On this same thread, Wheel of Time and Rings of Power were thrown under the woke bus like it was some kind of insult. The way some of you ranted, I almost skipped them, glad I didn’t. Both shows were absolutely solid.

These people use to exist before, and they used to be represented in movies and shows back then, but there wasn't a clear attempt to make them the center of attention, but this ones these days, are clearly be done along a particular agenda. Ever wonder why more garbage shows are been made now,? Because they care more about pushing this particular agenda, than ensuring the actual story is quality.

I have no problem with representation of people's values and ideologies in shows or movies , but the way they are going about this particular one, is so neasuating to say the least.

The funny thing is most of us don't even notice these things until woke watchers like yourself point them out. We watch movies/series for entertainment not to look for which latest ideology they infused. At this rate, y'all will have hard time enjoying films oh.

It was in 2019 I think. Small drip wey dem administer for my daughter with 3-days worth of floranom, antibiotic syrup, Zinc sulphate tablets, and ORS wey dem give us, I pay 50k.

Since that day, I dey always pray make Doctors in public hospitals no go strike.

It’ll cost like 250k now for the same treatment.

Those ones have already outwitted Redmi and are going neck to neck with Poco series. The Poco F series however maintain a strong standing then the Poco X series come next. Tecno even has the phantom series which is the flagship but na Xiaomi Mi series I dey eye like this. Nice flagship! I can get Mi series and Poco series but that Redmi note, nah. Not until they unsurp Tecno camon series

Tecno phantom X2 is cool. One thing about me is that I cannot use more than 350k to buy an android phone. I have almost five android phones and all of them are side phones not main phones. My iPhones are my major daily drivers.

Wasn’t that exactly the point I made? Back then, comparing a Transsion phone to a Redmi at any level, whether budget, midrange, or flagship was laughable. Redmi used to wipe the floor with them, no contest.
But now? Transsion’s budget and midrange devices are burying Redmi in those segments. The only battleground left is the premium/flagship tier, where Xiaomi still holds the edge for now. But with how fast Transsion is evolving, give it 2–3 years and they’ll snatch that crown too. Xiaomi’s lead is on borrowed time.

Redmi product this days have been an disappointment in the area of processor but not in build qualities!
But all in all a man with common sense will still pick redmi over transsion

I think Xiaomi/redmi problems started when they adopted that g series processor. It has been a complete failure. They should stick to snapdragon.

Anyways, I debloated my redmi, changed the rom, tweaked my settings and it's been fast and able to multitask perfectly. However, I hate the fact that I had to go through all that stress just to have a smooth device.
