Life expectancy in Nigeria is only 54 years,the lowest in the whole wide world.Most young Nigerians don't have their both parents alive.Our healthcare sector is moribund and poorly funded and we must protect and nurture our body ourselves,to live longer.Nothing prevents us to live pass a 100 years like the Japanese.A 100 minus 54 is 46 years.Now think about that gap between us and the Japanese and many things one could do,living 46 years more.It is very imperative that we practice self-help like keeping some medical devices at home to monitor our blood pressure and blood sugar level for example.Also exercise regularly and control our food intake.

What ever you do don't get fat.Being fat is an increased risk factor to many chronic diseases and this explains why many Nigerians, both the ones living here and those abroad don't live long.Life expectancy of Nigerians abroad is also low like us here.Most are overweight but they say it's a normal body.Our women are the worst hit, because many don't understand how to loose weight and end up dying relatively young.Most men have big belly, another health hazard.

Honeywell Technologies has launched a new industrial artificial intelligence platform at Nigeria’s Dangote refinery.

Honeywell Technologies has launched the Forge Plant Cognition AI platform at Nigeria’s Dangote refinery, aiming to optimise operations and increase capacity to 1.4 million barrels per day.
The new AI system integrates Honeywell's technology with NVIDIA and Dell capabilities to enhance productivity and profitability in industrial environments.
Preliminary projections indicate that the platform could bring over $60 million in gross annual operational benefits to the Dangote refinery at full capacity, offering significant cost savings.
Honeywell continues to support Dangote’s ambitious expansion, which plans to more than double the refinery’s capacity by 2028, strengthening its role in global oil markets

To live to a 100 years and not being able to walk or stay bedridden and loose my independence, is truly not what l aspire or long for.Health span is very important.

Exposing or talking about one's personal life on social media is the new normal.l don't have a Facebook, Instagram,tik tok etc.Just a Youtube account to make opinions and comment on subjects l find interesting,but l know it's very difficult to meet someone who doesn't have an online page of some sort.Women love the show and the attention it brings and everyone loves being monetized.And when money gets involved, many people are ready to wash their dirty linen in the public.

We need more of it, even the market women selling fruits and other items should sell their bags.

I think shop owners or other businesses should stop giving nylon or polythene bags for free. Those things are seen everywhere on the streets.I think consumers would keep them for further use,if they pay for it.

Remittances has led to laziness, entitlement mentality, waywardness etc in Nigeria.
Despite the massive remittances,the country has remained the same.

Why pray often?I don't need to pray often.However,I do fast sometimes once per week for health reasons.l want bad cells in my body to die and new ones to grow or recycle,in the process called autophagy.Fasting is good for health benefits and nothing more.

I feel very embarassed and saddened to watch the president repeatedly trip and fall down in a public gathering or arena.That is why his constant absence from UNGA and reluctance for presidential campaigns brings relief albeit worrisome for the growth of the country.No more videos of falls,at least.

Poor men.Same tale over and over again by manipulative women.Why some men in this era would fall for this game by egocentric women, puzzles me.She realised she was getting old and her options were limited and decided to come back to someone she had initially rejected.Why some men don't have to goals and standards?

Not for me Physical attraction is important to me,that is why l would always prefer younger girls.l want to have someone that l am very attracted to,otherwise it won't work.Older women do carry a lot of bagage and wounds from their past relationships and can unleash the anger during an argument.With younger girls,you know what they often want.

Very true.Those people living outside of the country, know little or nothing about their spouses here in Nigeria.Their 3 or 4 weeks vacation in Nigeria is too small to understand each other and some of them are often sex-starved and are in a hurry to get marry and get the lady pregnant before returning.

Type2 diabetes, kidney disease,obesity,High BP and other chronic diseases are very rampant among young adults.A few weeks ago, we saw a kidney failure event among children.Life expectancy in Nigeria is the lowest in the world and most people begin suffering from various diseases,from their late 20s.

Our healthcare is in shambles and we must do well to take care of ourselves,the best we can. How well you train and nurture your body in your youth,would determine how long you would live as you grow older.
