It is difficult to arrest people like Shekau who operate from deep forests and for instance Niger delta militants who operate from creeks.

You can't be using phones and internet and sleeping in nice hotels and expect the government not to locate you.

The government is losing soldiers every day in the North and people are still saying they are not going after bandits and boko haram.

I've managed a 5 star hotel for 5yrs & most of what you wrote there are false.I can confidently say some managers are very professional in their job. Not every men & woman that lodge in a hotel come for sexual or illicit activity. I believe your job description doesn't entails monitoring & taking notes of what adults do with their lives when they lodge in a hotel, or is it?[/s]
