why are you lamenting, you voted this barbaric and uncouth man as your governor.
now he is displaying his tendencies, it's from one lamentation and curse to another.
deal with it because this is the beginning of more woes to come in the next three and a half years.
if una like, vote him or someone else as your governor, na una sabi.

ochon: I don't believe this story. There's more to this story. I don't believe a sane man will blow up because his FIL bought his wife a car to help out. My guess is that there might be friction between them prior to getting that car, or some underlying issues that the OP is not privy to.
Speaking for myself, if my FIL bought my wife a car to alleviate the extra stress the OP opined, I won't be miffed ONLY if he's told me of his plan. He doesn't need my permission to buy the car, I just need to be told that he'll give my wife/his daughter a car. A simple call of "my son, I got your wife/my daughter a car to end the stress you are going through dropping and picking her up."
I'd thank him immensely and welcome such news with joy, because to me he's a caring FIL. I'd forever be indebted to him. But if he just pulls up with car and give it to my wife without any form of notice to me, not that it's a birthday gift or some sort of commemoration (nothing wrong in this situations), but to help the issue at hand, I won't be happy about it. We're a family, and in this situation, a call to let us know, is enough. It shows respect.
Sometimes doing something might be right, but THE WAY YOU GO ABOUT IT MIGHT BE WRONG.
I saw a lady saying "my husband MUST respect it whether he likes it or not." If this is how MARRIAGE between TWO people working together to achieve a COMMON goal is all about, then I hope she doesn't complain and accept the fact too, if her husband FÛCKS around and decide to do anything he wants without her opinion. Or decide to carry out decisions without her opinions. She should respect it too whether she likes it or not. will you marry me? *puppy face* |

Family › Re: Will You Live In A House Built By Your Wife? Men Speak by Teespice(f): 8:09pm On Dec 14, 2014 |
ochon: Some of the answers from my fellow men made me SMDH. Cavemen mentality. What the fùck is wrong in living in your wife's house? Does that exclude you from still being the head of the home? Omotola is more richer and well-known than her husband, yet they live in peace and her husband is the head of the home. A good woman will respect a man even if she's richer than him.
As long there is mutual understanding between me and my future wife that she won't put up an attitude because she built a house we live in, then why the fuss? It's not as if I'll lazy around and not have a job/means of income so I can contribute too. Marriage is TWO people working together as ONE for the betterment of their children and themselves. So much archaic ego from some people. the more reason why black men will keep being backward with that kind of mentality. |

veave: These are the ones that disgrace and spoil our name. When a man volunteers to take them out. They go and show how hungry they are. One person will eat 2 portions of rice, a full chicken, a bowl of ice cream, a can of one litre juice, normal coke, diet coke, fanta, sprite, nkwobi, fish pepper soup, assorted as if it is not enough when she is going home she will request for take away... cake, 7meatpie, 10sausage rolls, a carton of juice, 3 full grilled fish. 1,500mtn airtime, 1000glo, 750airtel...
As if its her whole village she is feeding. Mtchwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. rotflmao. on a more serious note, I detest the idea of bringing other friends to a date meant for just my partner and I. |
