You can't blame any partner for getting a bad driver. Its always tough for a good driver to go rogue. Good driver will rather return the car in good condition to the partner and source for a better offer.

To those doubting Thomas, when I posted my earnings, it was purely to motivate others and encourage you to start early because that's where the money is, I only work weekends and Monday morning, I'm in the office now relaxing but btw 5am and 8, I already clocked 10k and more if I add uber commission. I could have made more because I rejected airport trip to be in the office. I know there are some drivers that make way more than what I posted and somone called me lier.

The table rotates, I drove my civic this morning and I earn what I couldn't make last week Wednesday to Friday combine before 9:15am.

From then till now, I haven't gotten another request. Does that mean I am not doing it right? No. If you close from work and I m still below 12k does it mean you can do better? Yes and No

Riders determine when and where to make money on this platform. You are lucky today do not mean it will continue like that. Most importantly we should keep praying for more luck.

Bros let them use it, some riders can be wicked, imagine! Today, I pick a rider from Berger to 2nd round about on taxify 2100. I try to talk to this guys this thing can't be the real price, let them chill while I review, they don't even want to listen to me and one even said is too much, he usually take Ojodu to lekki 1400. Speechless me, I just let dem, while I use d money to buy fuel and feel like blowing home because that sh"t really low my moral. But such its life, its a dog eat dog world out dia.

I spot a charity driver, that fare is always about 4000 naira plus and u let go like that. You must be very nice then . Keep it up... Oworoshoki to 2nd roundabout is 2500 naira. Honestly the rider that said the trip is 1400 is very dubious.

These re the challenges you face when you are new.

I often pickup riders going to mall past 7pm or 9pm and once I get to the gate, I do ask them if they want me to end the trip. If they refuse, then I will let them know that I will collect the flat rate to be paid when coming out of the mall or they come down here

Imagine, doing a #400 trip to circle mall from victory park and the rider expect me to pay at the exit gate in the mall. It's not possible naw

25k weekly isn't a bad idea neither is 35k. Both drivers and partners have the right to negotiate. I gave out my car for 30k, while me SIS's driver is remitting 35k and carshopper gave his car for 25k and plan to go lower( not sure about carshoprr's intention)

I ve been off Taxify and uber for awhile now (over 2weeks) and I chose to start work today. 1st request came in around 6:34am , which read 800. ... No request untill now past 4pm as my 2nd request came in. Mainland dry gan o. The annoying thing is that the rider cancelled almost immediately

What did she do? She requested using a card. That's never a fraudulent act. And it was never the rider's fault.

The driver is new to the system, and his phone network disconnected or GPS miscalculated.

Therefore, Taxify had already provide a solution to counter that issue which the driver failed to use: Price review.

The rider is clean ( she didn't nothing) and nice ( paying for the drivers ignorance)

Wrong! Taxify pays the full price on trips of whatever promo you re using. Promos don't reflect on drivers acc. Just the rider gets d discount. Therefore, its very hard to know if a rider is using a promo or not except d rider tells u

But u Bleep up ooo, how can u be doing such a long trip and u won't be checking the fare.
If u haven't confirm it just do a review maybe they will balance you.

I don't bother checking on card trips. Price review on card trips can never fail you . only on cash trip that the money maybe gonna.

Therefore, promo or no promo. As far as it is a card trip. Taxify will pay u the actual immediately

Hello great minds, just picked a rider from ikeja to sango otta on taxify and after ending the trip i saw 1,000(card trip). Rider also told me she's on promo but I'm yet to see any update as regards that on my dashboard. All i can see is the 1k displayed when i ended the trip. What can i do?

Price review, u get you money instantly. Let the rider go since its a card trip

I probably didn't use the right language, but like I said the numerous times made me assume u weren't careful enough, I've picked a rider that mistakenly left weed in my car and good thing I checked immediately and called him back else police will never believe your story.

And does that make you a bad driver if the weed was not found when doing the quick check of items in ur car. I did not find the weed in my car until the back seats carpets were raise for cleaning

Proper checking of your car won't take 30seconds. I do check my car often after a rider leaves but I once found weed in my car when cleaning the car. There are some places in your car that you can find missing items that you can never check when trying to quickly scan your car b4 requests comes in.

It’s just 9hours journey with smooth road for dat matter. I just contacted a friend that is into interstate transport business. If u Leave Lagos by 6am and u get there by 3pm. No achievements and success without risk. But negotiate a good price value on dat trip, not 100k. Nobody will pay dat amount.

Trip not worth it, if you won't be waiting to bring him back. And Taxify charges about 60k from Lagos to Enugu without a return trip. Leave the deal and let the guy get a bus or flight except he can pay that 100k whereby 40k covers the return trip.

The former is the normal fare.

Second is incorrect. Network was disconnected along your route. It often happen

I have noticed that I do get close to 7500 deducted from my 20,000 monthly recharge on my phone, and use to think that someone keep using my phone to call and clearing log after usage. Not until today that I was trying to call them and the self response keep talk with no access to customer agent.

Now I got the 111 dial clue and called, their response was that I was subscribed to multiple channels that deducts, 50, 100 and 150 weekly. WTF I never sub to that.

I told them to unsub me immediately. Damn! I ve been losing 7k plus and never knew seen last year. This is sure wickedness cos I was unable to reach them not until today
