because people are saying the withdrawal of Colonial masters denote Progress in Africa, this can never be true. For a fact, most of the achievements and Structures we have today are those laid down by our colonial masters. 1. N500 note (N47,000)
2. N1,000 note (N35,000)

Total is N82,000.
