Catlanta:Currently awaiting the download link for order 1411180203. Thank you |
considering that the majority of inmates are actually awaiting trial for years, the justice department is slack and slow just as much. |

my picks for APC VP slots are Amaechi, Oshiomole and Fashola. Amaechi has a lot of enemies, fashola would have been the best choice but as the south-southvoice is now louder especially if you are atryingto avoid another militancy in the creeks second credible Oshiomole stands tallest of the trio. Okorochas is currently president material by the way. |
Whether or not he knew about what was going on I can't say but with what I know about covert ops a lot of illegit would be covered using legit means. In the first stance the nigerian govt via legal means tried to purchase arms with a company with the sum of $5.7m but the company's licence had expired and for some reason was not able to renew it on time despite all tries and they did the next right thing: refund but what happened the SA financial system froze the funds. Since it ususally takes time (like it did) to go through the bottlenecks to refund the money and the need for armament being urgent the govt did the next available option: go covert. All govts engage in must-not-be-noticed covert operations and not wanting to have the previous occurence happen again and also noticing probable foreing interference from the US, they decided to buy the weapons without having it pass through the paperworks department. As long as their suppliers were in the know it was supposed to be a drop 'n pick deal. Unfortunately it went belly-up but note to be taken is that the SA govt did not take offence for the purpose of purchasing arms but for the money not being declared at customs entry. Upon refund the preference was they returned the money but not let the intended transaction go through (though not much of a point). Money laundering is a serious issue globally and if that was found to have been the case I can say these SA guys would not have returned that $9.3m. The US had in the past trained and is still training our pilots but when it got to delivering top notch lethal choppers most adequate for combat the air force suddenly became inadequate (by the way it was not to have been a US donation). Lastly this sahara reporters source would never be known. Truth or lie, you consider all angles and you decide. |
For me I say sabotage or neglect or a combination of the two. |
I hope ribadu has not been forced to drop a political aspiration. |
Orunto:The deal would have been signed but for nigeria that at the last moment squashed it. So the aim is to woo nigeria at the moment. |
tambuwal, now that is a game changer. all that is needed is buhari transferring the mantle to him on the primaries election day. with fasola as vice the team is a winner. to counter this a jonathan and ribadu team is pdp's best bet. |
considering that amaechi carries a lot of controversies, oshiomole would be more beneficial to the apc with his vast labour support and affiliation to the south; west, east and south. i do not know much on okorocha |
hayzed2:Once upon a time the nation never knew you had to be of one religion or the other before you could get elected but as politicians realised it could be polarised for votes the aftermath has been violence and wars which stil rage on even after the politician has left said post. The ones to blame are the politicians that go for the greed without recourse of the effect of their actions and the ones who as hayzed2 noted donot use credibility as a yardstick in knowing for whom they should have cast their votes. |
Public office holders as well as the armed forces are a representation of the people from whence they came from and so their actions should not ever be a surprise. It is common in Nigeria to have jungle justice meted out by the agrieved and atimes someone ends up dead. This system of things would continue as long as mob vandalism/jungle justice is not outlawed and dutifully enforced. Since the soldiers mentioned in the above story carryguns their performance would seem bigger than the 'normal' vandalisms of barbarians but on a higher level. Hope the victims make good use of the courts to show seriousness in stopping a bad trend. |
Princecalm:hi princecalm, there seems to be a contradiction in your title and the bolded. Please amend. Thanks |
good points my brother from kuvukiland (as strong as a lion as humble as a duika). eroticangela, since your topic yesterday my mind has been going on about being a game maker in the politics arena. would be meeting with the local politicians soon. |
dutchstar:I appreciate his courage to stand up on behalf of his fellow man and such should be emulated. If he was treated like that then the two guys would probably have ended up dead. Guess he saved their lives from a bunch of unthinking murderers. |
EroticAngelina:Okies. Since ours is a secular and not a religiously run society, leaving it at the anti same sex marriage act which annuls same sex marriage and public show of affection would be okay as ways of not encouraging it. Afterall it would be odd to begin to give the social studies definition of a family as something else. Going as far as some who see them as the nigerian problem or incaserating them rather than the ills this thread is meant to revert would be taking things the wrong way. In line with Taxes must be paid. we must help keep our environment clean! throw pure water sachets, sweet sachets or any dirt on the road, and you will pay fine. How would you get this done considering that our people would vehemently resist such as they would point to a lot of excuses. |
On topic, I believe the first thing a government should give its people is hope and empowerment. Every other thing will fall in place as the years roll by. |
EroticAngelina:Is there anything in particular they have done to you. Last time I remember they still fall in the same category as other immoral personalities like the ones who use our young ladies to cool body after hotel meetings and they have a loving wife at home. |
Peeps de a little more research before believing every cooked and roasted tale. ![]() Thousands of people have been duped by a fake news story claiming that Nasa has forecast a total blackout of earth for six days in December.and The rumor that the Earth will plunge into six days of darkness in December is a viral hoax that has taken in numerous social media users.http://www.newsmax.com/TheWire/six-days-of-darkness/2014/10/31/id/604516/ http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/nasa-confirms-earth-will-experience-6-days-total-darkness-december-fake-news-story-goes-viral-1471809 |
without even with the jungle justice involved, if nigerians had put so much fuel like they have shown in their hatred of homos into standing against corruption we would be ruling the world by now. just hurt individuals wishing to transfer aggression. |
it is quite funny that even the nigerian law is not criminalising homosexuality. go download and read the ANTI SAME SEX MARRIAGE BILL pdf. summary is against their marriage and public show of affection full stop. overzealous citizens read otherwise. |
ba7man:you would be surprised that our people that complain are not honest with wanting corruption to go |
while believing in faith for success in exams we still study on, we apply toothpaste on toothbrush and soap on our bodies daily and these do not make our faith any lesser. we still need to 'do'. God solves our needs when he has made health provisions |
to at least make a headway in recovering the chibok girls, the govt has for the second time responded to a ceasefire only to have the repeat of a reinforced boko haram breaking the arrangements. guess its time to go all out and shun the mediators. |
i cannot say much on other aspects but being the dictator that he is corruption would fall in level. i wished the buhari-bakare team had won then. however, i hate his insensitivity to blood being shed in his name. hard getting a balanced leader here. |
Feraz:the bijuus would have to go for the IT to disappear. |
GRIMMJOE stick to the anime. i see a finale of chidori vs rasengan like their prior valley of the end match but with naruto being the victor. |
an early indication that subsidy would be totally removed to 'cushion the effect'. increase in taxes also to play along soon. |
