PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 1:20pm On Nov 27, 2013
ndu_chucks: For the umpteeth time, I am not celebrating anything, I am simply commenting on the legality of the impending action of the house members. Stop trying to join unrelated issues. I've told you to open a separate thread if you wish to address the other part of your post since I have no intention of participating in the derailment of this one. I am squarely focused on the topic of this thread at this moment.
Your previous posts:

ndu_chucks: Continue to deceive yourself. According to you, only one faction of PDP existed before now, there was no division whatsoever in the PDP, nPDP/G7 are simply figments of people's imaginations, and PDP was so united that they publicly told some of their key members to go and join APC just to show the togetherness within PDP.

As a matter of fact, to any Nigerian, G7 is the name of a forum which brought together the heads of the richest industrialized countries: France, West Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States. mumu

ndu_chucks: Why are you people so lazy that you can't lookup simple information, but instead you'll confidently make pronouncements which project you as uninformed?

The constitution allows for these house members to decamp, in fact Section 68 (1) of the 1999 Constitution allows defection of any lawmaker if there is division in the political party of which he was previously a member or a merger of two or more political parties or factions by one of which he was previously sponsored.

Their seats cannot be constitutionally rendered vacant. I expect additional defection from the house and senate in coming days. I'm sorry to say that GEJ's days are numbered.
You are even rolling-on-the-floor-laughing yet claimed you didn't celebrate the "unprecedented level of looting, theft, coverups, and massive fraud" joining the "progressives".

See how you even liken them to the world G7?
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 1:08pm On Nov 27, 2013
Delafruita: what exactly do you mean by "the opposition parties thrived"?
thrive
θrʌɪv/Submit
verb
past tense: thrived
1. grow or develop well or vigorously.
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 1:01pm On Nov 27, 2013
ndu_chucks: If you are a regular poster in this section, you'd know that I am immune from name calling. You've highlighted some 'achievements' of GEJ's administration but I'm afraid those achievements are not particularly distinguished. These are normal activities which a mediocre government should carry out. Unfortunately, you people have been programmed to believe that what you itemized are great achievements.

Certainly, these 'achievements' are not excuses for the massive looting and other attrocities I mentioned in my last post. None of us should condone looters, at the state level or federal. For the purposes of this thread, we are focusing on PDP, GEJ, APC, and the members of the house who are planning to switch parties shortly.

Lets try to be focused here. If you wish, you can open a thread to discuss corruption in the states you mentioned.
At the highlighted...

You cannot say this and celebrate the "decampees" from PDP at the same time.
Why did you leave out the other part of my post deliberately?
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 12:25pm On Nov 27, 2013
ndu_chucks: I had assumed that you were looking at the situation strictly from the legal point of view, as I was doing. You've put things in perspective by owning up to your personal intolerance of 'hypocrisy of APC and their supporters'.

I agree that we can find hypocrisy within both APC and PDP and we all should condemn such. You are wrong however, to conclude that I seek the downfall of PDP because I am naive or wicked. I have seen first hand, unprecedented level of looting, theft, coverups, and massive fraud, the levesl of which have never been seen in the history of the world, under GEJ's administration, and I truly believe that we cannot afford another 4 years of these attrocities.

So for me, if GEJ must go, PDP must first go. Nothing personal buddy.
The highlighted shows how hypocritical you are again.

1. Under the same GEJ, opposition parties thrived.
2. You actually now have information of what is happening in government.
3. The power road map is been realized.
4. Rail has been revitalized.
5. ...and many more

But again at the highlighted....

1. You embrace the same people who perpetuated the said "unprecedented level of looting, theft, coverups, and massive fraud"
2. Have you also looked at the "unprecedented level of looting, theft, coverups, and massive fraud" in other non-PDP states?
3. Do you know that Nyako is one of the least performing governors in Nigeria? Is he also a "progressive"?
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 12:02pm On Nov 27, 2013
ndu_chucks: Oga, start crying us a river. PDP has lost this one. Where in the constitution does it state that the said division must be supported by evidence recognized by designated authorities such as INEC? Has any court ever interpreted that section of the constitution as you stated?

If this is what you and PDP intend to fight with, then I wouldn't want to be on your side. You people will soon hear from Tambuwal and other house members on when the mass defect will take place. If I were GEJ, I wouldn't fight that fight because it would render him a lame duck of a President until 2015 or earlier when he gets booted out.

Eeyah, I feel sorry for goons like Sincere_9gerian who have since gone into hiding.

www.nairaland.com/attachments/229503_ROFLMAODog_gif3fa44b12f55ba64fc785c3a5794ba92e
Brox, you are the one not getting it.

I actually want the balance in the house as that's where I feel we really need change (that's if they really start making policies and not just collecting allocations).

I only wish they were in the house to do the Nation service.

You are naive, wicked or both if you sit there singing their praise and calling for the downfall of PDP.
Only hypocrites will want PDP to die. They are those who want to hold on to power for themselves.

As much as I don't like APC (because of their hypocrisy), I want the party to thrive.
This is good for democracy and Nigerians ultimately.
I am however not going to tolerate the hypocrisy of APC and their supporters.
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 11:37am On Nov 27, 2013
ndu_chucks: What is wrong with you people? Even Aturu himself acknowledges that any member of the house or senate can change parties, but unlike governors who can change parties at will, house members must show that there was division within their party. Anyone who believes that there is no division within PDP is very dishonest and stupid, or lives in Mars.

Listen to minute 1:46 of the video and hear Aturu say that all that is required is to show division within PDP for those non governors to switch parties without losing their seats or rendering them vacant. Even if the legislators do not switch, they can still vote as they see fit. Either way, GEJ and PDP are finished.

Watch the Aturus Channels Interview here
Ndu Chuks, some times you have to keep quiet and learn.

The division that must be shown is a legal evidence (recognized buy designated authorities e.g INEC) to prove that the party is divided already.

Not some rofo-rofo media stunt.
It's even funny when the media houses say APC "merged" with New PDP.
Is there a party called new PDP?
They are trying to avoid the terms "decamp" or "defect to" but they are not smart enough.
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 11:27am On Nov 27, 2013

gboss4sure: Unfortunately they have all become saints and progressives grin grin grin grin grin. Lets watch out how PDP will respond grin grin grin.
Seriously, I don't really care about the them decamping. I am more worried that APC is presenting themselves as progressives but with open arms to the same people they have hitherto labelled corrupt! How hypocritical?!
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 11:16am On Nov 27, 2013
ndu_chucks: Oga, Aturu is positioning himself for raking in more millions by providing the said interpretation. I heard him on TV, and decerning minds know that he is full of crap, this time around. Not to worry, the shameless PDP will soon hire him to take the matter to court. By the time the case finds its way to the supreme court, the affected house members and senators would have bben reelected under APC. But we all know that, with life there is hope for PDP and GEJ cheesy
This is why I don't like APC supporters.
Because Aturu interpreted the constitution and it didn't favor you, he is "full of crap this time around"?

It's also funny that you don't know even if they remain in thwe house, most of them will not be re-elected?

In Adamawa, Rivers, Kano PDP will clear the seats. Especially Rivers.
Niger and Jigawa are still a doubt for APC.
PoliticsRe: 49 House Members Decamp To APC by TechWalker007: 10:52am On Nov 27, 2013
ndu_chucks: Aturu is doing what lawyers do best, making money by representing any side of the coin.
I am not talking about representation in court but explanation of the section of the constitution you mis-interpreted.

You just mis-interpreted the constitution.

Did you listen to Bamidele Aturu on Channels TV?

HAHAHAHAHA!

See "corrupt" politicians from PDP defecting and "Progressives" are celebrating!

HEHEHEHEHE!

I have been shouting that these APC fellows are the worst hypocrites and enemy of Nigeria and I have been vindicated.
My staunch APC colleagues had no voice in office today, I ate them raw!!!

You cannot compare Q10 to any Samsung Galaxy series experience not to mention Q5.

Since muslems have dominated all the federal govt institutions including the military and this selfish organisation did nt speak of cheating against the christians. Bunch of trash
Funny but that's what has been before now. Why do you think the Northern Christians and MB is aligning more with GEJ?
OBJ is to be commended for the work he did, weakening the hold of Northern Muslims over Nigerian institutions.

There is more to be done. Go to Customs, Immigration, NNPC and many other key institutions, you'll be amazed if Hausa/Fulani muslims are 90% of our population!

I have not heard any project in Lagos funded with SURE-P or has Fashola reject his own share since February?
PoliticsRe: APC Politicians Plan To Cover Up After RIGGING A LG Election In Edo State(video) by TechWalker007: 10:56am On Nov 19, 2013
SLIDE waxie: [s]i don't care wot u say, but only a fool will remain truthful in Nigeria under the context of an election!!

So, when i knw that all other parties will rig to death, i shld just expect truth to prevail and fold my arms?

What sane man leaves his property for robbers without doing all things to protect it?

So as a Christian, if u av a gun and an arm robber tries to break into ur home with ur family around, will u abide by 'thou shall not kill' rule and watch him molest, terrorize, maim and loot ur family or shoot him at the slightest opportunity?

Even though u knw u av killed, u will still face the court and claim its in defense. ain't it?

So, if PDP, who will rig was able to amass 30,000 extra votes for itself, will it count as APC's? Only a fool won't counterattack an opposition's tactic!

In 2003 in ogun state, we voted for AC, PDP won! Clear day robbery!
By 2007, we voted again for ACN against PDP, but now, the people won. Did u knw how?

Cos we went all out against the robbers, those who can participate in the robbery did so, but this time, they carried the loot to our side!

Stop being an hypocrite! We knw in edo, the PDP who has lost the seat will come back in full force and that required more stern counter-measures!
Who is a saint, you?[/s]
In other threads, you campaign for APC and Buhari saying they are the ones that can fight corruption. Now you are revealing your true self, a typical APC fellow, HYPOCRITE!!!!!
Just like Buhari who wants to fight corruption by joining forces with known corrupt bunches like Tinubu, Nyako and others.

@Mods, please move this to frontpage, it's worth it!

By the way, Lagos state was built before Tinubu and Fashola ever dreamt of becoming politicians. Lagos is former capital with many companies HQ and many industries. It has got nothing to do with APC, Tinubu or Fashola.

APC is to make portable water, education, cheap housing, transportation, good roads, agbero-free streets, cheap adequate Medicare etc, available to residents of Lagos state.
They have failed in most of what I mentioned.
