Billyonaire: Global Warming isn't Conspiracy, it is real, what is Conspiracy is telling Africans to plant more trees, and live in forests, in order to recycle and replenish the planet for the developed countries to continue their mad industrialization.

Africa is not going to be the "replenisher" of a planet that has been bastardized by industrial complexes. We are tired.

Afam4eva: When i read things like this, i wonder where these Africa they keep painting is located. It can't be the same Africa that i'm at.
It's because people who want you to give to an African charity, only show those types of scenes. If they showed beautiful scenery and cute, clean, well fed kids, no one would donate to them. This is how they are portrayed in magazine and television adverts for charities.

Sadly people, like the man who was quoted, never leave their little piece of the world. They don't read much, and don't care what goes on outside their area. The only Africans he has ever seen are in those adverts I described.

Logicboy03: You misinterpreted me again. As usual

Zeus is a god that people used to worship.
Yaweh is a god that you and other people worship

There exists no evidence showing that they talk to people or they exist. From this point of view, these two gods are not different..

The problem is that, you wouldnt believe somebody discussing with Zeus but you would believe someone who discusses with Yaweh.....using the same reasoning.....Howhuh
Hmmm. I had to modify. The bolded makes no sense. I was only trying to clarify.

Logicboy03: It is not an attack, it is a painful truth

Let me get this straight:

You don't believe in God, therefore I am delusional if I hear his voice.

On the other hand, If you tell me Zeus taught you some logic, you are sane?

Have I got this right? I do misinterpret you sometimes. I'm just making sure.

Logicboy03: What pains me is the hypocrisy.

If I told this same Texanomaly that Zeus taught me some logic, she would be skeptical......but no....when it is her imaginary friend, it is real!!
LB when have I ever talked against anyone's beliefs, or unbelief for that matter? Why are you the only one allowed to have an opinion? Why am I not allowed to voice mine, without an attack from you.

I was going to ignore this, but i have to say that I am disappointed by this attack. It hurts me that you would say such a thing to me. You know it is not true. I may shake my head at you at times, and joke around with you, but I don't put you down for what you believe. I don't understand your disappointment here. You have known me as a Christian since we met on this forum. I may be open minded, but I do have core Christian beliefs that I can not, and I will not deny. Not for anyone, or anything.

Logicboy03: Furthermore, there is no difference between a voice inside your head and a voice outside your head when you are in a delusion....or heightened state of fear.........do you think a mad man talking to himself thinks that the person replying him is only inside his head?

When you are talking to someone in a dream, do you usually realise that the person's voice is from inside your head?
I know..........I'm crazy, and have no right to tell others my delusions.

SisterCaro: so girls should be blamed for guys trying to deceive them? undecided
He acts and she should be blamed for it? Right?
I don't know about her. I don't know anything about her.

However, here is something I've observed on NL:

Many guys, on NL, complain about Nigerian woman being materialistic. I've also noticed many woman, not all mind you, that complain about not getting stuff from their bf. Some come on here and complain that their bf does not give them enough, or just come on to tell us all the things they expect from their bf.

From what I've observed, it is no wonder guys pretend to be more than they are. It seems to me that the expectations of some women are so high that a guy has no chance at all, if he doesn't pretend to be more than he is. I'm not saying it is right, I'm just saying that some woman make it difficult for a guy who is not wealthy.
