A biggie for traders is coping with power and expensive (now better sha) internet data costs. Especially power. For one to be successful at trading, this hurdle must be crossed. Even using the generator would add more distraction to an already stressful work. If you can make it, go for solar. That way you won't disturb the neigbours neither would you have to move from your desk to change power source.

Another area is lack of knowledge. I was not taught money management by my trainer but real life could be merciless. I lost over $30,000 way back. My highest return was turning $1000 to $4000 in just 3 days on a live account and turning $10,000 to $200,000 in a day on a demo account. Taking unnecessary risks was what I was taught but through the years i have come to learn the real truth - If you are rushing to in a week make millions from just a $1000 investment, in a few days that money would be gone and a more reasonable period of a year would have gone by without you achieving anything.
InvestmentRe: Let's Talk Forex by teemy(m):
Actually it is possible to make a sole income source with forex as there are a lot of businesses it has generated over the years apart from active trading (that included as well). Take the microsoft story for instance. With that one single computer industry entrant a lot of people can now put bread on their tables because they work in either the software or hardware area associated with microsoft and other products. New businesses have been made possible by forex as well.

As for the active trading division, the enemy of most traders is themselves by not following their own systems and flouting money management rules. Guilty here.

One way I see most traders lose also is the part of trading someone else's funds. You tend to make more emotional mistakes then than most times. Just similar to walking along the road with someone else's cash in your pocket and you feel more uncomfortable. The smiling friend that begged you to trade for him would not smile once you tell him that you have lost part or all his funds. Better skip that part by telling your pal to go open a PAMM acount and you trade as trader from you own side. Now he has a deal with the broker and not you.

The best I have seen in the past 2005 was a 800 pips drop in gbpjpy in a single day but this cj was in just 20 mins. The Euro has been performing poorly across board for the past few days, guess the swissy for some readon had a mind of its own to grow strong all of a sudden despitea cut in interest rates. All the more reason never to trade a system without stop loss just in case of the expected unexpected.

In my almost 10 years of trading i've never seen anything like it o. Alpari nano gave it like 5000 pips, Lite forex like 4000 and Alpari Demo 10000 pips all on chdjpy pair.

Since the Nigerian police has decided to clean its own house, let's cooperate with the good ones by bringing reports of the bad ones and show them the way out. However, I would have loved if a direct phone line was included with the PUBLIC RELATIONS DIVISION at ODUDUWA Street in ikeja GRA address 2shotz dropped.

Kudos 2shotz for using your celeb status to champion a cause and awareness for the people and more kudos for getting a proper redress on the matter.

This is an ideal reaction. In this case however, these people feel the political and judicial systems are against them already as evidenced by persistent victimisation over the years. They won't seek redress from courts they don't trust.
True but would going violent serve them any better? Nope. Those two dudes just ended up giving the rest bad names. Now western media would rally on to say "she we no talk am?". Even Anonymous a usually anti govt body has because of this joined in to start attacks on terrorists' website. It would all join the world of free speech as a war on terrorism and islam would be attacked big time if these guys are combining forces together and perceive islam as the enemy of free speech. Even govts have not been spared.

I'm not justifying anything. I'm just saying why not remove the provocation and prevent the attack in the first place. I explained above why French Muslims were likely to take those things more seriously than other religious groups in France.
And I'm Christian.
I get your stand but I believe that usually minorities avoid unusual publicity especially bad ones. They could have used the courts to settle the dispute and most likey have won. Such a paper would have made enemies in the past and thus encouraging making them an example. On the contrary now more papers are no more conservative on the use of caution on islam anymore. Check out CNN is now permitting the use of prophet mohammed's picture unlike before. The victimizer victim has now becom a hero.

An example is the way many Nigerians praised the govt to high heavens for making same-sex relationships criminal. Many Nigerians will happily lynch any suspected homosexual without regret and quite a number will hail any minister that calls for the death of someone like Bisi Alimi. And our people get an high from such self justifying acts. Talk about mob mentality. Quite a pity.

The OP has not justified or tried to justify the killing. That is clearly gross and has been condemned roundly by Muslims all over the world.

The focus of the OP is that it is pointless trying to cause a needless trouble where there was none in the first place.
I agree with you.

Yes the Charlie Hebdo people were wrong but would not be able to answer for their crimes if they no longer walk the face of the earth.
but he stated here

Chartey:
Na wa o. This Charlie Hebdo thing eh.
Many people have condemned the killings and I follow suit

... Some people may ask why Catholics and other groups don't attack them. It is because the Muslim population of France is still the most deprived and they hold on strongly to what unites them and gives meaning to their lives. Therefore, their reaction to that kind of attack on their religion will naturally be more exaggerated than how other groups react. This is where the focus must be.

... It must be really hard to be a Muslim in this our generation, you are ridiculed, betrayed by some few bad eggs, and then the whole body of Islam bears the brunt again. I'm with you my Muslim brethren.
My own small take o.
Please what do you think?
His other point was on why a minority would act more violently compared to other faiths under the same kind of castigation. Except I misunderstood that line sha.

The dude Nakoula created a movie that in several ways was anti islamic and here is an overzealous politician calling for his death. Why do we have courts? Why do we have jails? If people believe they have been wronged they go get justice not take the law into their hands else everything would just be in a state of chaos.
IslamRe: Did Charlie Hebdo Go Too Far? by teemy(m): 9:19am On Jan 10, 2015
In 1572 a similar world changing event happened in France (quite coincidental abi?) where christians from the protestant and catholic denominations were killing one another starting from a what is known in history as the St. Bartholomew's Day massacre. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Bartholomew%27s_Day_massacre A lot of people died and over 5000 and that marked the beginning of the religion of no God known today as Atheism since if in the name of saying one God is better you are killing yourselves why not choose to serve no God at all.

Unfortunately the church authorities at that time were more interested in politics and by choosing sides allowed what could have been averted to rage on. Christianity created atheism. If muslims allow terrorism in the name of Allah by extremists to go on without being curbed islam might create another monster and only God know what that one would be called.

It is not enough to just say "My name is khan and I am not a terrorist". Create movements and fish out the bad guys and imams. They are well known only ignored/avoided the same way in Nigeria we know the yahoo yahoo boys in our society that would end up staining the present andd the future for us all. This is a serious matter and not be triffled with. Don't let France handle this mess but as muslims let the world know you do not accept such irresposible behaviour which is anti islam tenets. Don't let this end like the similar Denmark cartoon which showed prophet Mohammmed (SAW) with a bazooka which ended with christians killed in the northern part of Nigeria - a notion of justifying death for negative criticism. Let muslims champaion this course before the western media does.

Yes the Charlie Hebdo people were wrong but would not be able to answer for their crimes if they no longer walk the face of the earth.
IslamRe: Did Charlie Hebdo Go Too Far? by teemy(m): 8:58am On Jan 10, 2015
in the religion section you will see a lot of funny and disheartening comments about pastors but just a few bad eggs with wide media publicity is enough to poison minds and create a new status quo. islam is currently facing such negative publicity.
IslamRe: Did Charlie Hebdo Go Too Far? by teemy(m): 8:48am On Jan 10, 2015
in the movie "my name is khan" we saw an example of a muslim exposing a cleric recruiting adherens for violence. nigeria should shoulder problems caused by nigerians and islam should resolve those caused by muslims

as a nation we have been portrayed as being corrupt and fraud averse. this is not true for most but if the most do not do what is needed to weed out the bad ones, with time the bad would be seen as the dominant ones.

Why should someone call you a murderer for no reason? Is that right first of all?
even in the face of false accusation, the killing is not justified as that seems to be the way of the truly violent.

if someone calls you a violent person and you punch him or calls you a murderer and you kill him it give credence to the accusations. now all western paper houses would have a field day painting islam in a bad light. a trying time for peaceful muslims

sheddyboy:
STRICTLY FOR MATURED MINDS
PLEASE (NO INSULTS)
Please i need matured advise...

My name is mrs Ola, you are free to post my story with my name on it, because i want my husband to read it and the comments that will follow it. I got married 4years ago,@ age 27 as a virgin, while my husband was 31, but now 35yrs old. Our marriage is blessed with a baby girl of 2 and half yrs old.

The problem i am about to share is sometin that is killing me gradually.
...
Dear Mrs Ola, I am glad you are on a path of betterment of your marriage's sexual health rather than contemplating an extra-marital affair. I hope you would make your husband see reason with some advice I would be putting up here. Money and Sex issues and not even lack of love top the reasons marriages fail followed third by decisions on children.

Sex in marriage is a fundamental duty of both partners in marriage to one another and as the almighty has put it a force of bonding as such that the great apostle paul mentioned that it could make a man soul clung to a prostitute. Why not have let that soul-tie exist within a holy matrimony. For Mrs Ola to have joined the #notamperingtillmarried I really commend her and I say do not be discouraged by the disapointment of low sex explosion you have always believed in while still holding out.

Operation Seduce Mr Ola

An appropriate solution is needed for a properly identified problem cause.

Case 1: Mr Ola Really Believes Sexual Contact Is A Sin

Forgive us for this sin we are about to commit (Seriously some do this!)

1Co 7:1 Now, to deal with the matters you wrote about. A man does well not to marry.
1Co 7:2 But because there is so much immorality, every man should have his own wife, and every woman should have her own husband.
1Co 7:3 A man should fulfill his duty as a husband, and a woman should fulfill her duty as a wife, and each should satisfy the other's needs.
1Co 7:4 A wife is not the master of her own body, but her husband is; in the same way a husband is not the master of his own body, but his wife is.
1Co 7:5 Do not deny yourselves to each other, unless you first agree to do so for a while in order to spend your time in prayer; but then resume normal marital relations. In this way you will be kept from giving in to Satan's temptation because of your lack of self-control.

- Good News Bible

You guys are married and hence should fulfil each other's sexual needs which paul calls normal marriage relations. If it was just for kids modern science can get the sperm and egg lab built to produce a baby but as a deterrent to immorality paul recommended marriage and as being human it is an appetite like food that needs to be met hence the hunger for it every once in a while.

Playing the "You have a Jezebel spirit card" is wrong as having sex regularly is normal.

How regular? I remember a thread https://www.nairaland.com/2070153/sex-marriage-pastor-taiwo-odukoya by lalasticlala where it was mentioned that lack of enough sex in marriage can have grievous consequences. A 2-3 times per week is on the average. Some go like once a week and some more for like once or twice per day (guess they have no need chasing money to have that amount of time - why rich people have better sex).

Rather the prayer point should be for Mr Ola to have a higher sex drive and over time a threshold would be reached for the two of you in between.

Case 2: Physical Trauma

a: Lack of body stamina to carry through the process hence leaving him well spent and stressed out.
Let him have revitalizers to regain back his strenght. Don't forget lots of milk

b: Abbrasions from friction causing soreness
Usually a woman's complaint which can be phased out with proper lubrication. Prior to sex, Mrs Ola should consume lots of waterlike an hour or so for the body to produce lubricating fluid required for sex and with good pre-intimacy, the vagina should produce abundant. Some women however still cannot produce adequately (no two people are the same anyways) enough or some other reason or just to play safe, secondary lubricants can be used. E.g your local chemist should have Lubrica or KY Jelly. Our ever popular olive oil like Goya used by church goers as anointing oil is cheaply available and perfectly safe - probably your most common choice (Lubricate the penis shaft). Oil or oil-based lubricants however break latex condoms so keep note to check the contents and switch to water-based lubricants if you are to use a latex condom.

Case 3: Psycological Trauma

Was Mr Ola abused as a kid, did he see something in the past that put him off? You need to have a heart tete-a-tete with him and let him pour out his soul to you.

Alternatively: You Can Masturbate Yourself To Climax

Nowhere in the bible is masturbation called a sin. The misleading is caused by what some call the sin of Onan

Gen 38:8 And Judah said to Onan, Go in to your brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to your brother.
Gen 38:9 And Onan knew that the seed would not be his. And it happened when he went in to his brother's wife, that he spilled on the ground, not giving seed to his brother.
Gen 38:10 And what he did was evil in the eyes of Jehovah. Therefore He killed him also.
- Good News Bible

Onan was killed by God for having sex with his late brother's wife whom he married yet did not want to give her kids in the name of his brother. Just to chop and clean mouth. The semen he spilled on the ground at the time of ejaculation.

Who else is being killed for not giving his brother's wife kids? However if we are to make use of Jesus' defination of immorality

Mat 5:27 You have heard that it was said to the ancients, "You shall not commit adultery."
Mat 5:28 But I say to you that whoever looks on a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
- Good News Bible

it would not apply as immorality to you if the one you sexually affix your attention to is your spouse. This is not a case of wanking off to a picture of some other person in a mag or whatever. (Which in a way means singles should steer clear off masturbating as usually your desire is affixed to someone you are not married to - no technical twisting)

I would paint another picture here. Usually men stroke their John Thomas once in a while to make it stand erect before penetration or woman to get lubricated. What do we call that. Still arguing that it is okay because they are in the process of having sex? What if one party is a little distance away say at the end of the bed, 5 metres away, just stepped into the next room for a brief moment to shush the baby, in the shower, next house, next town. Now you probably have been using distance as a yardstick to measure morality. A rule not laid down in the bible. The main aim is to keep all your sexual desire to only your spouse and not burden/enslave yourself with hearsay nonexistent commandments.

Act 15:1 And certain ones who came down from Judea taught the brothers, saying, Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.
Act 15:2 Therefore dissension and not a little disputation occurring by Paul and Barnabas, they appointed Paul and Barnabas and certain others of them to go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.
Act 15:9 And He put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
Act 15:10 Now therefore why do you tempt God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples, a yoke which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
Act 15:24 Because we have heard that certain ones who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying, Be circumcised and keep the law! (to whom we gave no such command);
Act 15:29 that you abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication; from which, if you keep yourselves, you shall do well. Be prospered.
Act 15:31 And when they had read it, they rejoiced at the comfort.
- Good News Bible

In this case of the converted gentiles, it was settled by them keeping away from idolatry and fornication. Finito.

In Conclusion

I hope your marriage lasts throughout your entire lives and there would be no need to call it quits. Prayer does move mountains and Mr Ola needs to wake up to his manly responsibilities quick. One point or the other he would see reason and Mrs Ola do be gentle with him.

Wishing you well - Teemy
PoliticsRe: Youwin! Success Stories by teemy(m): 9:46am On Jan 09, 2015
A pastor friend and his wife have both benefitted from the scheme last year. Piority of 40% is placed on females cos given an open field the males would have swallowed up 90% of slots. The main thing is to have a realistic and profitable business plan. IF the business has the room to employ others, it would be counted as a plus as it helps fulfil the purpose of the programme.

I actually advocate that a similar structure be incorporated into the existing NYSC programme. Train them during the orientation camp period and set them loose to invest in their host communities. Retrain the AIs and ZIs to be able to scrutinize businesses and come up with great consulting ideas to help the protegee corpers under their care. A lot would happen.
