As the story has it, jesus was to return during the lifetime of his disciples and his enemies. Those who pierced him were to witness his coming while still alive,many who saw him were to live till he return. He intended to come shortly, marked by the destruction of jesusalem. All these are details that believers ignore or explain away just to hold unto their doctrine of his 2nd coming. Many have waited and gave up. Many were disappointed when they realized that he isn't coming. Still yet, many today hold to the view that the Lord is coming soon. Since the time of john the baptist, it's always "soon". Isn't this ridiculous?

To begin with, did this man live on earth about 2000 yrs ago? Since there's no one presently living on earth to give an eye witness account, how do we know? If i'm asked, I'd say that the story of four gospels in the bible are things that must have happened millions of years ago. Some intelligent minds must have conspired to retell this story, inventing the name "jesus" as the hero. That is it! Christian religion is a conspiracy! Those who invented it didn't forsee the depth of confusion it will bring in this 21st century. Many will argue with me for saying this.

I was made to believe that one day, a man who died about 2000 years ago was lifted up into the sky where he made preparations for his 2nd coming. This 2nd coming means different things to different groups of people. Some say he is coming to roast the earth in an inferno after flying away with his believers to give them a home in the sky. Many christians hold this belief, though, some have a different way of explaining his 2nd coming. Now the big issue is, will this man ever come again? If yes, when? What is he coming to do?

The problem here is that the modern man is concerned about how to earn a living. No one care about love. In fact, humans cannot withstand love in it's true sense, they run away from it. If humans knew what love was they wouldn't have killed the christ. If you want to love you will be seen as a fool, a witch, or a demented fellow.

In my own world, people go to church because they love God, but now-a-days people are invited to church so that their business will flourish. I thought the partor's work was to show people the way of righteousness not the way of money. To the op, not everybody were made for charging business, if it doesn't favour you look for the one you are good at. Do what you are good at and leave others to do their own.

I'm not condemning these men of God for their hardwork. But i don't understand why Jesus said that a rich man cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Could it be that these honest and sincere men of God have come to prove him wrong?

There's time for everything under the sun.

1. Why is paying of bride price such an important issue among us?
2. Why is burrying a dead person such an expensive task?
Then another question is, if we do away with these practices, will we lost anything?

The only religion i know is to love one another,live in peace, avoid trouble. Whether there's afterlife or not shouldn't be the main issue.

From a medical point of view, it will take a man or woman that is a cripple days of therapy to be able to walk correctly, remember I said CORRECTLY! Not to mention running around like he has been walking all along.

Even if his legs received healing, it will require time and lots of therapy for the brain to send and understand how to walk and run.

This is like healing a dumb person and immediately he starts to sing lol! That's not possible.

Even Jesus when he healed a blind man, the first time the man said he saw humans like TREES, the brain had to adjust to the information it just received and remember God is not a magician.

By using the term "more sin" you make it clear that those who remain in jw don't commit sins. Well, is an idea. you think that God exist in your jw society and nowhere else, that is why you use the term "come back". Please read your bible carefully and understand that GOD exist everywhere,in everything,at all times. You don't need to find God in any group or building. God is within YOU, you are a god experiencing life in the flesh. Everything u can see or hear is an expression of God. Finally, Jehovah isn't the name of the ALMIGHTY GOD.
