CultureRe: Do Edo (Bini) People See Themselves As Yorubas? by tevinsolt: 1:35am On May 27, 2012
wow this question is crazy though.....i guess you're ignorant that's why you asked in the first place.
Edo people do not see themselves as Yoruba neither do Yoruba people see themselves as Edo that is just absurd. We are different people who happened to cross path many years back and that's it. As a Yoruba guy i know that an exchange of cultural ideas took place but i guess people get butt hurt because they can't take the truth, in fact if Nigeria eventually splits i hope it will be just us Yoruba so that this kind of situation (tribalism and bigotry) won't be happening.
PoliticsRe: Govt Officials Opened 73,000 Fake Pension Accounts by tevinsolt: 4:02pm On Apr 19, 2012
you guys are pathetic.....every time i see this kind of news on here all you say is"nawa oh, what is this counrty turning into?"
pathetic i say, you need to be the change you want to see
Nigeria needs a revolution. yes a revolution like the french revolution
if those corrupt officials are not used as scape goats for others to see u will always have a bad governance in Nigeria.
Christianity EtcRe: A Four Year Old Boy Preaching In Synagogue by tevinsolt: 10:34pm On Apr 17, 2012
your analogy is.hmm ....(i have no comment).....comparing God and a robber is the most ridiculous thing ever.
first of all God loves you and wants to restore the connection man lost because of sin after creation
Jesus is the bridge he has created for you to use
if you don't repent, there is nothing he can do because you have free will
now in the case of a robber....its "your life or money situation" you loose either ways
but God is offering eternal life to escape Satan's eternal damnation.
simple as ABC
FamilyRe: Help! My Husband Wants Me To Change My Name From Ndidi To Sinmisola. by tevinsolt: 11:46am On Mar 13, 2012
@ndidibabe i just wanna tell you this if you really want your marriage to last stop asking opinions from outsiders, you know why? they won't help you at all, it will only ruin your marriage. communication is what you need, whatever it is that is btw you both should sorted out behind closed doors or by informing family members not outsiders that act like animals to each other here on nairaland.
PoliticsRe: We Have No Nation Yet, Says Tinubu by tevinsolt: 12:49am On Mar 10, 2012
every great things start small is what they say, but i must say that I'm disappointed. today you say Nigeria is not moving forward and with the same mouth you cry Nigeria will never be a nation tomorrow and you wonder why you're wallowing? if you can't get your mind straight how can Nigeria progress? of course not cause your tiny little witty brain can not recall you're Nigeria and you're what make Nigeria-Nigeria, if you are not part of the solution you are definitely part of the problem it is as simple as that init?

EducationRe: Nigeria: Fg To Hand Over 100 Almajiri Schools By June by tevinsolt: 9:53pm On Feb 29, 2012
the fg should enforce a separate institution for religion and what not, kids who are not made to go to proper schools in the north should be taken away from their parents and taken down south or to gaurdians who will educate them, we continue like this in Nigeria at all.
EducationRe: Gej Orders Compulsory Entrepreneurship Course For All Undergraduates by tevinsolt: 3:33pm On Feb 18, 2012
olodo president!! what Nigeria need to start doing is encouraging kids as from SS1 to start volunteering as a requirement to graduate and to get into a good college, makes them work on projects like we do here in america (economic class) make them produce something and sell it make pay bills like the real world and see who can handle it, and have rewards for the best students  it will be surprising how students will graduate better mentality of how to navigate the real world individually.  smiley

yorubas you've all disgraced me. yall know tha silence is the best answer right so why get involve with this madness, infact you guys should refrain from answering any insult directed at yorubas cuz haters will always hate on what they can't have or be, infact let them claim all yoruba land hmm na dem sabi, edo's have spoken they wanna be with the east so be it, less burden for the SW if Nigeria eventually splits.

igbos can have them if that's what you guys want, we yorubas are okay we don't need to annex our neigbour's land to feel good about ourselves infact we got people in the Americas why should we be bothered?. shekenah smiley
CultureRe: Myth or Reality: Yoruba is closer to the Edos culturally than the East is. by tevinsolt: 2:08am On Feb 06, 2012
lol @obiaju1 like really, it is simple history bini was ruled by a yoruba prince who was born to oduduwa who they said was a bini prince so they've got a blood relationship going on there and yoruba was specifically in relationship with bini not Edos in general
CultureRe: How Far Back Can You Trace Your Ancestry? by tevinsolt: 5:02am On Feb 05, 2012
oduduwa, my father's family are royal in one of the 7 land of yoruba so they trace their ancestry to oduduwa.
PoliticsRe: Igbos And Yorubas: Do We Really Hate Each Other? by tevinsolt: 11:29pm On Jan 22, 2012
haters have no life, they are murderers, they on things they can't be so continue hating while others are making progress
PoliticsRe: Igbos And Yorubas: Do We Really Hate Each Other? by tevinsolt: 3:07pm On Jan 21, 2012
wow my head just hurts from reading all this hate comment. my first time in lagos i was trying to make a friend with this kid not minding he is igbo or anything of course what did i know as a 7 year old but his mum treated me with disgust even tho the kid made the move of use becoming friends. i was born in kwara state and i lived along side igbos and we got along very well to the extent of trusting my mum in taking care of their kids when they were at work. i just think everyone should stop spreading hate and leave the kids alone let them grow to love each other and see each other as one. yorubas ain't backstabbers cuz igbos and and the yorubas never had an agreement to fight in the war. we didn't join in the war because that would simply be putting to many lives at risk over a senseless war.
