Here is what to do to achieve the two things you asked for.

1. Claiming outstanding dividend
Visit Datamax registrars with an acceptable means of identification which can be any of these: NIN slip, Drivers license, Voters card, In'l passport, and one passport photograph.

At the registrar's office after complaining that you don't have the certificate from the public offer and have not collected dividends,
they will give you an e-dividend mandate form to fill out, complete and give back to them.
Within 10 - 15 working days they will credit your mandated bank account will all the outstanding dividends that are not older than 12 years as of the payment date.

2. Monitoring your shares
Following the two complaints as stated above, the registrars will also give you a demat form which you will bring to Investment One stockbrokers office for processing of the shares into your cscs account, this will enable you to monitor, buy more, or sell your shares any time and anywhere you are in the world.

To achieve this second part, you will need to first open a stock/cscs account with investment one stockbrokers.

Thank you so much!

@Emmasoft,
Please, some bought GTB during the PO and has since lost the Certificate. How can the person get all dividends paid previously and probably monitor the shares henceforth.
Thank you in advance!

I just checked the 2021 annual report of Julius Berger for 2021 these are what I got, thing might have improved sha.

Cash flow return on investment was 17.5%, I want 20% and above

Gross profit/total asset was 14%, I want a minimum of 18%

Total cash in the bank was N61 billion

Revenue was N336, 5% of the revenue should be N17 billion. Meaning excess cash was about N47 billion, when you subtract N17 billion from the cash in the bank.

Invested capital N340 billion out of this equity was N53 billion and debt was N287 billion. Debt/equity ratio was 5.4, I don't know if that is the norm in the industry.

ROE was 15.6%, looking at the debt equity ratio of Julius Berger a return on equity of 15.6% is too poor we should be looking at 40% and above

Cash return on invested capital was 10%
which is minimum I want, ROIC was 7%, but the WACC was 15%. To create a long term value CROIC and ROIC should be higher than WACC by about 2 basis points and above.

Net debt/FCF was 8.4, meaning the free cash flow of the firm will liquidate the debt in 8 years and 5 months.

I prefer Net debt/FCF of 4 and below

EV/EBIT was 12, I prefer 10 and below.

Julius Berger cut dividend by about 60% few years, this is a major red flag was a dividend investor who loves predictable and steady passive income from his investment.

Julius Berger is cheap, digging deep about how cheap a stock is should be the last thing, being able to sustain income growth, wealth and value creation should be number one priority. If not one will fall into a value trap.

NB, I think Julius Berger is selling a 30% below its intrinsic value

I will still need to look at the performance of Julius Berger over the last 5 years

What's these levies from AMCON all about?
Levies more than some dividends declared?

You'll recall that AMCON was set up by CBN to buy Bad Loans from the banks around 2010. As part of the program, the Nigerian Banks are to remit 0.5% of total assets to Amcon to support it's operations. The Levy ought to have ended but just like Buhari makes his own laws, Emefiele does same with the continued AMCON Levy on the Banks.

Frankly, VITAFOAM' financials presently ticks all the boxes. ...at least by a 70% accuracy. (3M to YE, 2021 in view)
It's a near perfect description of a fundamentally healthy coy.

√ Strong growth trajectory following an above risk-discounted delivery across all revenue and earnings line.

√ NET MARGIN growing at a faster pace than GROSS despite higher cost line... ensuring a sound AsY and AsQ.

√ Double digit growth in EM and AER.

√ Strong cash position (NCPS) on the back of a higher CCC and CGPR.

√ CA printing a premium to TL... following a faster growth in NCA compared to that of the latter line.

The last 3 line shows that these fellows must be making a lot of money.
Their product line most be selling real fast. (Compare days in inventory, ∆InvT, receivables and CCC)

I still remember when this coy was trading for btw N5-6 with many investors apparently not interested in it.
Am guessing the move to restructure their business model and expand into other basic home valuables while increasing their footprint into few other African countries was the game changer!

The price of the coy has already gone up quite a bit.
Think it was the 3rd best performing stock (up by over 188%) in 2021... only behind Morison Ind and RoyalEx Insurance.

For Traders, there are ways to play around coys like this given that it's YE dividend declaration is yet to be implemented. (think Feb 14-18 and 11 marks the closure date and QD respectively)
For investors, it might be best to hold... but keep a close watch on their quarterly report to observe any change in trajectory.
H1 2022 report will be KEY!

In VITAFOAM, I believe!

Using a mix of valuation model that adopts a conservative approach assuming zero growth to YE, 2O22, and attaches a premium net of surrounding risk, I have a FVE of N31.4
...still a BUY from my end.

CAVEAT: Due diligence still applies as always.
My advise? ...pls do well to follow your instinct.

Kudos @ currentprice for spotting this nice piece!
It is well.

Thank you Onegentleguy. Well appreciated. I will keep an eye on their results.

Reference Dr. abraham from SMN

you can as well read everything about the FCF on the internet, there are many ways to arrive at the number and go for the one that fit ur other metrics

interesting to read the discussion on MTN, I only checked Mtn report d year it was listed.... wasn't happy the way the company cheated future shareholder with 2kobo nominal value jacking up 407m share to 20,350B share for the benefit of the existing holders embarassed

going through Q3 report. i see the concern about the debt....too much but this shouldn't pose much problem because the company is making good operating profit that can take care of it

The company make a return to the equity capital of 118% as at Q3, d last time I saw this was from Nestle and during good days of CAPL

I have FCF less than 100b from my end against 300 plus reported

based on my bedsheet opinion MTN fp stand at 230

note; price can go above the fp to their target price but for me and my household we cant buy Mtn at cp except more improvement Q4 reported

grin grin grin grin

Please, what is the (Your) formula for FCF ( Free Cash Flow). I think I am confused now?

I asked because from my own calculation on MTN, I got minus 20Billion .
