Commiting different crimes in other countries also affects other Nigerians.

This is an interesting observation.However,that is generally the life expectancy for many in western countries.l however wonder, what the life expectancy is, for Nigerians living in Canada or other places in the west?Are they living longer like the indigenes in their various places of residence or they die as fast as we over here in Nigeria? Most of them often look unhealthy.

Unfortunately,Some of them might come out and deny this statement and continue tormenting the poor masses.

I listened to his musics even before Grammy and l also wondered why there weren't much views then.Yes, Nigerians didn't listened to him that much.Most honest Nigerians would tell you that his music doesn't appeal to them to that of Wizkid or other Afro beats singers but it's what it is.He is undeniably famous.

Bruna Boy didn't win the Grammy because of his Nigerian fan base. He won a Grammy because of the international collaborations he did with foreign artists on the Twice as Tall album.

All of them are good in their own right although l would say Wizkid for me.Davido is very much on social media and that might have given him an edge.Burna became popular globally after winning the Grammy but he is also okay.In other words, Nigerians didn't find anything special of him initially.All in all,they aren't really better to other Afro beats artists like Patoranking, Tekno miles,Omaha lay,Tuface,P square,Umu obiligbo,Runtown,Asake and a host of others.

She looks physically good for a 67 year old.It is all about being self-disciplined and consistent to exercise.Money is a non-factor.ln this our country,hmm,50 year plus, women and men can barely walk.Our people living abroad are also very much unhealthy.

Some people live well energetic,strong and athletic even in their 90s while some people are already struggling physically in their 50s.Most Nigerians in their 40s already walk slow, can't sprint, hunch etc.Our people living abroad are very much unhealthy and fall in that category.The president's repeated falls is mainly a result of neglect and inactivity.Walking fast signifies strength and vitality.The wife can't help very much in this situation.

Sleep deprivation is deadly.Sleep is not mainly for rest but for tissue repair and brain function.We all need 7 to 8 hours of sleep,everyday for proper metabolic function.Long term deprivation could make you go to bed and won't wake up.

I wish they could build railways on those tracks rather than roads which obviously is not going to be maintained after a few years.

A president that falls often would make people raise eyebrows also in Turkey.Repeated falls is very deadly for older folks.He is likely to fall again and again and this would deteriorate his health tremondously.It's simple biology.Only strength training and functional balance exercises can help him out and prevent imminent falls.Exercises like standing on one foot while brushing your teeth,calf raises, box jumps, plyometric exercises etc can be helpful.lt is sad when people have all the money but can't take care of their health,the very foundation of one's own existence.Longevity expert Peter Attia explains this firmly.

Repeated falls can be deadly for older folks.

Our staple foods are slowly killing us.There is an art and science to healthy aging and longevity.It is not always about healthcare, although it plays a crucial role,but the foods we eat daily and its response to our metabolism.I feel bemoan that we are the least lived humans in the world.While Japanese are expected to live up to a hundred, our people die at 54 on average.

One thing l often notice on most children of these so called celebrities or rich folks in this country, is that they are either fat or overweight.So sad,one would let their children look that unhealthy.Our so called rich or famous folks look generally fat or unhealthy but they must act well to watch the health of their children.Children should play around and run around and eat better organic foods and not sit watching TV or surfing on IPAD or iPhone.

It is important to walk faster or brisk walk for a better health and overall wellness.lt is also optimum for weight loss.Study show that those who walk faster consistently,are likely to live healthier and longer than those that stroll or walk slower.Our health care departments are not informing us well of the health benefits, that is why many of us just walk slow.

Nice observation.Most Nigeria adults both male and female don't sit or walk properly.Most sit awkward or hunch while they sit.lt makes one age faster without knowing.Most don't brisk or fast walk but walk rather slow except when out for a task.

You must have to listen to other African artists that played during Fela's era before you make those bold claims.This would help you understand that most African artists mainly from west and central Africa had also similar genre just like Fela.The likes of Franco Luambo,Papa Wemba,Kalle from DRC,Manu Dibango,Salif Keita,Yossour N'dour,virtually most of Ghanaian artists in that era had very much similar Afro beats genre.There wasn't anything different to what Fela was doing.They had their bands,went on concerts, traveled abroad for shows.There is this false belief or common narration about Fela,among Nigerians and l think we need to explore.

Conversely,Afro beats of this generation, just like other genres has evolved over time and it's mainly a central and west African evolution dominated by Nigerian Musicians.It is catchy, appealing,also cool to dance to unlike the Afro beats of old.Fela was part of the old just like many in his time.He didn't invent nor was he God father of anything like some of you want people to belief..

Burna,P square,Davido, Wizkid and a host of other present day artists gave the much relevance and significance to Afro beats and Nigerian music than Fela and the other old artists ever did.Fela's music doesn't appeal to a lot of Africans or other nationals.Fela is just like Salif keita,Manu Dibango,Yousou N'dio and other old African Artists that were liked by some people but not globally.His son must stop the comparison.He is very much disturbed by substance abuse.

In terms of being a role model,Fela wasn't somebody anyone would want look up to or even want for a father.Drugs, promiscuous behavior, rashness etc are some of his undoings.Sadly,his negative social life is still what many youths are copying and emulating in this era. For example lnsecurity is high because of drugs usage by the perpetrators,a habit he,Fela did publicly.

Mental health illness is a national issue and calls for concern.The perpetrators of insecurity in the country are often influenced by drugs.This topic should be on front page to raise awareness.

The west must trace back their roots and begin to embrace their Judeo-Christian foundation on which their civilisation was built.We have islamist jihadists who are unwilling to mutually co-exist with others.They want Sharia everywhere and have no issues blowing themselves up.They want men to get married to 5 year old babies as they do in their Muslim majority countries.Islamic terrorism is now on the rise.The west must wake up.
