5. If you are a Muslim or Christian your belief and trust on God is important now , am not saying you should go to the mountain , there are business principles hidden in those books , use them right
6. Innovate and network continuously
7. Don’t expect to blow over night , see your business as a baby nurture it
8. Know that most business don’t get profitable instantly no matter how much you make from inception , save for the raining days

I feel that nobody beats China for our “WTF” buildings.

 Most Chinese people found these buildings ugly and ridiculous (that’s why these builds ended up making rounds on the internet).

Let me start with the most famous one: Beijing CCTV Headquarters. One of the most iconic new buildings in Beijing.

Simisola Kosoko, better known by her stage name Simi, has threatened to delete her mother’s Twitter account.

The drama began when the singer’s mother, Mrs Jedidah Akinsola, joined a conversation on twitter and revealed what she did when she lodged in Eko Hotel

Her revelation was in response to a Twitter user who said half of the towels in his house are from the hotels he lodged in the past. According to him, if he pays 50k or less for hotel accommodation, he takes the towel home, and if he pays above N50k, he will carry the water heater.

The tweet sparked reactions on the platform, with people revealing what they have taken from hotels.

Simi’s mother also reacted and expressed regret in not maximally utilizing her numerous visits to hotels. She said she only takes home the free lotion and cream in the bathroom.

She further added that if she knew better she would have taken valuable items like towels, bedsheets, electric kettle.

Shortly after Mrs. Jedidah made this revelation, Simi quoted the tweet and threatened to stop her from using Twitter.

A goodbye message from the desert! See the Last Letter Written By Sudani Family

A Sudani family was crossing the desert towards Libya before their car broke down. Since literally nobody was around to help they slowly starved.. and died. They were found today morning by border patrol 250km away from the small city of Alkufra in southeastern Libya.

Here are Two reasons  Why Stuff from China is cheaper than anywhere else.


Chinese are willing to accept a really small profit margin when they make things. In exchange, they get a lot of orders (if not all the orders).
Chinese work really hard and live a rather “cheaper” life. Everything else in China is cheaper - meals are cheaper, train tickets are cheaper, colleges are cheaper. The cost is just low there (except for home prices).

The currency of China allows the Chinese to live “American life” at Chinese price, and they allow Americans to enjoy the benefits of low source cost. Most Chinese factories work on Saturdays and most shops open until midnight.

Think of both the USA and China as the same car, and one runs on 93 gas and one runs on 65 gas - they both run, and the results are not much different, but the cost is not the same while the result is the same.

You can also think that cost in USA is “artificially high”, you can also think the cost in China is “artificially low” - everyone eventually stays alive and doesn’t die of hunger.

Two Indonesian men, both in their 20s, were arrested in November after their neighbors reported them to the police for being a couple and “having gay sex”.

Being publicly flogged 77 times each.

It was supposed to be 80 times, but because they spent 3 months in jail, they reduced it to 77.

There was a big crowd of people who watched this, including multiple people with cameras.

During the flogging, they allowed a break so that the men could have some water.

Nothing stopped the police from serving them their punishment. They didn’t stop when one of the canes broke and not even when one of the men’s mother fainted while watching this happen to her son.

Both these men will now be branded for the rest of their lives.

Carlos Rodriguez is a man without a brain.
From birth, this guy was completely normal and nothing on the physical indicators was radically different from peers. As a teenager, Carlos contacted a bad company and started using alcohol and drugs. The tragedy that changed his life occurred when he was 14 years old. Being in a state of alcohol and drug intoxication, Carlos stole a car and got into an accident. During the collision, the teenager flew through the windshield and hit his head on the asphalt. The doctors managed to save his life, but a significant fragment of the skull and brain had to be removed.

Brain Injuries Are Not Always Deadly

A noteworthy fact is that after all operations and periods of rehabilitation, the patient, who had lost much of the brain, did not change at all. He retained all the memories and mental abilities.

Despite the fact that Carlos Rodriguez is a "man without a brain" (he clearly demonstrates the photo in the article), he continues to smile, is able to support conversation on various topics, quickly and appropriately answers the questions posed. Scientists today do not have a precise explanation of how one can live without the brain and retain most of the mental functions.

A popular hypothesis in the scientific community is that the nerve endings in the abdominal part are partially replaced by the traditional organ of thinking.

Craziest thing is that even his killers will die someday.

By the start of the 20th century, Alfred Loewenstein was firmly established as one of the most powerful financiers in the world. He made his immense fortune by acting as a broker between various industries and the financial system

He also invested in several companies across Europe and was one of the pioneers of the concept of the « holding company».

The story begins on the evening of July 4,  1928. On that day, Alfred and his employees boarded a private plane at Croydon Airport. He was heading to his home country of Belgium, a routine trip that he made on a regular basis. The weather was perfect and the flight was going as smoothly as planned. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until, at some point over the English Channel, Loewenstein got up to his feet and went inside the tiny bathroom compartment at the back of the cabin. This compartment had two doors, a windowless one that separated it from the rest of the plane, and an exterior one that served as the sole mean of entrance and exit to the plane.

Alfred Loewenstein never made it out of this compartment, and that was the last time anyone had seen him alive.

Naturally, one of the employees went to check on Alfred when he failed to return to his seat. Upon discovering that the compartment was empty, he notified the pilot, Donald Drew. The latter made a strange decision; he decided to land on a deserted beach just outside of the city of Dunkirk instead of heading to a nearby airfield. This beach was under the control of the French military so the pilot and Loewenstein’s employees were quickly apprehended by the authorities. They were at loss as to what actually happened, but they seemed to believe that their boss must have fallen to his death after accidentally opening the exit door.

The question of whether Loewenstein was actually dead was answered on July 19. A fishing boat spotted a decomposed corpse floating near the French coast. It was identified as the body of Alfred Loewenstein thanks to various clothing items. His widow Madeleine arranged a private autopsy to determine the cause of death. The examination found no signs that could indicate foul play or suicide. However, a small amount of alcohol was detected in his blood, which is odd considering Alfred never drank.

The strangest thing about how the whole incident was handled is that there was little effort to get to the bottom of what had happened. An official inquiry, in which no one was under oath, concluded that Loewenstein’s death was accidental. That conclusion was in great part based on the testimonies of Donald Drew (the pilot) and Robert Little ( the mechanic). Both men insisted that the exit door was easy to open and that it was entirely possible for Lowenstein to open it by accident. As we will see later, the veracity of this claim will come under intense scrutiny.

So was it just an unfortunate accident? This seems highly unlikely. As you would expect, the airplane exit door wasn’t as easy to open as the pilot and mechanic had claimed. In fact, numerous tests to check the door’s stability were conducted in the weeks following the incident Some even involved men from Accidents Branch of the British Air Ministry throwing themselves at the entry door at an altitude of 1,000 feet! The door withstood the weight with relative ease.  The conclusion was clear and simple: No one could have fallen out of the plane by accident.

So...was it suicide? Again, the facts just don’t add up. Loewenstein wasn’t depressed and he was making plans for the future right until the day of the incident. And even if we entertain this theory, there is still the issue of the door. Alfred could not have opened it by himself even if he was trying to kill himself.

This leaves us with one conclusion: Alfred Loewenstein was forced off the plane. If that was indeed the case, then who did it? How did they manage to open the door midflight? And who was behind the plot?

Given the erroneous statements that they gave to Belgian authorities, the two obvious suspects are Donald Drew and Robert Little. Author Williams Norris believes that both men were hired to kill Alfred. Drew, who died of stomach cancer a few years after the incident, seems to have lived a lavish life after this incident, which indicates that someone might have paid him a hefty sum of money for accomplishing the job.

Norris believes that the conspirators replaced the entry door with a rigged one that featured loose bolts and hinges. This would make opening it midflight and sending Alfred to his death a fairly simple task.  As for the original door, it could have been placed in the small luggage compartment at the back. The two doors would then be switched upon landing. This would also explain the pilot’s strange decision to land on the beach rather than the nearby airfield. Clearly they couldn’t afford to have anyone witness the switch being made.

So who was behind the plot? Some likely suspects include:

Henri Dreyfus: A business rival and former associate of Alfred. Their feud escalated when Loewenstein discovered that Henri was behind an exposé that circulated in the Belgian press a few months before the incident. As a consequence, Dreyfus was facing a libel suit. Did he turn to murder to avoid appearing in court for what could have been a ruinous lawsuit?

Albert Pam and Frederick Szarvasy: The two men were Alfred’s partners in International Holdings. On the surface, it doesn’t seem like they could have benefited from Loewenstein’s death. But a closer look at the paper trail reveals a different story. As a matter of fact, International Holdings stock soared in the weeks following the incident thanks to a mysterious $13 million profit that appeared out of nowhere. Williams Norris did some digging and discovered that this sum eerily matched a number of anonymous insurance policies that were taken out on Loewenstein’s life shortly before the incident.

A lot of speculations happened and questions were asked as to the involvement of the french and belgian authority.

In a post shared on social media ,Last week a friend invited me and my family to visit his ranch,We drove there in my wife’s minivan. Everything was going smoothly until we got to the ranch’s entrance.

“Welcome,” a big red sign hung from the gate.

My son jumped out of the car, and opened the ranch’s huge gate.

As I moved forward into the dirt road, things got really bad. Bump after bump, mud puddles made the tires slide. I felt we could get stuck in the middle of the mile-long dirt road.

Now to lay an emphasis why are most people unhappy with their jobs

Because you’re NOT doing what you were born to do!

Just like my wife’s minivan is not made for that dirt road; you were NOT made for that job!

If my wife’s minivan could talk, it would have been moaning, complaining and whining all the time while we were on that dirt road, meanwhile any 4X4 vehicle would feel happy and excited about the challenge!

When you wake up every morning with the only purpose to survive and simply “live one more day,” you will ALWAYS feel empty.

Living life without any purpose, without vision and a clear direction, will always make you unhappy.

A customer left a $3,000 tip for a single beer as a Cleveland restaurant voluntarily closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic

The man walked in Sunday, ordered the beer and asked for the check, which came to $7.02, Nighttown owner Brendan Ring wrote on Facebook.

Ring said the man wished him well and told him to share the tip with the four employees who were working brunch service.

As the man walked out, Ring wrote, he looked down at the tip and “realized he left a whopping $3,000.”

“I ran after him and he said no mistake we will see you when you reopen!”

Ring said he would not post the customer’s name because he thinks the man wouldn’t want that.

The owner said he and his serving staff were “humbly grateful for this incredibly kind and grand gesture.”
