He was being very diplomatic and said the Chadiansoldiers are more experienced, are more battle hardened, have greater moral and are much more effective with thier limited weaponry in dealing with Boko. And we really need thier assistance in this fight against Boko.

Anytime the discussion of the Chadian military ls comes up there is no attempt to appraise the submission being made.
