Your strategy is good and don't forget to include the Swift/Telex Copy of the transferred fund, which should bear the name of the said sponsor. Hope seeing you when I visit US [s](already thinking of visiting US as a TRV hopeful)[/s] lol... Good Luck thesoj: @deedee0, you make a good point. I thought about the concern you raised as well. Hmm... in earlier parts of this thread there were several applicants whose sponsors transferred one year's "living expenses" funds into the applicant's dom account, yet I've not come across a scenario in which the VO had a problem with this so long as both the sponsor and applicant clearly explained the justification for said funds transfer.
I am planning to implement this strategy (though I would accept a superior suggestion) because the sponsor's funds are neither in Naija nor in Canada. This @ayooluwatoni question and my response to it caused me to become even more suspicious that VOs sometimes prejudice applications in which the sponsor's funds are not in either country.
Additionally, my brother's SOA is really low and we decided we would provide to him through his dom account the amount for one year's living expenses in Canada (in the sponsorship letter and SOP, sponsor and applicant would respectively explain that funds are for living expenses).
I don't think this is an issue, but I stand corrected. What do y'all think? -> @HayqinsbFX @Team12 @tnuola @berexio1 @TempusQ @SeraSera and other ogas. |

Bro, CIC lately (especially for Fall 2015) is more like prepare for the worst, if you see the best you head straight for thanksgiving. @HayqinsbFX, you know exactly what am talking about. I pray the bold words finds you as you go for package today. Akin26: Please house have submitted my application since June 24 paper route and my application is status is still processing. Will it advisable to mail Canada visa office and tell them I don't mind deferring my admission to give them enough time to process my application cause the school is resuming September 8. Kind of worried |

Thanks... And I wish you luck on your brother's app. May Team12 kind of grace reach you. thesoj: Thanks boss. Now I need to help my younger brother with the same thing. I hope the best for your application, but even if the worst occurs you can always patiently re-evaluate where things went wrong and then reapply strategically. My sister was refused a student visa three times (twice by US three years ago, and once by Canada a month and half ago) before we became super strategic (hence my reading at least like 1500 pages of this thread) and reapplied to Canada again. Thanks again and I wish your app the best. |

@Eke40seven, I appreciate the great help you're rendering to those who know the benefits in General German Visa Enquiries Thread, as Germany was my target last year. You and @TheBae have made your points. The truth of the matter is, there is a high rate of Racism in Germany but it's not as high as those of us who have not been there think. You're welcome and thank you for not derailing our lovely thread. Eke40seven: Well you can continue to forecast and conjure up news from out of no where. Just as I said before, let those who know better reap the benefits and I would at this juncture cease to contribute in the derailment of your thread and a nice thread you guys have here by the way. Tschüs!! |

My Agent (Maple Education) gave me the same reason when I inquired to know if it's a mistake from CIC. kennykentipsy: hey guys i need shear this with u
today I was at my internet service providers office owned by Indians at illupeju i asked of their oga at the top to say hello and inform him I will be off the country to Canada cos we kinda close he told me he just came from Indian to resolve his son's issue with CIC in India.
the issue of denial after medicals was a problem too in India due to so many Complains India government petitioned CIC and the excuse given was too much applications so in other to save time cos most resumption dates are near they send medical request to applicants while their apps are still being processed if ur app is OK they send u approval mail if not then it a denial.
the cost of medical test in India is expensive. so this sparked the complains |

Before you make up your mind to go for a refund of your tuition fee. Make sure you digest your school's refund policy. Using Humber or Seneca as case study, CA$1,000 will be deducted from your fees if you did not show them your visa refusal letter. In that case, I'll advise you to take a chill pill and wait for CIC decision before making move. But if refund deadline date is close, you've to contact your school to notify them about the CIC delay in issuing you visa and refund deadline date. Your school will then suggest for you the best way to go about it. Good Luck!!! pickcalmkris: Goodmorning all...did Biometrics on the 25th of June(papar route)...3 weeks to School resumption....medical mail,i never see.. ...should i still keep praying and hoping or make i give up and quietly call back my first year fees from the school.. TheBae: Congrats @MichaelFinn. Did you have at least a 4.0 in the last 2 years of your UG? MichaelFinn: Nope I didnt. PM me I would explain how I got that admission. TempusQ: Very private person I guess... I also wanna know how you got your admission with 2:2... That your "don't congratulate me yet" put me off. May I PM you too? But, on a second thought, this your "PM me I'll explain how I got it" is really suspicious. You just registered with this your account in August 1 st 2015 To be frank, I don't meant to rattle you... If all of us should PM you on this particular issue. What stops you from sharing it in the open than the luxury of replying to all of our PMs. Just my thought my fellow e-sibblings. MichaelFinn: Let me summarize it. I had someone in the Graduate Office hint me. No offense brother. When I land CA. I would testify in full. You never know what can happen at POE. No sir. Now this... MichaelFinn: Thinking about my TRV Application now. I made mistakes, omitted some documents and my SOP was 5 pages. To any VO who read my SOP I'm sure he/she saw my passion so much they gave me almost 3yrs TRV. Calm down you too they speed |

Now I understand why the reference letters from your colleagues should be added. Good Luck!!! favour0011: Ok. I have not had any study gaps. I studied electrical engineering. Got a job as a wireless engineer in a telecoms firm immediately after nysc. Same company I served. Am going for a pgcert in project management. However the reason for this is explicitly explained in my sop. It's also stated in my letter of intro from my company that based on my management qualities, I have been endorsed for a pm position but can only assume duties After getting necessary academic qualifications. I also explained why am not just doing a pmp cert et al in nigeria. I also got 2 letters of rec. From project managers i've worked with. So what else do u think I shoud get? |
