So far two gone this January and all were fat.People, what ever you do, don't get fat.Being fat leads to a cascade of different health challenges.Workout consistently and cut down on overeating.You can Brisk Walk or jog,do plyometric exercises at home or outdoors,use your car only when necessary.Also,make it a duty to participate in running events every year,like a 5k,10k,halv marathon, marathon runs etc.Such events are often enriching as they don't only improve your mental and physical health, but also your social well-being,as you do things with like- minded people.

The war caused many problems.However,there are many of us that are using such phones in Naija.

After about 40 years of living and interacting with Nigerians in the US, I hardly know anyone on public assistance. I have never applied for or gotten any public assistance except for student financial aid while in college.

What ever you do, don't get fat.Your life is most probably going to cut short because of cascades of different health complications.Most sudden deaths are very much fat-related.High blood pressure,gouts,heart diseases, stroke,some forms of cancer, type two diabetes etc.
