I've read all the different accounts of the story and i must say I tend to believe the father and sons side of the story. Besides, if i'm to do a little CSI nigeria here, from the supposed gashes dipicted in the pics, one would expect her face to be the size of a basket ball as the level of inflamation would be very very pronounced indeed, but this is not the case here so it does create room for doubt in my opinion. Hope it all ends well though and that if indeed the man is innocent he'll be vindicated at the end and he and his family will be able to move beyond this point. |

Hello People. Just discovered a cool group on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/Abuja-Sugarcraft-Guild/325573663051 u need to check it out. I for one have been in the cake decorating business for sometime now, started up in Lagos, but now i'm based in Abuja. In Lagos things are done quite differently and that in turn helps business owners to progress a lot. A group like this in my mind will go a long way in helping us to achieve this in Abuja. Though its new, i'm sure in good time our members will grow and we'll be able to achieve great things together. |

One of my all time favoutrites is SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, 1994 Tim Robbins as Andy Dufresne Morgan Freeman as Ellis Boyd "Red" Redding The story line is tight and the movie spellbinding. |
'I've finally decided to Marry you'. I think it would have been very strange and in fact silly if your friend had smiled and said 'yes sweetheart I definitely will' When you marry someone you're not doing that person a favour, rather you've realised or believe that this is the one person that you can work with as a team, the one person that will satnd by you and you will stand by in turn. 'Husband scare' I here this all the time and frankly it amuses me. For us women we need to realize and understand that being married is not all about adding the Mrs. title to our names, its deeper than that. I'm Glad she reacted the way she did and that things are okay between them now. |
Definitely my home first. It is very important for a woman to have a career or at least some sort of source of income so that she can be fully part of the family support system. It is also very important for both woman and man to be fully involved in what goes on in the home front, but more important for the woman because she builds the home. Yes its possible to multitask, take care of the home and maintain a full time career though it can be very tasking and this i intend to do but if eventually i see that the home is suffering for it I'll drop my career like hot coal and face my family. |
Irete - Perseverance, Patience Edomiobo - My heart is cool, my mind is at rest, I'm at peace, I'm peaceful |
@Lawyer Its really sad and to think that there are a whole bunch of people out there both male and female who have your perception of life, tsk tsk tsk, really sad. I rest my case, at this piont the best I can do is pray for you and others like you that someday you'll see things differently. |
@Lawyer Obviously you made a mistake, you chose the wrong person to love . I believe we all choose who we love and I presume nobody made that choice for you. Wise up man before its too late life is too short and we don't get so many second chances. |
freedom to the max, do what you want, when you want and how you want to, no questions asked. though it gets quite lonely and boring every once in a while. @Lawyer Shit happens, accept it, get over it and move on. most of us have been terribly heartbroken, I personally know what it feels like, but you dont have to make others suffer for your mistakes. The law of Karma is very real what you sow you reap. |
its about time. Hope his ass gets roasted big time. |

Well since she wants positive critisism, i think she could do with a make over. First off something has to be done about her face, proper make up can be used to conceal the roughages. She should try modeling with clothes first of all to get some sort of confidence before delving into the bikini poses. She could also spruce her hair up to give her a classy and sassy look. She's got the body, the height and possibly the face but the attitude is missing big time. Bottomline, she could be a model ![]() |
No wonder u come accross as a flirt *shakes head* |
The problem here is this, giving of flowers to a loved one is not just part of our culture and its a part of western culture that does not typically please, interest or excite the average Nigerian. I personally love flowers they sort of have a way of brightening up a place so if I get flowers from a loved one I'll definitely be excited. The few places that sell fresh flowers here in lagos have ridiculously prized flowers imagine a bouquet of flowers for N15,000 and just a stem for N4500. The thing is find out is your girl will appreciate such a gesture before going all out to buy her flowers so that they donn't end up in your face instead of a vase ![]() |
