't any established proof that Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) was born on the 25th of December (you can ask the pastors about this). This is similar to those who celebrate Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him) among the Muslims - they equally lack any justification for such practice. In fact, his actual birth-date remains unknown in history.

So, why would people be celebrating a false birthday of their God or acclaimed Son Of God?

Therefore, celebrating Christmas or New Year and accepting gifts pertaining to these festive periods are prohibited in Islam on account of the following evidences:

1. Celebration of festivals is a religious rite. It indicates the religion a person belongs. Muslims must dissociate themselves absolutely from all religious worships and celebrations outside Islam. This is why Allah instructed His Messenger (Muhammad) to tell the disbelievers:

لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِىَ دِينِ
"To you be your religion, and to me my religion (Islam)." [Qur'an 109:6]

2. A fundamental principle in declaring haram and halal is contained in Surah Maa'idah verse 2:

وَتَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ ۚ
"Help you one another in virtue, righteousness and piety; but do not help one another in sin and transgression."

If giving or accepting Christmas/New Year gifts apparently implies one's approval of pagan festivals, what about celebrating with them, attending their parties and exchanging such greetings.

3. Another strong evidence which should deter Muslims from anti-Islamic symbols is the hadith which says:

“Whoever imitates a people is one of them.” [Narrated by Abu Dawood (4031) classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Irwa’ al-Ghaleel (5/109).]

No true Muslim will like to be raised among the non-Muslims in the Hereafter. This is why we need to be more conscious and very careful, as Allah warned: "Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you until you follow their religion." (Qur'an 2:120)

إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكْرَىٰ لِمَن كَانَ لَهُۥ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى ٱلسَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
"Verily, therein is indeed a reminder for him who has a heart or gives ear while he is heedful." (Qur'an 50:37)

Simply and humbly tell your Christian neighbour, relatives, co-worker: “I am a Muslim and my religion doesn't permit me to celebrate or accept gifts associated with un-Islamic festivals. There are Christians who boldly reject Sallah meat unapologetically and no reasonable Muslim should pick offense or disappointment at that. They won't crucify you too for this sincere and honourable rejection, it's just a matter of mutual understanding and respect. And Allah's aid is sought.

*May peace be upon those who follow the guidance!*

IslamRe: Islamic View On Husband Helping His Wife With House Chores by Techreliance(m): 10:59am On Dec 11, 2020
[quote author=Realismailakabir post=96488087]Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World, His peace and blessings upon his noble Prophet (SAW)

Firstly we have to know that doing house chores is waajib (necessity) for a wife and helping one's wife is Sunnah that our beloved prophect practiced. If we are to follow his example we have to follow this beautiful Sunnah no matter how busy we are! Many scholars depend on the hadith below declare it a necessity on wives.

Al-Bukhari and Muslim may Allah have mercy upon them narrated that: 'Faatimah, may Allah be pleased with her (the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad)(SAW) came to the Prophet, complaining of what she suffered from the hand mill and from grinding, when she got the news that some slave girls of the booty had been brought to the messenger of Allah. She went to him to ask for a maid-servant, but she did not find him and she told Aaisha, may Allah be pleased with her, of her need. When the Prophet(SAW) came, Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, informed him (SAW) of Faatimah's request. Then Prophet, may Allah be pleased with him came to our house when we had gone to our beds. (On seeing the Prophet SAW) , we were going to get up, but he said keep at your places,' I felt the coolness of the feet of the Prophet (SAW) on my chest. Then he said: shall I tell you a thing which is better than what you asked me for? When you go to your beds, say: Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) 34 times, Al-Hamdulillaah (all perfect praise be to Allah) 33 times, and Subhaanallaah (Glorified is Allah) 33 times. This is better for you than what you have requested.'

From this Sahih Hadith we can see that it is compulsory for house wives to do their
daily tasks at home and not neglect it. She have to put into consideration that her man strives daily to meet ends for the family, even if she works, she must try her best to be equal to this task!

Hadith:
Aisha, the wife of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), was asked, “What did the Prophet ( ﷺ ) use to do in his house?” She replied, “ He used to keep himself busy serving his family ( ﻛَﺎﻥَ ﻳَﻜُﻮﻥُ ﻓِﻲ ﻣِﻬْﻨَﺔِ ﺃَﻫْﻠِﻪِ ) and when it was the time for prayer he would go for it .” (Bukhari)

In another report Aisha is reported to have said, “He did what one of you would do in his house. He mended sandals and patched garments and sewed .” (Adab Al-
Mufrad graded sahih by Al-Albani)

Hence, he did not find such things too ‘womanish’ for him, to do. No wonder that he said, “The best of you is the one who is best to his wife, and I am the best of you to my wives .” (Tirmidhi; Ibn Majah)
Scholars view:
Scholars like Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah, Abu Ishaaq al-Jawzjaani and Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on them) said that it is the womans duty to serve her husband within the bounds of what is reasonable.

IslamRe: Miracle Of The Quran'two Seas Between Them Is Barrier' by Techreliance(m): 11:24am On Oct 30, 2020
[quote author=Realismailakabir post=95227627]Quran is a book revealed to Prophet Muhammad SAW 1400 years ago. The prophet lived in desert land of Arab with high level of dehumidification and aridity of their weather, no river. If he is the writer of the Quran as many claimed, how did he know there is a normal sweet water and salty bitter water meeting side by side without meeting? This is river was later confirmed after many centuries the name of the both seas are 'Baltic sea and North sea'. Location: The Baltic Sea is an arm of the Atlantic Ocean, enclosed by
Denmark , Estonia , Finland , Latvia, Lithuania , Sweden ,northeast Germany , Poland, Russia and the North and Central European Plain.

My question now is; how did Prophet Muhammad know such a thing exist somewhere in the world? This is not a mere chance. It must be from the LORD OF THE WORLDS.

Those who trust Allah subhannau wa'ta ala never lose hope.

IslamRe: 10 Things You Didn’t Know About Islam And The Prophet Muhammad by Techreliance(m): 11:01am On Oct 30, 2020
Lukgaf:
"The recent rise of Islamophobia in the West is an unfortunate reminder that many misconceptions and stereotypes surround Islam, Muslims, and the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

With 1.8 billion followers across the globe, Islam is an Abrahamic religion centered around the belief in God (Allah) and his prophets. Islam’s holy text, the Quran, calls on Muslims to follow God’s rules and seek peace—fitting, given that the name of the religion means “peace” in Arabic.

Despite this core tenant of peace, Islam is often linked to wars, hate, and terrorism due to media misrepresentation, ignorance, and harmful stereotypes.

Islamophobia is sometimes a response to the horrific acts extremists such as ISIS have carried out in the name of Islam. But extremists do not represent the entire religion, and the overwhelming majority of Muslims strongly reject terrorism, hate, and discrimination.

Racism is also a factor in the prevalence of Islamophobia and the harmful stereotypes of Muslims and Islam. Muslims around the world suffer from both overt and concealed racism, which does not always receive as much attention as other forms of discrimination.

Racist and Islamophobic people often justify their discrimination with freedom of speech. However, freedom of speech is not an invitation to attack others’ existence.

The best way to avoid discriminating against others is to learn more about their principles. We present below nine interesting facts about Islam and the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that you might not know about from MWN"
It is He Who hath sent His Messenger with guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).

IslamRe: He Wants To Attribute His Child From His Second Wife To His First Wife. by Techreliance(m): 9:53am On Aug 21, 2020
smallrincowis16:
Question

I am married and my wife no longer gets her menses. Is it permissible, according to Islam, to marry another wife with the aim of taking an egg from her and implanting it in the uterus of my current wife, and producing a child who will be kept by my current wife, and we will attribute him to us? If that is not permissible, is it permissible for me to marry a woman so that she will bear me a child in the natural way, and I will attribute him to myself and my current wife, after his birth mother agrees to that?

Answer

Praise be to Allah.

Firstly:

The first idea, of implanting an egg from one woman into the uterus of another woman, is not permissible. A statement was issued by the Islamic Fiqh Council concerning the issue of implanting a fertilised egg from a couple into the uterus of another woman, stating that this is not permissible, even if the woman in whom the egg is implanted is the second wife of the husband himself.

Secondly:

The child can only be attributed to his real parents. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):

“nor has He made your adopted sons your real sons. That is but your saying with your mouths. But Allah says the truth, and He guides to the (Right) Way.

Call them (adopted sons) by (the names of) their fathers, that is more just with Allah”

[al-Ahzab 33:4, 5].

Based on that, it is not permissible to attribute the child to anyone but his real mother who gave birth to him. This is the kind of adoption that is prohibited. That is because attributing him to someone other than his real mother may result in negative consequences, one of which is that he would inherit from that woman on the basis that she is his mother, when in fact she is not, and this would be a transgression of people’s rights. Moreover, people may regard that child as a mahram of someone for whom he is not a mahram, such as a maternal uncle or aunt, or vice versa.

Conclusion:

It is not permissible for you to seek to have a child in the manner mentioned. It is also not permissible for you to marry another woman so that you can attribute her child to your first wife.

You have other, permissible means of having a child, such as marrying a second wife. In that case, if Allah blesses you with children from her, there is no reason why the first wife cannot take care of the upbringing of some of the children of the second wife, as a way of bringing her comfort and consolation by having children around her. If it is not possible to marry a second wife, but you can take care of an orphan, then we advise you to try to do that, but without attributing the child to yourself or to your wife, unless she actually gave birth to him.

We ask Allah to bestow upon you righteous offspring, for He is able to do that.

And Allah knows best.
