Park your car and walk or take public transports.l observed that most of us can't walked a kilometer.You must take a bike or drive a car at walkable distances.
I walked to most places and also take public buses when l need one.We are not going back on subsidising fuel or any such products.lt was a conduit for corruption.

86 is quite young in regards to his years in martial arts and other fitness training.l wish he could have lived beyond a hundred,owing to his martial arts history which was more of health and fitness.He is one of few l looked up to.

All those sweets are health hazards that can lead to diabetes or increase your insulin level.l was sitting in a buss a few days ago and the few people drinking liquid had only but cola.No water at all.We seem to consume sugary drinks alot in this country.Just drink water and you would be fine.
