When I got there, I was asked if I've got an appointment, I smiled and told them I need to talk to someone about my application before I go into depression (jokingly but tried to make sure the armed guys see/read the importance and urgency in my voice). So they directed me to the receptionist who was sitting close to a window. I explained my situation to her through the window and she felt sorry about the issue. She then put a call through on their landline. She asked for my name and GWF.... The rest is history

The long wait is finally over! I have receive Mercy from God

Biometric- 19th Nov (Priority but not PRIORITY)

NSF(Request for work/education evidence since 2010)- 24th Nov

I responded same day 24th (CV, ID card, Masters cert, LOE, Promotion letters, professional cert, NYSC cert, Posting letter)

Paid mail- 2nd Dec (got response on 3rd that decision has been made)

Went to TLS on 3rd Dec (Was told to wait for collection mail harshly)

Paid Call- 10th Dec (Was told to go to VAC. decision has been made. He even asked "Are you fully vaccinated?" "my friend, you need to check the guidelines before coming to the UK" etc... However, he never told me the outcome of my application. Lol)

Went to TLS 13th (Was told to wait for collection mail again)

At this point, i decided to visit the British High Commission (After the receptionist made a call regarding my issue, she told me to go to TLS the next day that they'll send it there)

Passport Collection with UK International Student's Love Letter- Today, 14th Dec

Imagine, decision already made since 25th Nov (I don pray tire).

So, i advice anyone experiencing delay regarding collection (i.e. after confirming decision has been made), can humbly visit British High Commission.

This is really sad, many are going through the same problem with you but sadly you can not do more what you have already done.
Have you emailed them and asked to cancel your application?

Please how do you do this. My school is 25 minutes from london. I will like to know how to do this. Your school is actually 2 hours to London by train. How are able to pay 10 pounds for return. Please kindly give me the secret.

Mine is 2hr 10 mins by bus, so I do the booking a week ahead my travelling date and I get the cheapest fare. Pls note I use national express. So from Victoria bus station, I take 2 trains to my school with return of £5. I hope this help.

Thanks for your response. Yes it is true that Kent is lively and lovely to reside, even if you work in London but only for people who drive. A return ticket form where I live in Kent to my uni daily is £33. So we just have to move.

Morocco is on the Amber list so you’re safe. But guys, be careful because countries can be placed on the red list anytime without prior notice. While you’re trying to save money, if you do a red list country; you’ll spend that money quarantining at a hotel (paid for by you £1500 at least)

You can't use a Naira master card. You can only use a Dollar/pounds master card ( attached to a domiciliary account). Still you can get somebody from the abroad to pay on your behalf.
