So I was making call in the room I lodged while looking out of the window when I saw live, how danger was averted.

Just like the case of the disaster that happened at calabar in a viewing center, only that this time no life was lost.


A small truck conveying reinforcement rods lost control and hit a pole.

A fruit selling a.boki without looking entered the road and in a bid to avoid crushing him, the truck driver swerved to the left and when he was about hitting an oncoming vehicle he swerved to the right, lost control and hit a pole.

Hitting the pole isn't the major issue here. The problem is that the pole carries live wire connected to a transformer next to the hotel I lodged.

To make matters worse, when it hit the pole, as the pole fell it fell with other poles with wires on them. And then the wires fell on the tricycles with the Keke drivers and passengers in some of them.

Thanks to God as before phedc could react, the fuse in the transformer tripped off.

“Despite Mr. Dasuki’s attempt to rewrite history, Nigerians could not have forgotten the embarrassing stories of failed weapons that plagued our country’s military during the previous administration, when unserviceable weapons, expired ammunition and fake armored vehicles caused untold grief to our valiant armed forces on the battlefield, with arms exploding willy nilly and guns failing to fire.

“It is for trespasses like these that the Buhari administration is determined to get to the bottom of the $2.1 billion arms procurement scandal and ensure that no single one of the culprits go scot free.”

The national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has finally parted his lips on the state of President Muhammadu Buhari's health.

Tinubu, who spoke on Sunday in Kano, during a condolence visit to the Kano state governor, Umar Ganduje over the death of Alhaji Maitama Sule, stated that the president did not lie about his state of health.

He said:

These threats are not neccessary. They heat up the polity. If the yoruba are clever and field Prof. Osinbajo, everybody knows the PDP have zoned their presidential candidate to the north. So it is simple thing. If they want the president to come from the north, all they need to do is for all of them including the APC members to all vote PDP just as all northern PDP members all voted APC to remove Jonathan from power. The zone 2 command of the Nigeria Police Force through its zonal intervention unit have arrested one Olufemi Goriola pictured above for selling and being in possession of human body parts.

According to Drinosblog whilesblowers, He was arrested on Thursday July 13th after the command received an information that the suspect "an ex convict" deals in the sale of human body parts. Upon the tip off, the operatives trailed the suspect to Obada Oko in Ogun state where he was arrested.

The suspect has confessed to be a dealer in sales of human part, while investigation revealed that he has been to prison twice over the same offence.

The Zonal Police PRO SP Dolapo Badmos stated that AIG in charge of Zone 2 Adamu Ibrahim mni has directed that the suspect be thoroughly investigated and charged to court.
