Good day, everyone,this a general post for anyone who has ideas or answers to my questions.
I am mother of three looking to move to Canada with my kids. I have a five year visitor visa already. My questions are:
Which province is most suitable for me,in respect to settling in, finding a job and school for my kids, price of accommodation and cost of living generally.

I have always been a business woman and from what I have gathered it's easier for skilled workers to get jobs so which training or programs can I run and get certified before travelling next year?

Is it possible to write Canadian certificate examinations from Nigeria and get certified.

I'm based in Port Harcourt,is there anyone from Port Harcourt here who can help me with information on any of the questions I have asked?

I'm open to any advice I get because I intend to either get a job from here before coming or get a job when I arrive.

Please help a sister.

Please house I want to ask this question on behalf of my sis, is the France among the big eyes countries? because she was refused France visa 3 years back but she forget to declare it wen filling the canada biodata form. Hope this will not affect her canada application?

Please I need ur advice on my application
On Nov 2021, I applied for Canada visitors visa and it was refused on June 2023.
Reason: debt to the crown, from my findings the agent that handle d application did not pay the application fee. So have paid the fee (185canadian dollars) for d debt to the crown and it was confirmed by IRCC.
On Sept 2023, I applied for anoda visitors(2ND) visa but it was also refused on Feb 27th 2024.

Reason: you are not truthful filled the form given to u. So I ordered for GCMS NOTE
BASED ON MY 2ND APPLICATION TO KNOW THE REASON IN DETAILS, THE GCMS NOTE CAME TODAY AFTER READING TRU IT DIS IS WOT I FIND OUT

I HAVE REVIEWED THE APPLICATION. I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT THE APPLICANT HAS BEEN TRUTHFUL IN THE DOCUMENTS AND ANSWERS SUBMITTED IN SUPPORT OF THE APPLICATION, AS REQUIRED BY SUBSECTION 16(1) OF THE ACT. SPECIFICALLY, I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT D FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS TRUTHFUL: FAILED TO DECLARE PREVIOUS MISREPRESENTATION.
FOR DIS REASON I HAVE REFUSED THIS APPLICATION
PLS,MY QUESTION IS THAT SHOULD I STILL NEED TO ORDER FOR ANODA GCMS NOTE FOR MY 1ST VISTORS APPLICATION B4 I APPLY FOR THE NEW ONE AND IF I ORDER FOR IT AND I FIND OUT THAT THE INFORMATION IS DIFFER HOW SHOULD I GO ABT IT WEN APPLY FOR THE NEW APPLICATION OR SHOULD I JUST STICK TO THE INFO ON MY 2ND APPLICATION TO APPLY FOR THE NEW ONE AND WRITE A LETTER TO SUPPORT IT.

Hello Temitaryor1,

1. There is a section in the application form that ask if you have been refused visa before, did you confirm yes, that you have been refused Canadian visa and explained the issue that transpired. ( the debt to the crown issue and your subsequent payment)? Also, bear in mind an application cannot be successfully submitted and transmitted to IRCC without payment. I suspect payment was made and their was a chargeback on your application.

2. Do you have access to all the information the agent filled in your first application and where you consistent with that same information in your 2nd application?

I would advise people to avoid agents, some of them dont understand this visa application thing. Better doing it yourself.

Yes d agent did the charge back and have make anoda payment and IRCC confirmed it.
For the 1st application, I did not have access to all the information he used.
But my question is that if I apply for the GCMS NOTE FOR THE 1ST APPLICATION AND THE INFO IS DIFFER FROM THE 2ND APPLICATION, WHICH ONE SHOULD I USED OR SHOULD I BASE MY NEW APPLICATION ON THE INFORMATION I HAVE ON MY 2ND APPLICATION GCMS NOTE.

Aaaaaiyaaaaaaa!!!!!! i feel your pain as i am in the same shoe too. Mine is even worse self i submitted my passport with other members of my family before i got the same disregard message, now passport don hang for were nobody knows. i have called , mailed , texted, web chatted every means i can think of. i even went to submit hard copy letter at the embassy and no response yet. To retrieve the passports is my main concern now as the passports are needed for urgent trips by end of this month.

My advice to her is to cancel the appointment and continue praying cos as we dey we no know where dem dey carry us go. WAHALA!!!! WAHALA!!! in Portable's voice

@Emmafa pls I used UPS for submission of my passport but I forget to write my email and phone number but I filled the courier sms request form and also include d address there. Pls for not writing d email and d phone number is there any problem?
I also tracked it through UPS site it has delivered to lagos office yesterday but I'm scared becos of d above issue.

Pls I forget to write my mail and phone number on the copy of my passport data page but when I tracked it on d UPS site it has delivered to lagos office and I also paid for the return of d passport. Pls hope is not a problem for not writing it.

Good morning Sir/Maa, pls I want to ask how many photocopy of passport data page I need to make for the passport submission? Then is it black and white or coloured. Then for the PPR LETTER IS IT COLOUR PRINTING OR BLACK AND WHITE. THEN ANY IDEA OF HOW MUCH DID COURIER COST(UPS) FROM IBADAN TO ABUJA.

Pls dear NL What do u think it can cause dis backward issue? Pls i need an urgent answer.

Good morning everyone, pls I need advice on this issue: I applied for Canada visitors since November 2021and my eligibility is still under review since February 2023 till now, pls house how long does eligibility takes before the decision and after the eligibility wot is the next stage. Is there any hope becos like 5 months now eligibility still reviewing for how long.
