SportsChelsea Showed Juventus Who Is Boss To Get To The Top Of Group by teegrams(op): 9:28am On Nov 24, 2021
Juventus could not handle Chelsea as goals from Trevoh Chalobah, Reece James, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Timo Werner secure a dominant victory.

Chelsea outclassed Juventus as they booked their place in the knockout stages of the Champions League.

The Blues are now in control of Group H as they need to match or better Juventus’s final group game result to finish top.

Chelsea’s sole concerns on a raucous west London night proved injury scares for N’Golo Kante and Ben Chilwell, who both hobbled out of action well ahead of time.

England wing-back James became Chelsea’s outright top scorer for the season so far. The unassuming 21-year-old now boasts five goals and five assists for the term and continued his revelatory form with a sublime finish against The Old Lady.

Fast-improving young defender Chalobah lashed Chelsea into an early lead, palming his hands together in celebratory prayer. An outmanoeuvred Juventus side would quickly be left to wish for divine intervention, such was the scale of Chelsea’s stifling dominance.

Thomas Tuchel has long since vowed to make Chelsea horrible to play against, and on this evidence that mission is complete.

James struck and Hudson-Odoi finished a sumptuous team goal before replacement Werner rounded off the rout at the death.

Chelsea ripped straight into opponents seemingly entirely unprepared for the Blues’ gameplan.

The sluggish visitors were pulled apart time and again by an increasingly slick Chelsea side and once the hosts coupled that tight attacking approach with the ability to recover the ball almost immediately, a bleak night unfurled in front of the stunned Juve players.

Chalobah could have opened the scoring in mere minutes with a squarer connection to Ziyech’s corner, before Matthijs De Ligt had to deflect Chilwell’s low cross to safety.

James almost caught Wojciech Szczesny napping from a free-kick on the wing after the out-of-sorts Juan Cuadrado had been booked for hauling down Hudson-Odoi.

Chalobah finally provided the inevitable Chelsea lead, lashing into the net after a deflected corner.

Chelsea versus Juventus

Juventus’ woeful first-half showing descended into protesting an obviously issue-free goal, the visiting defence clutching at straws in claiming any kind of Chelsea handball.

Adrien Rabiot’s faltering clearing header deflected off Antonio Rudiger’s arm at point-blank range, with the Chelsea defender looking entirely in the opposite direction. Chalobah swept home as Juve protested pointlessly, with the Blues’ goal rightly standing.

Juve rallied to the point of Morata lobbing Mendy on the break, only for the ageless Thiago Silva to conjure a stunning goal-line clearance.

James chested down Hudson-Odoi’s crossfield ball to fire in a sweet strike on goal that forced Szczesny to tip around the post.

Rudiger nodded wide from another teasing Ziyech corner and Bonucci had to mop up just as Hudson-Odoi looked to pull the trigger having nipped in behind on Jorginho’s lofted pass.

SportsPsg Considers Zidane Backup For Possible Pochettino Exit To Man U by teegrams(op): 5:14pm On Nov 23, 2021
PSG CONSIDERS ZIDANE BACKUP FOR POSSIBLE POCHETTINO EXIT TO MAN U

Paris Saint-Germain have reached out to Zinedine Zidane in an attempt to prepare themselves for the possible departure of current manager Mauricio Pochettino.

As 90min revealed on Monday, Pochettino is one of Manchester United's top targets to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who left the club on Sunday. Alongside Leicester's Brendan Rodgers, Pochettino would be prepared to move to Old Trafford immediately if the right offer arrived.

Pochettino is known to be unsettled in Paris and keen to make a return to the Premier League, and United's interest appears to have worried PSG as ESPN state they have contacted Zidane in anticipation of Pochettino's exit.

While the Argentine has not explicitly requested to leave, there is an acceptance that he could be swayed by United and PSG want to make sure they are prepared for that eventuality - something which United could have done, but failed to do, in Solskjaer's case.

In fact, Le Parisien states that PSG have had plenty of contact with Zidane in recent months. The former Real Madrid boss is PSG's preferred replacement for Pochettino and Zidane is known to be keen on a move to the Parc des Princes as well.

Marca even go as far as to state that those inside the PSG dressing room believe Zidane is coming sooner rather than later.

All this depends on United making an official move for Pochettino - something which sources indicate has not yet happened.

The Red Devils have put Michael Carrick in charge while they search for a new boss. Publicly, they have claimed to be searching for an interim manager to take control until the end of the season, but it is understood that they would be prepared to bring in a permanent chief immediately if the right candidate is available.

SportsMessi Says He Miss Ronaldo Rivalry, Best Rivary Ever! by teegrams(op): 4:57pm On Nov 23, 2021
Lionel Messi has admitted he still thinks about his fierce duels with Cristiano Ronaldo during their respective times in La Liga.

The Ronaldo vs Messi era of Spain's top flight was one of the most fascinating in history, with the pair consistently shattering records in a never-ending attempt to claim superiority over the other in the greatest-of-all-time discussion.

Read more on baboyo.com

The nine-year era came to an end in 2019 when Ronaldo left Real Madrid for Juventus, while Messi is no longer in La Liga either after taking his talents to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.

"It's been a long time since we stopped competing in the same league," he recalled to Marca. "We competed individually and as a team for the same goals.

"It was a very beautiful stage for us and also for the fans because they enjoyed it very much. It is a beautiful memory that will remain in the history of football."

Messi went on to reveal he has kept an eye on Ronaldo's performances with Manchester United this season, admitting he has been impressed with the Portugal international's immediate impact at Old Trafford.

"United are a very strong team with great players," he continued. "Cristiano already knew the club, but that was in another stage and now he has adapted in an impressive way. From the beginning, he has scored goals as always and had no problems adapting.

SportsRIGHT OR NOT? Jadon Sancho Training As Wing-back At Man United by teegrams(op): 2:57pm On Nov 11, 2021
Manchester United have been trialling Jadon Sancho as a right wing-back in training as they look to find a way to include their £73m signing in the starting lineup.
Sancho had been finding minutes hard to come by even before manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer switched to a 3-5-2 formation which includes no wingers.

He was an unused substitute in the first game in which Solskjaer used the tactic, the 3-0 win over Tottenham, before seeing three minutes against Atalanta and a frustrating 45 minute showing in the defeat to Manchester City.

The current system obviously doesn't lend itself to Sancho's qualities, so to try and shoehorn him in, The Athletic note that coaches have been deploying the Englishman as a wing-back in recent training sessions.

Yep, United spent over 12 months chasing a player, eventually paid £73m to get him, only to bench him and try play him as a defender. You couldn't make this up.

The suggestion is that Sancho could be used there against teams who will sit deep and defend for their lives, with usual right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka a little too defensively minded for those kinds of games.

The Athletic add that Sancho is still optimistic that he'll come good at United and nobody at Old Trafford is doubting that either.

He admits to being caught off guard by the speed of the English game but is working hard and coaches have been impressed with just how determined and eager to learn he has been.

Sancho has made an impression with his willingness to beat a defender and reluctance to give up even when things aren't going against him, and it's for that reason that this occasional position shift has been discussed.

SportsNike Unveiled Huge New Sustainability Initiative(nke) by teegrams(op): 10:08am On Nov 11, 2021
Nike is bringing its “Just Do It” trademark motto to the fight against global climate change.

Women's impact in climate change
The company announced “Move to Zero” on Thursday 4th November 2021, a comprehensive sustainability plan designed to “help protect the future of sport.” The program builds upon existing organisational effort- including Nike’s aim to produce with 100% renewable energy by 2025 and operate with zero carbon emissions.

The announcement was made on the eve of the Global Climate Strike , a 7 day international event in which protesters in 150 countries support the action on climate change.

Speaking at Nike headquarters in New York City on Thursday, chief sustainability officer Noel Kinder spoke about the company’s goals and stressed that sustainability is more than just a corporate buzzword for Nike.

Warming temperatures have a direct impact on the athletes the company outfits and sponsors, and as conditions shift, so too will the technology needed to perform.

“At Nike, we believe that climate change is the defining environmental issue of our generation because the reality is if there’s no plan, there’s no sport,” he said. “And as you might imagine sports are fairly important to us.

SportsSee How Frustrated Ronaldo And Bruno Fernandes At Are At Manchester United by teegrams(op): 1:11pm On Nov 08, 2021
FRUSTRATED RONALDO AND BRUNO FERNANDES AT MANCHESTER UNITED

Frustrated Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes at Manchester United has been far coming, The two senior players believed to be unhappy with recent developments at Manchester United. The poor performance in the Manchester derby on Saturday resulted in a fourth defeat in the last six Premier League games. It was the third of three games manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer got graced to turn things around after losing 5-0 at home to Liverpool last month.

Who do you think is a major cause for Frustrated Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes?

United have scaled through each year under Solskjaer since he was appointed, initially on an interim basis, as successor to Jose Mourinho in December 2018.

Summer spending on Jadon Sancho, Raphael Varane, and Cristiano Ronaldo to improve the squad, even fostered ambitions of a potential first genuine Premier League title challenge for the first time since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013. Results and performances so far have fallen far short of those hopes and expectations after these signings.

Fernandes scored 28 goals in all competitions last season and almost single-handedly revolutionized the team since arrival. He is among the players concerned about no clear plan by Solskjaer and his staff. Others have also expressed concerns about too many young coaches ‘learning on the job’.

Regarding Ronaldo, the 36-year-old returning Old Trafford legend is ‘shocked’ at how far standards at United have fallen since he left in 2009. He was aware that things had changed in those 12 years he spent in Madrid and Turin, but not to the extent they have.

Other feelings of discontent towards Solskjaer from within the dressing room have shown to be ‘favoritism’ towards certain players; he is too soft on the squad as a whole. The squad needs a more firm presence to direct the team and utilize the players in getting back into winning ways. The squad expects and improvement for the team to stay in the title race.

SportsWho Will Win? Southampton Vs Aston Villa Epl 5-11-21 by teegrams(op): 5:55pm On Nov 05, 2021
Aston Villa will be looking to end a run of four straight Premier League defeats when they head to St Mary's on Friday night to take on an in-form Southampton outfit.

Dean Smith's side are currently 15th in the table, having picked up 10 points from their opening 10 matches, while Southampton sit one point and one position above their opponents in this match.

Ralph Hasenhuttl's side had to wait until the middle of October to record their first league victory of the season, overcoming Leeds United by a single goal, but the win appears to have acted as a springboard, with four more points following in their last two fixtures against Burnley and Watford.

Last weekend, a first-half effort from Che Adams was the difference against the Hornets, and the Saints will now view their next two against Villa and Norwich City as winnable fixtures ahead of a difficult trip to Anfield to face Liverpool at the end of the month.

Only Crystal Palace (six) have drawn more Premier League matches than Southampton (five) this term, but the fact that they have lost just three times - the same number as Manchester United - means that it has been a relatively successful start to the campaign despite some early-season problems.

The Saints have lost just one of their last nine Premier League games against Villa, meanwhile, recording five victories in the process, but the visitors ran out 1-0 winners at St Mary's last term.

Villa, meanwhile, suffered their fourth straight Premier League defeat last Sunday, going down 4-1 at home to West Ham United; Ollie Watkins levelled the scores at 1-1 in the 34th minute, but the Hammers then scored three times without reply to overcome their 10-man hosts.

Smith's side have now dropped down into 15th position in the table, collecting just 10 points from their opening 10 matches, while only Norwich (eight) have lost more league games this term.

Villa sold their inspirational captain Jack Grealish over the summer, but an exciting transfer window for the club saw them bring in the likes of Emiliano Buendia, Leon Bailey and Danny Ings. As a result, it would be a huge surprise to see them in any relegation trouble this term, but the recent run of results is a cause for concern.

Worryingly, the visitors have a very tough December on paper, taking on Manchester City, Leicester City, Liverpool and Chelsea, which is an indication of the importance of their next three games against Southampton, Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace.

Villa, as mentioned, have a surprisingly poor recent record against Southampton, but they did run out 1-0 winners in the corresponding match in January courtesy of a first-half effort from Ross Barkley.

Team News

Southampton will again be without the services of defender Jack Stephens due to a knee injury, but on-loan Chelsea striker Armando Broja has been passed fit after recovering from an ankle problem.

Broja will come in contention to start if he can prove his fitness, and it seems likely that he will line up alongside Che Adams as part of a front two on Friday.

Southampton's team is expected to be very similar to the one that started against Watford last weekend, with Nathan Redmond and Mohamed Elyounoussi operating as the wingers in a 4-4-2 formation.

As for Villa, Ezri Konsa is suspended due to the red card that he picked up against West Ham, so Tyrone Mings, who was dropped to the bench for the clash with West Ham, could return to the side.

The visitors will also be without Douglas Luiz, Trezeguet, Bertrand Traore and Ings, but Morgan Sanson and Jaden Philogene-Bidace are available after recovering from illness.

Watkins is a certainty to lead the line, while Bailey and Ashley Young could operate in the wide areas, allowing Buendia to move into the number 10 position for the visitors.

Southampton possible starting lineup:
McCarthy; Livramento, Bednarek, Salisu, Walker-Peters; Elyounoussi, Romeu, Ward-Prowse, Redmond; Adams, Broja

Aston Villa possible starting lineup:
Martinez; Cash, Hause, Mings, Targett; Nakamba, McGinn; Young, Buendia, Bailey; Watkins

BABOYO SAYS

Southampton has been inconsistent with their performances, this can be leveraged by hungry Aston villa who is in search for their first win in 4 games .

Baboyo predicts anybody can win the match, an outome of 12.

SportsOPINION: Is Messi Overrated? by teegrams(op):
Messi is so overrated, I wonder how some people have the audacity to call him the GOAT!

I mean come on, what kind of player scores so many goals from outside the box? If you really want to score goals, score them from inside the box, this is how football is supposed to be played.

He is so selfish, do you know what kind of player gives away the chance of scoring a hat trick by giving a penalty to his teammates? Selfish one! I mean he just likes to be the bigger man, always thinks of his personal glory!

Also, he is so scared of scoring goals that instead of scoring by himself, he passes them to teammates. Can you believe it? No wonder he has 300+ assists, such a disgraceful player.

He scored 91 goals in a calendar year, I mean, who does that? He is such a show-off, instead of helping his teammates, he scored them all.

He nutmegs players, this is a pure sign of disrespect. He dribbles past 5–6 players and scores, such a show-off! This is not how football is played. Besides he never does step overs, the way he dribbles past players does not look good, I mean you have to do like 10 step overs before you beat a player.

He has 6 Balon D’ors, 6 European golden shoes. I mean, you are a playmaker, your job is to create chances for others, why on earth would you win the top scorer record 6 times? Disgusting.

He is the highest goal scorer in La Liga, Barcelona, Argentina, and even in South America! He has no respect for legends like Ronaldo, Pele, Maradona! He could have scored some less to show respect to the actual legends.

He has just won an international trophy for Argentina, Argentina’s first trophy in almost 30 years. Why? He is so stupid, he refused to play for Spain for this lackluster Argentina team. He lacks prudence. I mean who refuses to play for the team that was basically another version of his great club squad?

After all this, is he or is he not the most overrated player of all time?

SportsRonaldo Admits It Took A Bit Of Luck To Get Draw Against Atlanta by teegrams(op): 4:17pm On Nov 03, 2021
Cristiano Ronaldo admitted Manchester United needed 'a bit of luck' to secure a 2-2 Champions League draw with Atalanta on Tuesday night.
The Portuguese superstar scored equalisers at the end of both halves as United fought back to earn a point in a game where they were second-best for long stretches.

Ronaldo told BT Sport he was not surprised by how well Atalanta played, but admitted his side needed some luck to help them steal a point at the death.

"Well, it was a difficult game. When we play in Bergamo against Atalanta it's always difficult, but we believed until the end and I helped my team to a point and I'm so happy," Ronaldo said.

He added: "In the beginning it was tough, we knew Atalanta would [apply] a lot of pressure. They have a fantastic coach, they know what to do all the time on the pitch. I know because when I was with Juventus they were always difficult to play against, but we did our job and defended well, we had a bit of luck at the end when I scored a goal, but that's football."

United were poor defensively once again, particularly after Raphael Varane was substituted due to an injury in the first half. But Ronaldo said that he and his teammates are still improving and need time to figure out some kinks.

"It's normal," Ronaldo insisted. "We have to improve, we have different players, a different system, we have to adapt with each other but it'll take time."

United would have dropped to third place in the group if they had lost on Tuesday, but remain in top spot with the point and qualification remains in their own hands.

SportsMatch Preview : Leipzig Vs Psg Ucl 3-11-21 by teegrams(op): 4:10pm On Nov 03, 2021
Following an enthralling and end-to-end encounter on matchday three of the 2021-22 Champions League, RB Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain prepare to renew hostilities on Wednesday night.

Les Parisiens came out on top 3-2 in their first meeting with Jesse Marsch's side, thanks in no small part to inspired showings from Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi.

Match preview
Life after Julian Nagelsmann has not exactly been rosy at RB Leipzig, who remain winless and pointless in the 2021-22 Champions League at the midway point in Group A, but they certainly gave PSG a good run for their money.

Marsch's men appeared to be travelling back to Germany with a memorable win in the bag at the Parc des Princes as Nordi Mukiele and Andre Silva cancelled out Kylian Mbappe's opener, but Messi struck twice in the second 45 minutes before Mbappe blazed a last-gasp spot kick over the bar.

A previous thumping at the hands of Manchester City and dismal 2-1 defeat to Club Brugge sees Leipzig sit rock bottom of the rankings with three group games left to play, and the Bundesliga side are guaranteed to finish the week in fourth no matter what transpires here.

Marsch's side do not exactly welcome PSG to the Red Bull Arena in great form either, as they were denied all three points in cruel fashion against Eintracht Frankfurt at the weekend, with Yussuf Poulsen's strike cancelled out by Tuta's header in the fourth minute of second-half injury time.

Far from a consistent side on home soil - although they have won their last two against Bochum and Greuther Furth - Leipzig are already fighting an uphill battle to nab a top-two finish in Group A and could see those slim hopes evaporate with a less-than-desirable result this week.

BABOYO SAYS

It will be a tigh clash between the two sides as they are at the edge to make a statement. There will be high number of goals and Baboyo predicts over 1.5.

SportsOpinion: Most Unlucky Footballer Ever ?? Messi?? Who?? by teegrams(op): 3:28pm On Nov 03, 2021
According to an online user Vivek Vidyadharan Lionel Andrés Messi Cuccittini is the most unlucky footballer…His opinion though…see reasons below :

He’s on the top of the world. I accept. Records after records. Goals after goals. Trophies after trophies. He has done things football-ing world considered impossible. But as a player do you think he is happy? I dont’ think so.

Apart from all the things he has won, imagine what all things he could’ve won and the things he lost.

2005 Debut with Argentina

Even though he won the U20 World Cup, which is often forgotten in the new world of UEFA nations league being a major international trophy and the U20 world cup is just friendlies, the debut of the Magical Messi was not so magical. Subbed at 63rd minute, he was sent off after two minutes. An unfair red card. And there started the unfairness to him by the footballing God’s, if any of them exists.

2006 World Cup

I am not saying he had the best chance of winning it, but if the 19 year old Mbappe won it with the present France team, then the then 19 year old Messi had a better chance to win it. Benching him for the decisive penalty shoot out against Germany where Argentina lost and his first world cup dream ended there. That time it was his Manager’s decision to bench the player who helped the team to get past the round of 16. The 2006 world cup dream- Over.

2007 Copa America

Named the best player of the tournament, but he lost the final against a Brazil Squad that wasn’t at their best. Messi did not receive much of the criticism even though he had an impact to help secure La Albiceleste a place in the finals.
Second chance to win a major international trophy with his home country.

2010 world cup

Under the decorated old player and world cup champion, Diego Maradona, the Argentina FA suffered a lot. Hardly qualifying to the world cup to receiving all the hate because Messi failed to deliver and not the team as a whole. Messi started getting all the hate because he was the wonderkid and the fans wanted him to do extraordinary every day-every time. And not so surprisingly, mighty Spain or the Barcelona’s national team were crowned as the champions. It is a known fact that Messi was invited to play for the then champions several times, but Messi chose to stay with his home country and win them everything possible. But, fate had another plans for him.

After couple of years, the world champions won the Euro in the same fashion as the world cup, while Messi won 4 Ballan ‘dor’s in a row for his performance with the Blaugranas and not with the National team to be exact. The then Spain were already deadly with the likes of Iniesta, Xavi, Pique, Puyol and Ramos, imagine what it would be like with Messi along with them. Woah!

2014 World Cup

What we saw there was a man fighting at his best for his desire to win the most anticipated trophy for his home country. We know what happened at the end. Despite having a best tournament in the history of world cup, Messi ended up being the most hated by his own fans and well wishers. The reason is what confuses me, people expects him to do wonders every day-every time. He is not supposed to have a bad day or a bad match. If he plays, the game has to be won. Doesn’t matter if the team is not playing well, not giving him enough ball or waste the chances he created, it. doesn’t. matter.

The then Fifa Vice President told the media recently that Messi was devastated. Winning the world cup golden ball with a record number of goals, he was muttering to himself that “I am the best, but not the champion”. Imagine the heart break.

2015–2016 Copa Americas and the 2018 World Cup.

Again, having the best of the best campaigns both times, when he failed to deliver, the whole team sunk. The retirement and the come back. The people in Argentina pleaded him to come back and he did. Just to help them qualify for the World Cup of 2018. He single handedly made the La Albiceleste qualify for the 2018 world cup. But the campaign, rough start. No goals. Fought till the end against the current champions France to have a place in the campaign. Again fate! After doing all these favours/duties to his team, what did he get in return?
“Fake retirement” “Coward” “Not a big game player” “Doesn’t play for country” “Tax fraud” “Cheater”
Too much hate and criticism for all the good things he did for them, because his rival, Ronaldo, won the Euro 2016 with a mediocre Portugal team.

UCL Campaign and Ballan ‘dor 2016–2018

Even though Messi fails to deliver with his national team, he usually never fails to deliver in Blaugrana. But the back to back crashing out of UCL campaigns by the mighty Barcelona costed him the hate of his fans and 3 Ballan ‘dors. His numbers were magical in all these three seasons, but his fans, his haters and everyone else remember the things he couldn’t do. No one has been consistent in all these three years and hell, even in the last 10 years and having those kind of individual stats, the 5th place nomination in the 2018 Ballan ‘dor was the most unluckiest and disrespectful gesture according to me.

UCL 2018–19 and the Copa America 2019

Assuming the captaincy of the Blaugrana’s he promised he will do everything possible to bring the most desired trophy back to the Camp Nou and he did to be frank. What started with a hope to win the historic treble again, everything fell apart in the last two weeks of the season. Defeat against Liverpool and Valenica, Messi’s first season as captain ended with just the League title. But did he do everything as he promised? Yes he did. Top scorer in La Liga and in the UCL, most assists, chances created, most MOTM’s and everything. Be it the incredible free kick against Liverpool or creating 4 chances at the Ainfiled, he did everything possible. What does he get in return, booing by his own fans in the Airport. Disgusting.

When the team losses, it is Messi’s fault but for every personal achievements he had, be it the Ballan ‘dor or the golden shoes, it is because of Xavi/Iniesta/other team mates. I accept, Barcelona had a great impact on him but we can’t say for sure that he’ll be a failure at any other club. But people have the audacity to say that too. Seems like he is “afraid to move out from Barcelona!” “One man club” “Can’t play in any other leagues” I mean WOW!! But why all this hate and disrespect, Ronaldo decided to move to Juventus from Real and he played with Manchester United too.

There was a time when there were strong rumors linking Messi with Manchester City and despite being a Cule myself, I wished he moved on. Not to prove anyone that he can, but to just to get out of all the hatred and disrespect. Imagine the reaction of some other club if Messi decides to play for them. Even after offering him double the salary than what he gets (While him being the most paid footballer in the world), Messi turned down the offer just because he remembers how Barcelona helped him while no one else did and he wanted to stay there as long as he can to repay them. No disrespect to Totti, but when he ended his career with Roma, he is a legend but when Messi decides to do the same, he is a “coward” and “one club man”. People. SMH.

Copa 2019 was no better for him either, just scoring a penalty and playing against a corrupt CONMEBOL, who decided to do everything to help the hosts win, he spoke up. What did he get back? An unfair red card. The second of his career, just like the first one, an undeserved red card. He could’ve ended his career after 20 years without any reds, but he got two and both undeserving and both with his national team. See the irony, don’t you. If it wasn’t for Brazil, I believe he could’ve lifted the major trophy with his national team. Again he is hated more, because why, he did not play well and Ronaldo won the nations league. People even had the courage to name the Nations league a major international trophy. *slow claps*.

I don’t hate Ronaldo, I love him as a player. I hate him when his fan boys start comparing him to Messi. They are incomparable as players and as individuals Messi has the lead. If I start putting out facts, people will come at me with fake retirement, not a team leader, 5 UCL, three different teams, Choker, 2 National trophies. I mean what should I tell them? You tell me.

Many of you may not agree with me, but if it wasn’t for media who made profit on anything and everything, this Messi-Ronaldo debate would’ve never existed. People forget one thing. Football is a team game. Doesn’t mater if you score 1000 goals, if your team mates are not good, the opposition can score 2000. Ronaldo has stepped up and saved the day many times and he is celebrated for that. He is an outspoken, a real bad ass and has the urge to show the world that he is the best and he can do everything. Messi on the other hand is the opposite. I don’t know whether you have noticed, if his team looses a match, he will be the one to walk out of the pitch at last. He doesn’t run back to the dressing room, no tantrums, no unnecessary or necessary show off, I don’t know. I just love the guy. I mean he doesn’t give out any reason to hate him except for the fact that he may have torn your favorite team apart.

For the player he is, for the human he is, I think he is underrated.

He deserves more love, he deserves more respect and moreover that football deserves him.

SportsVarane Might Miss Manchester City Clash by teegrams(op): 3:13pm On Nov 03, 2021
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed Raphael Varane felt a problem with his hamstring during Manchester United's 2-2 draw with Atalanta in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The World Cup winner was brought off in the 38th minute with his side a goal down, with Mason Greenwood coming on as his replacement.

The Red Devils did manage to secure a point in Italy, with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring twice - one being a 91st minute effort - to cancel out strikes from Josip Illicic and Duvan Zapata.

"He felt his hamstring. So of course you can’t take any risks, unfortunately," Solskjaer told BT Sport. "Rafa has been such a calming influence when he’s on the pitch. We lost him but that’s football."

Varane's availability to face Manchester City in what could be another potentially defining game for Solskjaer is now in major doubt. He has arrested the slide that came with the 5-0 loss to Liverpool with victory over Tottenham and the draw with Atalanta, but another heavy defeat to a Premier League title contender could pile the pressure back on the Norwegian manager again.

SportsMatch Analysis Today :atalanta Bc Vs Manchester United by teegrams(op): 4:48pm On Nov 02, 2021
On Tuesday evening ,Manchester United will be aiming to make it three straight victories in the Champions League when they head to the Gewiss Stadium to take on Italian outfit Atalanta BC.

The Red Devils are currently top of Group F, collecting six points from their first three matches, while Atalanta are third in the section, just two points behind their opponents in Bergamo.

Atalanta have played three Serie A matches since the clash in Manchester, drawing with Udinese and Lazio, in addition to recording a 3-1 victory at Sampdoria, and a total of 19 points from 11 matches, collected through five wins and four draws, has left them in fifth position in the table.

Gian Piero Gasperini's side have reached the quarter-finals and round of 16 in the last two seasons of the Champions League, but they have only won three of their nine home fixtures in the competition, one of which was a 1-0 success over Young Boys at the end of September.

The Italian giants will finish their Group F campaign with clashes against Young Boys (A) and Villarreal (H), and it will be fascinating to see how the section develops over the next few weeks, as all four teams will still be confident of challenging for a spot in the knockout round of the competition.

There is every chance that Solskjaer will stick with the same 3-5-2 formation that proved successful at Spurs, but it does seem likely that there will be at least two changes ahead of the Manchester derby, with Cavani potentially being protected ahead of starting on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Lindelof's absence could see Luke Shaw feature as one of the three centre-backs, allowing Alex Telles to come into the side at wing-back.

Rashford came off the bench to score against Spurs and could join Ronaldo in attack, while Pogba and Nemanja Matic are options in the middle of the park.

The importance of this match means that Solskjaer cannot take any real chances, though, and the XI is expected to be very similar to the one that featured at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Atalanta BC possible starting lineup:
Musso; Lovato, Demiral, De Roon; Zappacosta, Freuler, Koopmeiners, Maehle; Ilicic, Zapata, Pasalic

Manchester United possible starting lineup:
De Gea; Maguire, Varane, Shaw; Wan-Bissaka, Fernandes, McTominay, Fred, Telles; Ronaldo, Rashford

Baboyo Says

We fancy the Red Devils to claim a point in Italy. Atalanta are still missing some important players but caused a lot of problems at Old Trafford in the reverse match, and we are expecting the spoils to be shared at the Gewiss Stadium.

SportsMatch Preview: Napoli Vs Bologna Serie A 28-10-21 by teegrams(op): 5:34pm On Oct 28, 2021
With their flawless Serie A record finally ended at the weekend, leaders Napoli now welcome mid-table Bologna to Stadio Maradona on Thursday.

A goalless draw with southern rivals Roma still kept the Partenopei on top by virtue of goal difference, while their opponents have won just once in their past six games.

As they travelled to Stadio Olimpico on Sunday, to meet Roma in the season's first Derby del Sole, Napoli were intent on extending an eight-match winning streak which had taken them two points clear at the summit of the Serie A standings.

The heat of Napoli is still steaming and there are high chances they will win this match. Regardless, Napoli might rest some key players ahead of the weekend games, this can make them vulnerable.
