Ok. Lol @ loose knots. It is well. Wish you all the best. Guess the next thing is to share our landing story....which would be stress-free by His grace. yimiton: Yes, I got the email address of the lady that attended to me when I went to send the passports and forwarded the mail to her. She had earlier told to me do an authorization letter, so, I typed a letter, signed, scanned and attached it to the pick up email and sent both to the dhl lady.
Planning to leave in January. Got some loose knots to tighten before we pack up and leave. |

Congratulations to you too! Will do pick up tomorrow ,got the mail late. So I have to forward the email to DHL? Didn't know that...thanks. leaving next month. You? yimiton: Interesting. Have you made arrangements for pick-up?
The agents were telling her she needed to send the mail to them and give them an authorisation letter. Fortunately, I was told when I went to send my passports, so I had everything handy.
When are you looking to leave?
Congrats! |

Thanks. @ 6 weeks... SlowlybtSurely: Yimiton and teewhy31, please don't fret. You will receive your passports. I do understand it can be annoying. I got my application approved exactly 6 (six) weeks from the day AVO received it. After that, i still didnt get pick up email until i sent them a reminder. So trust me, I know what it is to wait.
Focus on relocation, cos it will surely come. |

It hasn't been approved yet.... checking every hour.... still hopeful. You are not alone o! yimiton: Exhales...does it mean you haven't received yours too? I was beginning to think I was in this boat alone.
Has your profile been approved? |

Sighs.....oh well! I asked because we submitted about the same time. Guess I was hoping for the speed of PPR. It is well. I wonder why it takes them so long. yimiton: Nothing yet, my profile still hasn't been approved talkless of pick up mail.
Right now, I've decided to just chill and try not to check too often. |

Hi Yimiton, any update? [quote author=yimiton post=60937035]My Dear people, please don't blame me for being impatient oh, in my mind, I am already in Canada and I plan to leave in December or latest January.
But you know, final arrangement like sale of property and booking of flight cannot be confidently done unless we see our COPR and stamped passports.
So, to help me plan properly, I will appreciate if you will drop how long it took from the day Accra received your passports to the day they you got the mail, informing you that they're ready.
We tracked and saw that ours were delivered to Accra on the 22nd of September, 2017.
Please how long did yours take? |

The electronic report from the site. Raconteur14: Sorry to be a bother. When you say soft copy, did WES send a copy to your e-mail or is it the electronic report gotten from their site that has the watermark "not official". |

Agreed. I actually used standard delivery for.mine but it never came. Instead of requesting for another I used the soft copy from WES and uploaded it. codeworks: If you are applying for Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program, you dont need hard copy, they will send electronic copy to IRCC |

Hello everyone, please I want to know if the details (basically name) on PR card is tied to your passport. Ehm, my passport bears my maiden name and my application as well. So wanted to be sure that I would have the option to state that my PR card bear my husband's family name. |

Congratulations! I also used 25% of Pension. yimiton: Hi Guys, my PPR is here and I really want to thank God for it.
Our application wasn't in anyway perfect.
Things we were scared we didn't get right:
1. We used 25% pension to complete our POF 2. We didn't upload my spouse's IELTS but raised a CSE about 2 days after AOR 3. Used LOE to explain that the part of the POF which was in T.bills was withdrawn from my cooperative savings account
Timeline: CRS: 438 ITA: 9th August 2017 AOR: 23rd August Medical passed/IP1: 6th Sept NA2: 8th Sept IP2: 15th Sept PPR: 15th Sept Family of 4
The PPR mail landed at 3.01am but we saw it at 9am today.
Our status still hasn't updated but hey, we have the mail.
In all, we give God the glory and we recognise that He alone made this happen. |

So here goes..... Don't have plenty story just that God did it .... I mean He really did. ITA- May 31( 414, second express entry profile first expired) AOR- August 28(got it a few minutes after submitting documents) Medicals passed- September 11( BG changes to NA later that day) PPR - September 15( got email at 3.01am) Family of 4. Everything was not perfect , worried about everything but I prayed for less than 3 weeks processing and I got it. This platform was helpful both to douse fears and also increase it. My advice...sometimes in the multitude of information worry might increase, God will perfect all in His time. I know I can't express what I went through and how much I needed this but trust me I did. Right now it feels like I am dreaming....well when the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion...... Thanks to everyone and good luck to all those waiting...... Good things come to those who wait.... DBA4show: Congrats. Kindly Share your timeline.
