What really surprised me the most is the fact that they said being on LinkedIn is a sign of CyberCrime. These men are educated, and I'm sure they actually know what LinkedIn is. What I realized from this experience is that when these folks really want to extort you they'll go to any lengths to do so. Frustration and tension will make you give them what they seek when you get tired of arguing constitution with them.

Next time just identify as a Christian or Muslim to avoid stories. It's just a label on paper. Doesn't define who you are.
Too bad.

Sorry for ur experience , but in this Nigeria dem no dey wan hear say u are irreligious . They believe u must have one religion whether u practise it or not it’s not their concern .

Next time, to save urself the harrowing experience just pick one religion and move on. Doing strong head with government official without having powers that be backing u na recipe for waste of time and resources o
They were extremely angry when I told them I don't belong to any religion. I haven't felt such anger in a while.

I used to be among the people that defend police officers but after that experience I had with them few days ago I don't think I'll ever do that again.
Those guys can tension you into accepting what you are not. Never taking any confessions that people make in NPF custody serious again.

If you want to know how bleeped up Nigeria truly is try visiting any government institution. I've never believed our policemen are demons despite complaints from people over the years until I experienced it myself. Folks can you believe policemen saw LinkedIn on my phone and said that is a sign that I'm into CyberCrime? I tried to explain what I do on LinkedIn but everything I said fell on deaf ears. These guys kept me there asking me questions for hours, when I noticed the whole thing was going to another direction I simply bribed them. I knew that was they wanted all the while but I didn't want to give them a penny, but I realized if I keep arguing with them they might do something dangerous.

They even started asking me which church I attend, when I told them I'm an irreligious person that is neither a Christian or Muslim, you guys need to see the anger on their faces. It was as if not being Christian or Muslim is a crime itself, I spent about an hour listening to sermons on why I should choose Islam or Christianity. This is not the first time I'm experiencing this religious intolerance in a government institution. When I went to collect my passport at the immigration office some years back a huge scene was created because I said I don't belong to any religion. I'm just curious, are government institutions supposed to be places where such fvckery take place?

One of my lecturers back then in Uni said Nigeria is a perfect example of how a country shouldn't be and I can't help but agree with him now.

Except hard data does not care about anyone feelings or emotions.

By international measure unemployment is termed those who works zero hours weekly.
It seems like some individuals enjoy arguing just for the sake of it. Logically and in every other sense, Nigeria's reported unemployment rate being 4% is impossible. Even though the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) presented this figure, it's hard to accept it as true, and I think most rational people would agree. Supporting the ruling APC doesn't mean blindly endorsing every statement or overlooking obvious flaws from the government or it's agencies.. Critiquing these matters is essential, but I anticipate that you might use my words to continue your sentimental amala turning. Nonetheless, I won't engage in further replies.

Bro, without revealing more than necessary, I know it does not work.

This phenomenon is just an offshoot of the many beliefs our forefathers indulged in when confronted with situations they could not explain.
I don't think it matters whether you believe it or not, as long you're from isoko or urhobo you're in.( At least, that's what older folks say)

Robert is to blame please. He is a lazy man living on an unnecessary "hope". For 18 years u stay at home doing nothing!! please who does that

At least work and help your wife and still be hopeful your battery hits jackpot. How could u live seeing your wife be miserable for so long without helping her in any way. That's terrible, at least have a side job!

Then, when everything goes well u decide to pay her off, like WTF... she divorced u because she was angry, depressed, paranoid and fed up. That moment he made it, he would have re married her and they start a new beautiful life again because c'mon she did everything for u and got tired cause u weren't contributing anything. Rather he decides to stab her in the back with the same woman he cheated on her with! that's low.

Robert is to blame. Melinda is not crazy please.
You're very funny .
How many divorcees have you seen getting married again? You think divorce is child's play.

Roberts begged Melinda not to divorce him but she didn't agree.. She kicked him out of her life and he got no one to take him in.

Melinda isn't entitled to his money or whatever because immediately they signed that divorce everything about them is over.

You want him to leave the woman who took him in when Melinda divorced him and go back to Melinda? Very funny, I must say.

She sold her mom's house when she was in debt.. Robert compensated her by purchasing the house back for her and giving her $10m.
