take dat: No one wants a weakling or dictator for a President. We want GEJ to be a 'strong president', strong enough to deal with our corrupt politicians, strong enough to deal with crude oil thieves, strong enough to deal with the cabal of fraudulent business men and women who commit economic crimes, and strong enough to guide the country to the promised land. Not a President or Government that hounds ordinary citizens for expressing their displeasure towards Government. What part of the post did you not get. It is the same people who say GEJ is weak that also say GEJ is a dictator. Who? Your guess is as good as mine! |
IGBO-PRESIDENT:Hahahahahahahahahaha! https://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/laughing/rolling-on-the-floor-laughing-smiley-emoticon.gif |
JECBOSS: PUNCH newspaper reported at 1AMBros you have plenty of time. Do you still read Punch? I since stopped and unfollowed them on twitter. |
ibn akogun: The confusion of APC..... GEJ is clueless and weak.....GEJ is a dictator! |
...Nigerians believe Mr. Jonathan’s government to be the most corrupt and hypocritical in the country’s history, and even his former Internet fans who supported him in the 2011 elections continue to say so in various fora...It is obvious these guys have begin to believe their own lies and propaganda. Very childish conclusion from a supposed adult. |
One word: HYPOCRITES!!!! |
waleadex: if it's going to be towards attaining a better Nigeria,so be it. Meanwhile,i am beginning to get tired of hearing these APC and nPDP news everytime....ah!Bros, smart up nah, kilode? |
@op, please give us update jare... |
APC goons should learn now that election is not done on Nairaland, Facebook, TV and Newspapers. Better adjust your ways or una go loose even Lagos state before una eye go clear. ![]() |
Sincere 9gerian: BAD loser, taking panadol for another man's headache. Are you from Anambra? What is your business with who Anambrarians elect as their governor? The desperation of Southwest and far-north APC was the undoing of Ngige in the Anambra election. The harder you guys push, the more unpopular Ngige becomes. Perhaps, if you guys had not pushed this hard or showed this sort of unprecedented desperation, Ngige may have stood a better chance. Imagine protesting in Abuja for an election that held in Anambra? I can bet that the Abuja protesters would have been stoned if they tried that in Anambra. This same Ngige was elected a senator only 2 years ago. What has changed? It is the desperation of southwest and far-north APC (including Rochas) to dictate to Ndi-Anambra who to vote for.You are so on point. Even when Ngige is a known rigger, with Ubah and Nwoye as accomplices, he had a good chance of winning. Ngige's real problem was not just APC as a party but the SW APC bigots made him an outcast in his own state. Their desperation will irritate any sane person. |
FreeGlobe: Look at this fool talking as if Anambra people were allowed to vote anyone, why did APGA resort to rigging since sycophants like you want to make us believe they are sure of the people's vote. We'll all see how this ends. You are really pathetic. So Anambra people did not vote? The only party that imported touts with fake observers id and Anambra voters card was APC from Osun! |
All these APC fellows are very funny bunch. The election is the "worst" election ever, lol ![]() The sham called election that Oshiomole presided over is on video for everyone to see, but nay, since they won, it is free and fair! The people made their choice. |
@Agbameta and bloggernaija with all those who share the same callousness: If you haven't watched the video please do. The woman is not a hawker, she went to buy goods and was waiting for vehicle to move her stuffs. Go to 1.38. The woman said "na here motor dey carry us". She obviously was waiting for a vehicle to take her goods and not a street hawker like you would have us believe on this thread. The goods were in cartons sealed. They are also NOT PRODUCT YOU HAWK IN THE STREETS, watch the video again. For the benefit of doubt, let's agree she was hawking, it still does not justify an elected governor telling her "you are a widow, go and die!" If it's not Nigeria, Oshiomole would be in court and would have been forced to resign as we speak. Do you know cyber bullying is already a crime? How much more an elected state governor telling a widow to go and die! |
double post |
Mylove55: Why d shouting,i never like osho before, because all of them(both fg and sg dat have rule dis nation even b4 1960)are thieves.but on dis i support osho.because i cry everyday dat he has not be able to stop pple from hawking in d walk way, even back of oba mkt where i stay,i can't even go out, those sellers and bus driver, take d road.i want osho to do more of dis.if u are widow,go to govt office for help.they don't hear word, osho has be in mision rd thrice since last week tried to stop them, dat was why he was furious.as soon as he leave, pple start selling again, pls tel pple not to even stand on d walk way,is not a standing way or a selling way, lets make nigeria a nice place to live.Hey, please stop the blind support. If you haven't watched the video please do. The woman is not a hawker, she went to buy goods and was waiting for vehicle to move her stuffs. Go to 1.38. For the benefit of doubt, let's agree she was hawking, it still does not justify an elected governor telling her "you are a widow, go and die!" If it's not Nigeria he would be in court and would have been forced to resign as we speak. Do you know cyber bullying is already a crime? How much more an elected state governor telling a widow to go and die! I bet if it was a PDP governor, SW media houses will be cooking up pages for tomorrow. |
I just watched the video again and at 1.38 the woman said "na here motor dey carry us". She obviously was waiting for a vehicle to take her goods and not a street hawker like some fake doctors would have us believe on this thread. |
payless: That is very bad of the Governor. He needs to apologise.Knowing you as a staunch APC supporter and one fellow I eschew in NL, I am challenged by your post. The only thing you got wrong is blaming PDP for this. This was totally wrong and heartless. More painful is the way it was done and the words he used. |
hillsate: Any student here that is applauding the FG for ordering ASUU back to class is either a teenager who is still in 100level and does not really understand whats happening in the education sector or is simply da.ft.You are a teenager who is still in 100level and does not really understand whats happening in the education sector or simply da.ft. if you think ASUU is fighting for the Education Sector. |
Olaolufred: YOU DO NOT NEED TANTRUMS.Bros I hate hypocrisy with passion, but I didn't really throw tantrum as you claim. But why are you typing in caps, it's shouting you know. |
Bash92: Y u dey change my words now when that stupid guy call us Yorobah why didnt you change it to Yoruba and now i wrote Yibohh u dey change am to igbo, he is a f**k yibohh not igboClown ![]() Why did you edit my post? ![]() |
patriotic007: Many of the people that rush here to criticise know deep inside them that privatisation is the only solution to our power problem but because the idea was carried out by their arch emeny they criticise it,.....we should stop this mentality of if am not playing then the team must lose,...we should learn to say the truth,....there are other areas where we can play politics not power, because this demon called power failure has slowed us down for many yearsThis is the sole reason I became anti-APC and almost became anti-west. Because they don't like GEJ they wished, hope and take actions for Nigeria not to prosper. How much can one be wicked and self-centered? We saw it in BH, Fuel subsidy, Aviation reforms, Power, Road, even as far as hating Super Eagles and wishing they fail in AFCON. It's really terrible. If not for my Yorobah colleagues and neighbors that are exceptional people, one can easily generalize that Yorobahs are all like some APC touts in NL. |
Olaolufred: YOUR REFRENCE IS NOT REALLY AN ISSUE.Bros what are you saying? I attacked those who are openly hoping power sector reform fail. And you assumed I was talking to you in your response to my post. Now you are telling me we should not expect miracle. Shouldn't you direct that to those who said it has failed already? The same people I referred to in my first post? |
This made front page, like seriously? |
Olaolufred: WHILE I BELIEVE IN YOUR FAITH THAT CAN MOVE MOUNTAIN.I was talking to those who don't want Nigeria to prosper under GEJ and you quickly assumed I was referring to you? So you also don't want the power sector to thrive and Nigeria at large because GEJ is president? |
vainfairy: Olodo!! na so e dey pain u reach?? If dem no go live to enjoi am, tell me ow d whole process no cum b charade or failure as usualAre you an APC e-rat too? No man who hate progress because it's not coming from him or because it makes his enemy popular would live to enjoy the progress. Except you also don't want Nigeria to prosper under GEJ, you have nothing to worry. |
I have said APC and their supporters on NL are wicked and true enemies of Nigeria. From this thread alone it's not difficult to know that they do not want Nigeria to prosper just because they are not running Aso Rock. Gbawe, Ballabriggs, and all you APC fellows, the power sector will thrive before your eyes, you may or may not live to enjoy it, but there's nothing y'all can do about it. You will eat your words! Enemies of Nigeria! |
Akainzo: Which of the dividends of democracy has he not delivered to Rivers People? please let us see below:Exactly why I am laughing! How can he say what I quoted when you just said he did all these under the same GEJ and PDP? Smell the hypocrisy? Compare what you posted and what he said here: “Rivers State must know that for me to have taken that decision, I had looked at the general interests of Rivers people. I was not elected to lead Nigeria, I was elected to lead Rivers State and I had looked at the interests of Rivers people and have seen that these interests were not protected in PDP. I have seen the fact that we are losing our oil wells in Etche, in the Kalabari areas and that the more they continue to pilfer these oil wells, the more we will continue to lose our wealth”, he said.If he could do all you said in PDP and under GEJ, what is he then saying in my quote? That's my point. He is selfish and self centered! The state is doing well under GEJ and PDP. It is his personal ambition that is threatened in PDP and under GEJ, not the state as he deceptively stated. |
“Rivers State must know that for me to have taken that decision, I had looked at the general interests of Rivers people. I was not elected to lead Nigeria, I was elected to lead Rivers State and I had looked at the interests of Rivers people and have seen that these interests were not protected in PDP. I have seen the fact that we are losing our oil wells in Etche, in the Kalabari areas and that the more they continue to pilfer these oil wells, the more we will continue to lose our wealth”, he said.Hahahahahahahahahaha! This guy thinks everyone is naive. So GEJ and PDP stopped him from delivering dividends of democracy in his state? ![]() No Amaechi, we know your hypocrisy. You lost the leadership of PDP in Rivers and was "Surplus to requirement". You were obviously going to be dispensed and you tried to make the best of it. You tried though, at least you made sure you were always in the news. Kudos! |
deletrue: You dey mind that one? Instead of him keeping quiet and learn fast against tommorow to avoid the same blonder, he is busy show his lowest level. But bros., are you referring to the Nigerian Journalist? The ones in Punch News paper? Which media house? No make me vex. Those apc media houses? These are set of hungry food seeking human beingswe know the antics of these biased media players but their propaganda must not be underestimated. |
nancy789: study in india.... 3yrs get ur bachelors degree...contact me +919632956040Are you minister of education in India? Contact you ko, Cattarh you ni |
Reference: Its not hypocritical. It is the reality. For APC to become a national player it has to reflect the national character and aggregate the moral barometer of her citizens. If the majority of Nigerians are corrupt how do you expect a minority of 'saints' to rule. That's why I dismissed the 'Buhari Effect' long ago. His likes will be a minority in the APC. That's how democracy tackles corruption and misgovernance. Not by the quality of individuals within a grouping but by the fear/greed associated with assuming or losing power. The APC and PDP will eventually reach an equilibrium in all ramifications. The earlier should be our prayer.Let me tell you the truth. APC had a good start, they would have grown to become the party of the masses. If you have followed me before now, I was once an APC supporter. I voted for Ribadu against GEJ and still respect him a lot. I do not believe APC had to become what it is today just to wrestle power. Why should I support a new party whose ONLY GOAL is to BECOME the ONLY party? |
donphilopus: Keep it up!I have nothing against you bro, one love. We are still Nigerians, APC, PDP, APGA, NTA, ASUU and all. ![]() |
