I always believe in karma. Why would she cheat when I am not and mind you I don't need a lady to forgive and take me back for something as extreme as adultery because I won't do same.

I would forgive her and let bygones be bygones but its actually the end of us two. It would take a miracle for me to believe anything she says afterwards. Trust is not something you pick up and start mending, so its better we part. A relationship without trust is actually nothing but pain.

however, you seem to forget that in this part of the world, a woman is expected to forgive and if she as much as files for divorce on grounds of adultery, she is blamed for not realising that a man has the wandering eye.

as to the question asked, it is pertinent to note that there are risks for both men and women who have multiple partners. whatever happened to being faithful.

With the risk of sounding bias, a man who has multiple sexual partners is very different from a woman having same and with far more far reaching consequences for the woman.

A woman who sleeps with more than one man will probably not be able to determine the paternity of her child especially when the acts took place around the same time.

We therefore run a risk of populating bastards in the society but with the case of the man this is not so as a man can impregnate several women without causing a dispute in paternity as long as those ladies were faithful to him.

at the risk of sounding realistic, you seem to forget that there are risks associated with having multiple partners which you already know so no need stressing it for both men and women.

if the men will accept their responsibility and do right to the woman and child, then the issue of bastards populating the society would hardly be heard of.

You realise that sex occurs between two consenting adults, so why should a man shirk his responsibilities should the woman get pregnant. it is not as if he was coerced into the act.
