Romance / Meet Your Mr./miss Right by Telez(m): 5:19pm On Nov 01, 2012 |
Never rush into a relationship or marriage, those who rush in will rush out if you are not careful, building a happy family is not a day job but a gradual process, A STEP AFTER ANOTHER Building a happy family is very easy, note very easy is not applicable to everybody, because some people believe marriage is all about Friendship to Dating to Marriage but its not like that, there are some steps you must follow to live A Happy family Most single go for beauty i.e He's very handsome or She's very beautiful if that is the case with you then you are a Failure, that marriage will surely Crash yes am not cursing thats just the fact. What you need in that Mr./Miss Right =>The right person will want you to be emotionally healthy and able to stand on your own two feet. When you are with the rightperson you will feel good about yourself, safe, and fulfilled. =>Mr/Miss Right will not be selfish, will not speak negative thing =>Mr/Miss Right must agree to your wants and needs be it sex or affection and also same with you =>When Mr/Miss Right says "I love you" not only in words spoken, but by loving actions. We define loving actions as doing things such as noticing when you are tired, remembering your birthday, wanting to spend time with you, listening to you, showing you respect, calling if you are running late, showing you affection, beingpatient with you if you don't understand something, kissing you hello and goodbye, and hugging you for no special reason.. =>Mr/Miss Right must be a friend, you must both be happy when together, Care for each other =>Mr/Miss right must be kind, considerate, and polite. Little things in life such as saying 'thankyou' and holding a door open mayseem old fashioned, but they do reflect the amount of caring and kindness in a person. => You and Mr/Miss Right must have same goal Although you maynot always agree with one another, conversations with the Mr/Miss Right will be interesting and not boring. Mr/Miss Right will communicate thoughts and feelings with you and will not keep hurts and concerns bottled up inside. =>Mr/Miss Right will be ready to help you while Working be it Homework or Office Work. Mr/Miss Right will trust you, will not monitor your phone calls or where you go, will not stop you from meeting or talking with friends/family There are some other rules you must follow, dont go for money or beauty, when you miss a step in Marriage, you may regret it till eternity Source:http://livingbetalife..in/2012/10/meet-your-mrmiss-right.html 1 Like |

Romance / Conquer Your Fear And Approach Him/her by Telez(m): 6:55am On Nov 01, 2012 |
Most guys find it very difficult to approach a lady and same with ladies, yes i mean ladies, this days ladies even approach guys, and for me there is noting bad in it, if love exist there is no going back. Sometimes ago am in your shoes, i find it difficult to approach anytime have made up my mind to approach a girl, then so many thoughts runs through my mind like, Will she date me, she may not agree, am i the best guy for her, she may be engaged and so many things. I know you are passing through the same thing, DID I HEAR YOU SAY AM ASHAMED, its nothing to be ashamed of, to every problem solution thus exist. Its very easy to conquer that fear, Yes!!! i mean E-A-S-Y, sometimes you see your friend approaching a girl very Bold, you just keep asking yourself questions like Is he Handsome than i do? Was he thought that at Home? No he started from somewhere, you need to be determined, Build your self esteem, I'ts like a flame that should gradually spread like a brush fire from inside and out. When you develop self esteem, you take control of our mission, values and discipline. Self esteem brings about self improvement, true assessment, and determination.. Be positive. Be contented and happy. Be appreciative. Never miss an opportunity to compliment someone.. Believe you can do it and Once you are determined, You can do it yes you can, Have a High esteem and be strong, just gostaight and not Zigzag manner Source:http://livingbetalife..com/2012/10/conquer-your-fear-and-approach-himher.html |

Jobs/Vacancies / Are You Unemployed?, Be Self-employed Rather Than Depend On Your Parent by Telez(m): 8:16am On Oct 26, 2012 |
Most students tried their best, studied hard and graduated with good grades from various accredited higher Institutions in Nigeria, with the aim of finding a good job, take good care of their parent/guardian, settle down and get married but at the end of it all no job to cater for themselves and family. Most Graduates believe they can only succeed, being employed by the government and private industries, HELL No!. Not every nigeria graduates will be employed, that's the fact. The presidency has mandated all students in Higher Education Institutions, regardless of their discipline, to study entrepreneurship before they qualify for their degrees and diplomas. The aim of this is to create a critical mass of graduates better prepared for employment as well as creator of knowledge based enterprises. Why are you unemployed? Or still depending on the government, when the statement above said it all, the presidency also believe not all graduates/undergraduate can be employed that was the reason for mandating enterpreneurship in Higher Institutions regardless of your discipline. Why not start a small business today?, based on what you are thought in school or your ideas, rather than stress your parent/ guardian requesting for money everytime, even when you want to call a friend. There are offline and online business that can fetch you money with less capital and huge profit. My brother/sister you do not need to be a MBA Degree holder or PHD to succeed in your own business. Infact, there are a lot of Entrepreneurs who did not even finish secondary education talkless of you graduate/ undergraduate. Think twice on what you can do that will fetch you cash, and be your own Boss . HAPPY SALAH CELEBRATION Source:http://getbizideas..com/2012/10/are-you-unemployed-be-self-employed.html |

Jobs/Vacancies / Entrepreneur Lifestyle And Benefits by Telez(m): 9:19pm On Oct 20, 2012 |
In my previous post titled Why relying on your Parent/Government? When you've got what it takes to be a Boss where i stated the reasons why you need to be self employed rather than wait for the government or Private firms to employ you. In this post i will like to expatiate more on the benefits of working for yourself rather than depend on Government/Parent. The Benefits are stated below:- -when starting a new business one of the major rewards expected is profit, being self-employed,you would be able to control your income, the effort you put in will determine your income, this is not often the case when you work for someone else. Another advantage of being self-employed person is independence, you are able to use your knowledge, skills and abilities as you see fit.Being self employed you are driven by spirit of self-reliance and individual survival. Self-employed persons reciêve attention and recognition through customer contact and public exposure. Individuals who become self-employed have options to start enterprises in all categories and sizes depending on their capabilities.Self-employment also gives individual the job of being an employer and a leader rathan than an employee and a follower. Many enterprises are created by persons who are seeking the job security that is not available elsewhere.Self-employed persons cannot be laid off, fired or forced to retire at a certain age. So my brother/sister i just shared the benefits of being self-employed with you, kindly think about it in other for you to be independent and not rely on friends/goverment/family. In my next article i will discuss"How to start a business and the steps involved"Stay tuned!!! Source:http://teleshare..com/2012/10/entrepreneur-lifestyle-and-benefits.html |

Jobs/Vacancies / Why Relying On Your Parent/government? When You've Got What It Takes To Be Boss by Telez(m): 4:50pm On Oct 20, 2012 |
As we all know in Nigeria corruption is something that retards economic growth,to even get a job you must pay officials of the company and the tendency of getting that job is zero, millions of Nigeria youths especially graduates only rely ontheir parent, even married men and wowen. The fact that they are unemployed does not state they you are not educated or brilliant or do not have their set goals but the state of our country does not permit that. As a nigerian youth or graduate i know you have your own set goal, most people believe they can't succeed not untill they are employed by the Government 'capital NO' DO you even know the CHALLENGES you will face if you Get one. CHALLENGES OF PAID EMPLOYMENT/GOVERNMENT JOB 1.You will follow orders 2.Ability not easily recognized 3.constant Income 4.Limited responsibility 5.Difficulty to implement Ideas 6. Dependent on the employer. Hello friend don't get me wrong not that government work is bad, rather than wait untill you are employed, why not start your own work today and "be your own Boss" think about it friend, yes i mean think about it,you won't rely on your parent or friend anymore you will give out orders,no constant payment. In the neXt article i will discuss more about Entrepreneur and different classes. Thanks sir/ma if you find this article interesting kindly comment below. |

CMS i.e Content Management Sytem helps to build a professional website that is easyto update and manage contents on your website easily with no Coding knowledge needed.A CMS lets you focus on making new content . You write your article, you upload it to your site, and the CMS spits out a nice page: your article plus the menus, sidebars, and all the fixings..Examples of CMS are Joomla,Wordpress and Drupal Features of the Big3 CMS Wordpress: plugins add features to wordpress and with over 15000 plugins you are goodto go,If you think WordPress is only for blogs, your definition needs an upgrade. WordPress can handle multiple authors, specialized content types, and pretty much anything a user would expect from a CMS. WordPress is legendary for beingeasy to learn and use. It'salso got a sweet user interface. If your needs are straightforward,WordPress could easily be the best choice.. 2. Joomla: programs that add features are called: extensions (divided into components , modules , and plugins ) with userfriendly admin page you are good to go. Drupal: Sites that uses Drupal include The Economist, The White House. In Drupal, the little programs that add features are called: modules and the admin panel very friendly.Drupal was designed to get new features using tons of little modules . Many of these modules are maintained by professional developers for large clients, butyou still get them for free.. *Note*:The article above isjust a brief description of CMS and the Big3.
